Actor Albie Casiño said that he was not affected by Jaclyn Jose’s untimely passing and became straightforward when asked about it.

During an interview, Albie said that he didn’t feel that he was required to be present in Jaclyn’s wake despite being the mother of his ex-girlfriend, Andi Eigenmann.

“Unang-una, I just wanna say rest in peace Ms. Jane saka condolences sa lahat ng tao na nagmamahal sa kanya pero hindi naman ako apektado dun. I don’t think my presence would be welcome there so ba’t ako makikiramay, ‘di ba,” he said.

It can be recalled that Albie’s opportunity to become one of the popular actors of his era was gone in 2011 after he was accused of being the father of Andi’s daughter, Ellie.

Despite his denial, Albie didn’t get the favor of the public, who even accused him of being an irresponsible father.

However, Andi’s half-sister Max revealed that Albie was only wrongly accused and that Ellie’s real father was Jake Ejercito.

Albie also lost millions of pesos worth of projects and endorsements because of the issue.

“How about I lost a lot of millions of pesos worth of projects and endorsements from that? And it wasn’t just a P100,000, bro. It’s a million pesos worth of, I guess,” he said.

In 2021, Jaclyn also told Albie to stop mentioning Andi or Ellie.

“Yung Albi Casiño? He has to keep his mouth shut? Don’t use my daughter in your circus…” Jaclyn said.

“Gusto mo sabihin ko in publik paano mo b*gb*gin anak ko? Kahit buntis? Try moko…” she added.

Veteran columnist Cristy Fermin couldn’t stop crying after feeling vindicated by Baron Geisler’s admission about his first daughter.

In an interview with the Philippine Entertainment Portal, Cristy shared that she was emotional while watching Baron’s admission.

According to Cristy, she had already revealed information about Baron’s first daughter in 2008, but the information caused her to lose her job on The Buzz.

“Umiiyak ako nung ininterbyu ni Ogie [Diaz] si Baron,” said Cristy. “Hindi ko ine-expect na magbabanggit si Baron na meron siyang someone out there na anak na panganay,”

“Iyak ako nang iyak kasi, namputsa, tingnan mo nga naman, after sixteen years, na-vindicate pa ako.

The veteran columnist admitted that her credibility as a showbiz reporter dwindled in the past years, but the admission of Baron may have helped her to recover.

“Walang lihim na hindi nabubulgar. Maniwala ka, lalabas at lalabas. Hindi ko ine-expect itong kay Baron. Hindi ko ine-expect,” she stated.

Cristy revealed that Baron and the mother of his first daughter have no connection.

Wala pang isang taon? Xian Lim and Iris Lee wedding in New York rumor circulates

Rumors about Xian Lim and Iris Lee’s wedding suddenly circulated on social media.

Several showbiz vlogs claimed that the two tied the knot in New York just months after the actor announced breaking up with his long-time girlfriend, Kim Chiu.

Several netizens shared their thoughts on the rumors and even expressed sympathy to Kim.

“Xian Lim and Iris Lee wedding reminds me that taxi cab theory is real. Imagine Kim and Xian been together for 11 years yet he found the one na papakasalan niya after a month of break. I guess the saying was true “men will marry his woman because he’s not ready to commit‚ not because of the length of their relationship.” and “a man settle down when they are ready‚ no matter who they are with.” building a man for another girl is heartbreaking,” netizen Heidee said.

“Kaya girls it’s really ok to ask the man of what really is his intention why he wants to form a relationship with you and vice versa,” she added.

Xian and Iris have yet to give a response to the rumors.

Shaira’s fan believes that the Bangsamoro singer being criticize due to her ethnicity: “Hindi kasi nila matanggap!”

A fan of Shaira believed that the so-called “Queen of Bangsamoro Pop” was being criticized due to her ethnicity.

In a Facebook post, Lucky Pinoy, one of the top fans of Shaira, criticized the people outside Mindanao for trying to pull down the singer’s career because of being included in the minority.

According to the fan, the critics of Shaira lack comprehension, saying that the singer already disclaimed that other artists inspired some of her songs.

He even said that if content outside Mindanao had done the same thing, they would never criticize it.

The post has already reached 73 reactions on social media.

However, several experts believed that Shaira commercialized her song, which required her to legally acquire the rights to use a melody or sample of other artists’ creations.

It can be recalled that Shaira was facing a copyright issue due to her song “Selos”, which allegedly had the same melody with “Trouble is a Friend,” by Lenka.

The Queen of Bangsamoro Pop Shaira made a decree to her fans to stop criticizing the Australian singer ‘Lenka’ amid the copyright issue she was facing.

It can be recalled that Shaira’s viral song, “Selos,” was removed from online platforms due to its similarities to the melody of Lenka’s “Trouble is a Friend,”

The removal prompted fans of Shaira to swarm Lenka’s social media pages.

Shaira revealed that Lenka’s camp approached them in a good way and already exploring ways to fix the issue.

The issue sparked a discussion on copyright; some producers believed that Shaira didn’t infringe Trouble is a Friend, while some believed it was still the Bangsamoro artist’s responsibility to inform Lenka about her song.
