Joey de Leon, may reaksyon matapos isulong na gawing national artist ang TVJ

Joey de Leon reacted to some petitions who were pushing their legendary trio with Tito, and Vic Sotto to become the next National Artist in the Philippines.

According to some reports, some groups were pushing TVJ to become a national artist due to their contribution to the entertainment industry, which included hosting the longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga.

The comedian made a witty reaction to the said petitions, saying that they would be better to be labeled as “function all artists”

“May nag-suggest gawin na raw kaming National Artists pati Eat Bulaga. Sabi ko WAG NA. Gawin nyo na lang kaming FUNCTION ALL ARTISTS! A pet owner wanted justice for what happened to his pet, Shih Tzu.

In a Facebook post, Rose Ann Guatno posted a complaint against a certain pet shop that allegedly made her pet Cherry semibald despite her request not to do it.

“I barely posted something here on my socials just to protect my peace of mind. Shout out saiyo Furry Tails Sm North Branch anong ginawa mo sa Baby ko. Cherry was my baby Shih Tsu but look at her.

The post received mixed reactions from the netizens, asking the pet owner to communicate clearly with the pet shop next time to avoid repeating the incident.

“Hi mam sorry for your furbaby pero let this be a lesson din na dapat either we research or let them explain to us ano procedures or gupit para wala pong miscommunication lalo na if first time furparent po tayo. Kase usually tatanungin din p kayo nyan if anong klaseng groom at if gaano kahaba ititira or if ligo lang at wala gupit. Semi is 1 inch. Wag po sana natin siraan ung salon dahil di lang po kayo aware sa klase ng cut which is sainyo naman po ung wrong don. Maigi na pong nagtatanong tayo. Cute and healthy parin naman si baby and mas maganda ang tubo nyan,” netizen Mai remarked.

As of writing, the said pet shop has yet to release a statement following a complaint from their customer.

The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) discovered that Golden Retriever Killua was positive for the rabies virus.

According to a report from Rappler, people who Killua possibly bit must get medication as soon as possible to prevent the virus from reaching their nervous system.

It can be recalled that the man who ended Killua’s life, Anthony Solares, a barangay tanod in Bicol, insisted that the golden retriever was already biting people, which forced him to do what he believed was necessary.

A dog infected by the rabies virus may become aggressive.

However, PAWS head Anna Cabrera said that Solares still has no right to end Killua’s life even if the dog had rabies as only veterinarians are authorized to handle such cases.
