Popular online seller Jelyn Dablo passed away after battling cancer for five years on April 7, 2023.

Before passing away, Dablo even shared her unhealthy lifestyle while working that which she believed contributed badly to her health.

In a post, the online seller said that she was not getting enough sleep because of being busy with her business, and she took all the work because she thought that her body could keep up with her workload.

She also shared that she’s not eating healthy foods and, most of the time, eating instant foods to save time.

“Sa sobrang busy ko, wala na akong panahong magluto.” said Dablo. “Puro instant foods nalang, puro fast food nalang, hindi pa ako masyadong umiinom ng tubig… puro concentrated na juice, softdrinks, takaw kape rin ako at matatamis.”

“Hindi talaga ako healthy noon, wala naman akong bisyo, hindi naman ako naninigarilyo, nag-iinom ako pero light lang. Yung mga apple, ayun tapos po ano bihira lang din po akong mag gulay, puro instant foods nalang. Malaki talagang epekto ang pagkain sa katawan natin.. Sisingilin tayo sa bandang huli,” she added.

She then reminded the netizens to stay healthy and avoid being like her, saying that all her hard work was nothing.

“Ayon, kumita ako ng malaki pero naubos naman lahat ng pinaghirapan ko nung nagkasakit na ako. Sobrang laki ng epekto sakin ng mga lifestyle ko noon at mga pagkain ko noon, ingat ingat po tayo sa pagkain saka piliin po natin ‘yung mga kakainin natin, yung mga healthy. Maging malusog po tayo,” she said.

As of writing, thousands of netizens already expressed their sympathies to the family of the online seller.

Comedienne Marietta Subong, popularly known as Pokwang, warned her critics to stop making negative comments against her, or they would face her in court.

It can be recalled that Pokwang announced the start of her legal battle against her former husband, Lee O’Brian after the latter reportedly living now with another woman.

“Hindi ako susuko para sayo anak @malia_obrian kung naitaguyod ko si ate ng mag is a mas lalo ako magsisipag at magiging matapang para sayo at sa inyo ng ate mo,” she said.

Pokwang didn’t evade the criticisms from some of her followers, who called her ‘bitter’ and urged her to move on.

“Di maka move on? Saksi kc kami sa mga food fair na sinasalihan nyo ni Mr lee. At vlogs nyo din.. at kumikilos din nman yung tao admit it or not. May mga naging participation din nman sya. Di mo lng kasi mtnggap na nakkita siya ng ibang babae hbang hiwalay kayo. #Move on na. Nakkita tuloy ng mga tao ang ibang di knais nais mong paguugali,” a netizen told Pokwang.

“Sali kita sa demanda? expertise ni atty. @ralph_calinisan magpahanap sa NBI ng mga accnt na kagaya mo,” Pokwang responded.

This is not the first time that Pokwang told a netizen that she would file charges against them.

Cebu-based influencer Amber Lin captured the attention of the netizens because of her story about an ‘Afam’ that she rejected during their first date.

In her video, Amber said that she accepted an invitation from the said foreigner for a date, but she felt disappointed even during the planning stage of their first meeting.

According to her, the foreigner didn’t reserve a table for them and wanted them to eat in a food court.

“Sinundo niya ako doon sa hotel, tapos tinanong ko siya kung mayroon siyang restaurant reservation, ang sabi niya wala.” Amber said.

“Tapos sabi niya ‘I’m on my way’ ganun siya then I was like ‘why you don’t have table reservation?’, sabi niya ano nalang daw pagkita nalang daw namin at doon nalang kami mag decide kung saan kami pupunta.

“I hate that, I don’t like it. Tapos nung nagkita na kami sabi ko, ‘I wanna eat Japanese food’ tapos sabi niya ‘How about seafood?’ sabi ko ‘seafood is fine’ tapos sabi niya ‘okay let’s go’ it’s like a food court, you want me to bring to a food court, it’s like a hawker center.

“Tapos ako I was like ‘No, I can bring myself to a better restaurant, no I’m not going, If you want to go, you go’ ganon.

“I don’t want to go there, you have to impress me. Ginanon ko siya,”

In the end, the foreigner brought her to a better restaurant.

But she told the man that they would not see each other again because of her bad dating experience with him.

Her story received criticism from the netizens who questioned her decision to reject the foreigner.

Rochelle Pangilinan admits that she regrets decision of SexBomb not to appear in Eat Bulaga anymore

Rochelle Pangilinan admitted that she had regretted the decision of her former girl group SexBomb to leave Eat Bulaga because of the conflict between their talent manager Joy Cancio and a former producer of the noontime show.

It can be recalled that in 2011, the said girl group decided to leave Eat Bulaga as their support to their talent manager, ending their 12 years of stay in the longest-running noontime show.

In an interview with Nelson Canlas, Rochelle said that her first plan was to ignore the issue, but in the end, they decided not to report to Eat Bulaga, which resulted in their removal.

According to her, she chose between Eat Bulaga and Cancio.

At first, they had already decided to report to Eat Bulaga, but Cancio called them, which made them change their plans.

“Sinusunod nila ako noong mga panahon na ‘yon kung ano ang magiging desisyon namin bilang ate. Ako, firm ako roon sa desisyon ko na, ‘Hindi, a-attend tayo.’ So nag-meeting kami na alam ko somewhere in Timog.” she narrated.

“Kasi ‘yung iba gusto na umuwi, ‘di ba, ganu’n ang SexBomb, ayaw na napapa-involve sa mga ganyan. ‘So uwi na lang kami ate, kasi baka kapag um-attend naman tayo pagalitan tayo sa Eat Bulaga’.

“Tumawag si Lola tapos umiiyak na ‘Ano sa tingin niyo?’ E, siyempre naawa si ano… kami, kaya ‘di hindi na rin kami um-attend.

Rochelle said that until now, they’re still clueless about what really happened between Cancio and the former Eat Bulaga producer.

She wished that they had kept their professionalism during that time.

“Dapat naging professional pa rin kami. Siguro hindi sumama loob sa amin ng side ng Eat Bulaga, ‘yung ganu’n ang feeling. Kasi for sure sumama ang loob nila sa amin after that incident.” Rochelle stated.

“Kung sakaling may magtanong talaga sa akin kung ano ‘yung babalikan ko sa buhay ko na babaguhin ko, ito ‘yung part na ito. Kasi ang feeling ko noon, nawalan ako ng paglaban sa buhay, hindi ako nag-decide. Na puwede naman kaming mag-decide at that time. Feeling ko lang natalo,” she added.

SexBomb rose to fame after being part of Eat Bulaga and even became the Best-Selling Philippine Female Group of All Time.

They also gained popularity in Asia before the rise of K-Pop.

Motivational speaker Rendon Labador shared his two new projects as part of his plan to extend his restaurant and bar business.

In his Facebook post, the controversial influencer showed a photo of the construction of the second brand of Episode Bar + Kitchen in Clark, Pampanga.

He also showed a photo of the construction of a roof deck bar located in Quezon City.

Labador also said that his two new projects were open for investors who wanted to grow their money.

“Episode 2 in Clark Pampanga! 600sqm 24 hours sports bar/ fine dinning restaurant located at the ground floor of Megaworld Lifestyle Malls Clark Cityfront Mall is now open for investors! 2.5M = 10% Net Share (Perpetual Contract)” Labador said.

AlDub nation, nagdeklara ng Boycott laban sa Eat Bulaga: “Bakit niyo sila pinaghihiwalay!”

Members of the AlDub nation declared to boycott Eat Bulaga after they noticed that Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza were being distanced in the same noontime show.

It can be recalled that the love team between Alden and Maine became one of the biggest and made Eat Bulaga dominate the ratings for months.

However, in 2019, the hopes of the AlDub nation to make the relationship between Alden and Maine become real ended after the actress started dating Arjo Atayde.

She also asked her fans for ‘freedom’, but some members of the AlDub nation couldn’t accept it.

The same year, Alden left Eat Bulaga to focus on his other ventures.

In 2023, Alden decided to return to Eat Bulaga, but fans accused the noontime show of distancing Alden and Maine.

The said accusations made AlDub nation start boycotting Eat Bulaga.

The hashtag #BOYCOTTEBxGMA732 went viral on Twitter amid the disappointment of the fans.

There were also speculations that Maine planned to leave Eat Bulaga to focus on the new chapter of her life with Arjo that was set in July 2023.

But some AlDub fans theorized that there’s a different reason for the possible resignation of Maine.

Content creator group ‘Tukomi’ went viral on social media because of the prank that almost cost them their lives.

Several days ago, a police officer identified as PSSg Ronnie Conmigo tried to stop the group from doing their prank because he thought that someone was really forcefully being captured.

Fortunately, Conmigo thought many times before using his service firearm against the group.

While he was quickly told by Tukomi that they were only playing pranks, Conmigo said that what the content creators did was a bad joke and should not be imitated by other vloggers.

Conmigo added that Tukomi was fortunate enough that the one that they encountered was an experienced police officer and not a new one that may be prone to doing bad decisions.

Despite the controversy of the said incident, Tukomi still decided to upload the video to make some cash out of it.

Some netizens urged Conmigo to file charges against Tukomi so they could learn their lesson.

“Dapat paimbestigahan na yang Tukomi brothers na yan. Maraming aksidente silang lilikhain sa prank nila. Dapat responsable sila sa kanilang jokes kasi hinde nakakatawa ang ginagawa nila.” netizen Luis Palacios.

Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa shared a photo during his visit to the Davao region and remembered his past job before becoming a policeman.

In his post, he showed the City of Digos, where he worked as a fish market laborer to support himself.

“Below me is the City of Digos where I grew up working as fish market laborer/ kargador.” Dela Rosa said.

Aside from being a laborer, Dela Rosa also shared that he also became a bus conductor.

The senator grew to a poor family, sharing that his father was working as a tricycle driver.

Despite the difficulties in life, Dela Rosa still prioritized his education and took a Bachelor of Science degree in public administration at Mindanao State University.

Popular online seller Jelyn Dablo ended her 5 year-long battle with cancer on April 7, 2023.

Thousands of netizens sent their condolences to the family of Dablo, who became a popular online seller in 2021.,

“I LOVE YOU MY WIFE ALAM KO NASA TABI KANA NI JESUS WALA na lahat ng Pain Wala ng Suffering Wala ng Iyak at sakit. It can be recalled that last year, she revealed her condition to her followers but didn’t forget to inspire them with the challenges she faced.

According to her, she discovered that she had endometrial cancer in 2018 amid his stressful workload and bad eating habits.

Despite his condition, she still forced herself to work so she could save for the worst-case scenario.

She also admitted that she decided to take herbal and food supplements instead of going to medical professionals.

“Sobrang sipag ko, halos minsan di na ako natutulog (2 days) kape ng kape…. ako yung tao na mahilig sa instant food dahil sa mga transaction ko na halos kulang ang oras ko noon, kung hindi lang ako dinadalaw ng antok noon hindi na ako matutulog eh, alam mo yung pag gising mo kape agad tapos trabaho agad. Ako pa mag dedeliver at mag da drive.” Dablo wrote.

“So ito na nga 2018, nalaman ko na may sakit ako (ENDOMETRIAL CANCER), akala ko noon mamamatay na ako. Na depress ng 2 months na halos ayaw kong makipag usap sa tao at tinago sa pamilya ko ang sakit ko ng isang taon. kaya nag enjoy nalang ako lalo kaka negosyo at nag decide ako na mag HERBAL/FOOD SUPPLEMENTS at mag nenegosyo habang Malakas pa ako dahil maraming bayarin at kailangan ko ng savings, para sa sakit ko na kapag dumating ang oras na kailanganin ng Gamutan o treatment may savings ako.” she added.

However, her condition worsened, and she decided to sell some of the properties that she gained from online selling.

She then reminded the netizens to avoid being stressed.

Vhong Navarro admitted that he made mistakes with his wife, Tanya Bautista in the past during an episode of the noontime show It’s Showtime.

Vhong, who recently gained his freedom after being charged by model Deniece Cornejo, said that he realized that he had made so many neglections to Tanya in the past, but despite of his mistakes, his wife didn’t give up on him.

“Napakalaki ng pagkukulang ko sa asawa ko,” he admitted.

After gaining his freedom, Vhong vowed to spend more time with his wife.

“Ang panata ko hindi lang ngayong Holy Week, gusto ko araw-araw, iyong mahalin ko ‘yong asawa ko araw-araw… malaki ang pagkukulang ko,” the comedian said.
