Journalist Ben Tulfo came to defend his friend Willie Revillame from critics after the latter already released an apology.

It can be recalled that Revillame’s statement went viral for reminding some of his critics about the help they received from him.

“Hindi na ako matatakot sa inyong lahat, laban na ito kung laban. Masyado niyo na akong inaapi. Tirahin niyo ako minu-minuto, I don’t care dahil kayo ang may utang na loob sa akin, hindi ako.” Revillame said.

Some of the celebrities who reacted to the statement of Revillame were Ogie Diaz and Cristy Fermin.

Later on, Revillame apologized saying that he was misled by the people surrounding him.

However, some people still kept criticizing the television host despite humbling himself already.

Because of that, Tulfo who’s known for his tough personality defended Revillame and urged the public to stop criticizing the host already.

‘Pag ang tao nagpakumbaba at humingi ng kapatawaran sa kaniyang pagkakamali, ‘wag na natin palawakin pa. ‘Wag na hamunin ng giyera baka kasi may pumasok na totoong mandirigma na kaibigan ni Willie. Ito’y paalaala lang naman, mamili na lang kayo!” Tulfo said.

He also asked the critics of Revillame if they’re only living to gossip about other people’s lives.

Tulfo vowed not to retreat from defending Revillame.

Netizens also expressed support to the television host, highlighting the good deeds of Revillame to the needy.

“Kahit anu pa sabihin nila sir ben, un mga naitulong ni kuya willy sa ibng tao, hindi nila kayang gawin un, laban lang kuya willy” netizen Thoany said.

“Sir alam ko po kung sino ung naghahamon ..napanood ko po sa youtube….kuya will hayaan mo na lang siya matanda na..meron talagang taong ganyan habang tumatanda lalong nagiging salbahe di ko po nilalahat..” netizen Bandeng remarked.

Cristy Fermin revealed the alleged hygiene problem of comedian Vice Ganda in her online show ‘Showbiz Now Na’.

In the said episode, Fermin said that she received some information from her source that they couldn’t withstand the smell coming from the mouth of the popular comedian.

The smell could be compared, according to Fermin to a decomposing mouse and a sewer.

Fermin said that it was her response to Vice after the latter called them  ‘chismosong chaka’

“Napakalapit sa kanya na nagkuwento sa akin, tutal din lang tinatawag mo kaming tatlo na mga chismosong chaka ‘di ba? Okay, hindi ka namin papatulan pero may kukuwento kami. Hindi mo kami mapipigil. Mga taong malapit sa’yo ang nagsasabi na ang hininga mo raw ay amoy-imburnal,” Fermin said.

“Ang sabi niya, ‘Ang lakas-lakas ng loob niya na mamintas. Diyusko! Kung alam n’yo lang, ang tindi ng amoy ng hininga niyan. Parang bulok na daga. Huwag kang mamimintas ng kapwa mo kung may maibabalik din sa iyong resibo,” she added.

It can be recalled that last year, Vice took her dental health to the next level by having a procedure worth P500,000 to fix her teeth.

So some fans of Vice couldn’t believe what Cristy said because the comedian took her dental health seriously.

As of writing, Vice has yet to give a response to the accusations of Cristy.

Moira Dela Torre went viral again on social media after she fulfilled the ‘Pasabuy’ request of an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) fan in Qatar.

‘Pasabuy’ culture is already familiar to Filipinos working overseas when some of their colleagues decided to have a temporary vacation to the Philippines and still planning to return to work.

The fan ‘Boy ulam Lutong Bahay’ jokingly asked Moira who announced her planned concert in Qatar back then to buy danggit for him as the said dried goods were not common in Qatar.

Moira accepted the request of the fan on February 12, the singer personally gave the goods to the fan.

The netizen couldn’t hide his happiness after his request has been fulfilled by Moira itself.

“Binyagan ko na to idol Moira Dela Torre, tutal 1am nadin agahan nato! Maraming salamat po talaga! Cravings satisfied,” the netizen said.

The OFW also decided to return the kindness of Moira and prepared a special polvoron with dates for the singer.

“Sana po magustuhan nyo Moira Dela Torre special pulboron date fillings. Sinsarap ng fillings na Makita at mapanood ka,” he said.

Some netizens praised Moira for being sweet to her fans and some even joked that they’re planning to do the same to the actress.

“Ito ang tunay na pilipino kahit gano kapa kasikat kapag may nag request sayo tutuparin mo,” netizen Vica remarked.

Veteran columnist Cristy Fermin believed that it may become difficult for television host Willie Revillame to recover his image after his controversial statement against the people he helped in the past.

On February 7, Revillame used his own show to respond to the criticisms he received from the people who received help from him.

“Hindi na ako matatakot sa inyong lahat, laban na ito kung laban. Masyado niyo na akong inaapi. Tirahin niyo ako minu-minuto, I don’t care dahil kayo ang may utang na loob sa akin, hindi ako.” Revillame said.

Several friends of Revillame, including Fermin and Ogie Diaz, responded to the television host.

While Fermin already accepted their apology to Revillame, she said that the host still needs to do more to bring back his reputation to the public.

According to the columnist, some people may started to doubt the sincerity of Revillame when helping others.

“Dahil doon, iniisip tuloy ng mga kababayan natin ngayon na ‘yung pagpapakitang gilas niya, yung papunta-punta niya sa lugar na may kalamidad, ‘yung pagbibigay niya ng one million sa ganito, 5 million sa ganyan, hindi pala ‘yan bukal sa kaooban. Pwede palang isumbat din niya,” she said.

“I forgive but I remember names… Nakaktakot ang mga taong nanunumbat,” she added.

It can be recalled that Revillame only mentioned Fermin in his public apology.

Fermin urged Revillame to humble himself and also apologize to the other people he mentioned including Diaz and Gab Valenciano.

The television host has yet to give a response to Fermin’s request.

Maggie Wilson posted evidence to prove that no prenuptial agreement happened between her and her former partner Victor Consunji.

It can be recalled that the billionaire former partner of Wilson filed multiple charges against the model for allegedly having a relationship outside of their marriage.

In a public statement, Consunji claimed that they’re now planning to enforce the prenuptial agreement between him and Wilson to end the alleged plans of the model to gain financially from their issue.

At first, the businessman said he was ready to settle their differences, but Wilson’s post against Rachel Carrasco left him no choice.

Carrasco was the rumored girlfriend of Consunji, whom Wilson mentioned several times in her post.

“In fact, her disgraceful actions are the specific reasons I have resolved to enforce the existing Prenuptial Agreement, strictly and without further consideration. ” Consunji said.

However, a photo posted by Wilson showed a document that there was no prenuptial agreement happened between the two.

The document was released by the Municipality of Bacacay, where the two get married.

She even asked Consunji if her right to have a share in her wealth of Consunji was the reason why the businessman wanted her to be put behind bars.

Prenuptial agreements are contracts that are written and signed by couples before the wedding to decide what would happen to their properties if ever they decided to separate in the future.

Without this agreement, all properties, assets, and finances of the couple become a conjugal property and they were legally required to divide it according to the law if they decide to end their relationship.

Former Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) and now radio host Sarah Balabagan shared some of her old photos after her ordeal in the United Arab Emirates in 1994-1996.

In her Facebook post, Balabagan thanked the Lord for saving her during the challenges she faced.

She’s now currently actively serving a Christian Church and is also happy with her current family.

“You have kept my feet from slipping. So now I can walk in your presence, O God, in your life-giving light,” Balabagan said.

It can be recalled that Balabagan, who went to UAE at 14, received capital punishment for defending herself from her employer.

Fortunately, the President of the UAE during that time, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan personally asked the complainant’s family to drop the charges against Balabagan.

Balabagan became a singer for a short time. However, her career quickly ended after becoming pregnant.

She revealed in an interview that she had a secret relationship with journalist Arnold Clavio when she was 17, resulting in one child.
