Vice Ganda went viral on social media after he posted several tweets, which netizens believed were his response to the criticism thrown by Cristy Fermin against him.

Vice posted a photo without any caption in his tweets and a gibberish message.

It can be recalled that Vice addressed a contestant with the same name as the veteran columnist on It’s Showtime.

“Kamusta ka Cristy? Anong pinagkakaabalahan mo bukod sa paggawa ng kasinungalingan?” said Vice.

Cristy then directly addressed Vice and called him out for his arrogance.

“Isang araw darating sa iyo ang pagbaba mo, bababa ka sa pedestal, hindi pupuwedeng nandiyan ka habang panahon. May mga darating na mas magagaling sa iyo at matatabunan ka… Kami natutuwa na mayroong mga pinagpapala na katulad mo pero kapag ang hangin ng kayabangan at pagiging palalo ay pumapasok na sa ulo, kinakalos natin ‘yan,” Cristy said.

“Vice Ganda hindi ka tunay na babae, lalaki ka… Nagpapanggap ka lang na babae,” she remarked.

Cristy was known as a critic of Vice and made criticism against the comedian several times on her programs.

Veteran columnist Cristy Fermin retaliated with Vice Ganda’s swipe against her on It’s Showtime.

It can be recalled that Vice made a remark against Cristy during the Thursday episode of It’s Showtime.

“Kamusta ka Cristy? Anong pinagkakaabalahan mo bukod sa paggawa ng kasinungalingan?” said Vice.

While Vice didn’t mention the veteran columnist directly, Cristy quickly took the comedian’s remarks as a message against her.

On her radio show, ‘Cristy Ferminute,’ the veteran columnist went all out against Vice.

“Ako diretsa kong nasasabi sa kanya na mayabang siya, na wala ka man lang makitang pagpapakumbaba sa kanya, diretso ko nasasabi ‘yun. Bakit hindi niya ako diretsuhin? Hindi ‘yung magtatago pa siya sa saya ng iba tao. Gagamit pa siya ng ibang tao para lang makaganti,” said Cristy.

“Kung lalaban ka, dapat parehas. Kung ika’y magagalit, dapat ay ituro mo ‘yung tao kung sinuman ‘yung gusto mong patungkulan. Hindi ‘yung kung ano-ano ‘yung pinagsasasabi mo. Hindi natutuwa ang tao sa ganoon,” she added.

Cristy even said that Vice acted like he owned the world already because of his popularity.

“Ang hirap kasi sa’yo Vice, magmula ng ikaw ay makatikim ng popularidad, inangkin mo na ang mundo. Na ikaw ang gitna, ikaw ang araw at umiikot lang ang lahat ng tao sa show business na parang mga planeta sa iyo. Dapat mong malaman, planeta ka lang din na tulad namin, hindi ikaw ang araw,” she stated.

The veteran columnist also called Vice as a man pretending to be a woman.

“Vice Ganda hindi ka tunay na babae, lalaki ka… Nagpapanggap ka lang na babae,” she remarked.

Meanwhile, netizens were waiting if Vice would give his response to Cristy.

Lolit Solis finally addressed her former colleague Cristy Fermin amid the criticism being thrown by the latter against the talents of the Veteran columnist.

In her Instagram post, Lolit challenged Cristy to criticize her directly instead of her talents.

According to her, she wanted Cristy to be clear with her intentions and should stop taking swipes against her.

“Pangit iyon nasa isang mundo kayo tapos tago iyon nararamdaman mo, Salve. Mula’t sapul naging ugali ko na iclear kung anuman iyon feeling ko makabigat sa balikat ko. Gusto ko mahaharap ko lahat nang hindi kailangan maging plastic. Either gusto mo ako o ayaw mo, mas mabuti ang ganuon kesa naman plastikan kayo,” said Lolit.

“Kaya gusto ko klaro lahat sa amin ni Cristy Fermin. Kung galit siya sa akin, ako na lang tirahin niya huwag mga alaga ko. Gaya nuon panay ang tira niya kay Paolo Contis. Ngayon naman si Lorna Tolentino. Gusto ko klaro, mga alaga ko ba ang galit siya, o sa akin siya galit? At bakit ? May nagawa ba mga alaga ko, o ako na mali sa kanya ? Sabihin niya para klaro. Para hindi iyon magtatanong ka pa,” she added.

The issue sparked a conflict between Andrea and KathNiel fans.

As of writing, Daniel and Kathryn have yet to release a response to the rumors circulating.

Eat Bulaga host Paolo Contis was not happy with the rumors circulated about his alleged romantic affair with his co-host Arra San Agustin.

During an interview with Boy Abunda, Paolo insisted that he was still in a relationship with Yen Santos and there was no truth that he was having an affair with somebody else.

“Yes, kami pa ni Yen,” said Paolo.

He said that the video being uploaded by netizens on social media, showing him being clingy to Arra, was edited, saying that it was only part of their skit on the noontime show.

“Alam mo yung kumakalat samin ni Arra, it’s an edited video of a portion in Eat Bulaga and it was maliciously edited. It’s a love… skit triangle ni Arra, ako, at saka si Candy, played by Betong, and they just keep on posting the Arra side of it,” said Paolo.

It can be recalled that Paolo went viral on social media after Yen celebrated her birthday without even greeting his girlfriend.

It sparked rumors that the two were already separated, several months after they admitted their relationship in public.
