Francis Marcos apologizes to his posh subdivision neighbors: “Tumulong din naman po pala sila, hindi lang nila pinagkalandakan katulad ko”

Francis Leo Marcos apologized to the homeowners of Green Meadows in Quezon City after some of his supporters attempted to enter the super exclusive subdivision to ask their idol for some relief goods.

In his latest Facebook live video, Marcos urged his followers not to wait for him outside Green Meadows because many of his neighbors are already complaining about their presence.

He also made a public apology to his neighbors in Green Meadows, saying that he’s wrong on accusing them of being greedy.

“To all the green meadow homeowner and residents, I don’t know what to say please I want you to accept my deepest apologies, for my mistake in regards to my viral videos online, it was not really my intention to create such an awkward and embarrassing situation, especially for my fellow green meadow residents and homeowners,” Marcos said.

Marcos also admitted that his neighbors contrary to his accusations are really helping the needy amid the crisis without broadcasting it on social media like him.

The businessman explained that he’s only trying to challenge other rich people like him to do philanthropic activities.

“My deepest apologies, hindi po talaga kayo ang intensyon ko, yun nga po pinangangako ko na eto po ay hindi na mauulit, para naman po sa mga viewers ko, napatunayan ko noong mga nakaraang araw na yung mga residente ay Green Meadow ay tumulong naman po pala, hindi lang po nila pinagngangalandakan katulad ng aking ginagawa,” he said.

It can be remembered that Marcos has gone viral on social media after he made a Facebook live touring around the said subdivision while lambasting his neighbors, calling them greedy and useless.

“Para sa mga kapitbahay ko dito sa subdivision, para sa akin makasarili kayong lahat, kayong mga hindi tumutulong sa ating mamamayan,” he said.

He even vowed to hunt the resident of the subdivision who filed a complaint against him.

“Kung sino ka man na nagrereport sa akin, ayan milyong milyong Pilipino ang nanonood sa akin, wala kang kwentang nilalang, baka yung katulong mo pa nga yung pumunta dito at humingi ng bigas eh, ang kapal ng mukha mo,” he said.

Francis Leo was facing controversy after several members of the Marcos-Romualdez clan already disowned him.

There’s also a document circulating on social media, listing him as one of the people being investigated because of pretending to be a member of Marcos clan.

Yesterday, Xian Gaza accused Marcos of falsifying documents to hide his real name Norman Mangusin.

In his social media posts, Francis Leo claimed that he’s the son of Pacifico Marcos, the youngest brother of former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr.

However, despite the criticisms being thrown against him, many of his supporters are still believing that he’s a rich man who only wanted to help other people.

Liza Soberano to the government: Empathy ang Kailangan ng Tao, Hindi Pagbabanta!

Liza Soberano slammed the Duterte administration for allegedly instilling fear into the minds of the people of the Philippines.

Soberano is one of the celebrities who used their social media account to criticize President Rodrigo Duterte’s statement in his most recent televised address.

“What our people need now is empathy, not threats,” Soberano said.

The post of Soberano reached 144,000 likes as of writing on social media.

President Duterte, on his recent televised address, criticized the left after a group of protesters that demanded food aid and cops clashed on April 1.

Lately, authorities discovered that some protesters are members of the urban poor advocacy group KADAMAY who infamously occupied an idle housing in Pandi, Bulacan.

“Remember kayong mga left: You are not the government. Naintindihan ninyo ‘yan? Hindi kayo nasa gobyerno and you cannot be a part of what we are planning to do for the nation… Intindihin ninyo ‘yan. Kaya huwag kayong mag gawa ng kalokohan at mag-riot-riot diyan because I will order you detained at bibitawan ko kayo pagkatapos na wala na itong COVID,” Duterte said.

“Huwag ninyo akong takutin ng gulo-gulo kasi kung gusto talaga ninyo ng gulo, guguluhin natin ang bayan natin tutal wala pa namang pagkain,” he added.

“My orders are sa pulis pati military, pati mga barangay na pagka ginulo at nagkaroon ng okasyon na lumaban at ang buhay ninyo ay nalagay sa alanganin, shoot them. Naintindihan ninyo?” he also said.

Quezon City Task Force Action Officer Rannie Ludovica said that the protesters were influenced by group KADAMAY to defy the orders of the government.

“Hindi ko siya Tito!” BBM’s son Sandro Marcos confirms that Francis Leo Marcos is not their relative

Senator Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr’s eldest son, Sandro Marcos finally confirmed that the businessman who became viral on social media is not their relative.

On a short tweet, Sandro debunked the claims that Francis Leo Marcos is their relative.

“Hi, no me nor my family are related to him,” Sandro told the netizen who asked him if he’s related to Francis Leo Marcos.

This was contrary to what Francis Leo claimed in the 2019 Facebook post, saying that his father is Pacifico Marcos, the youngest brother of former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr.

“My date told me that I look like Ferdie  I reply her with the snob  and say I look more like. (pacifico Marcos my father) than Ferdie and she laughs open air wahahahaha,” Marcos wrote.

If Francis Leo’s claim was real, Sandro Marcos was supposed to be his nephew.

Two members of the Romualdez Clan also denied that Francis Leo is their relative.

Meanwhile, Jesus Siazon Fariñas, a close friend of the Marcos family shared a message came from former Senator Bongbong Marcos, explaining that having a photo with his mother Imelda doesn’t prove that you’re a relative of the said powerful clan from Ilocos and Leyte.

“Unfortunately, pinuntahan niya ang Mother ko. Which means nothing. Ilang libong tao ang nagpapapicture sa Mother ko every week? Yung sa kampo mukhang fake,” Fariñas wrote while quoting BBM.

However, in his latest videos, Francis Leo refused to talk about his father and kept repeating that his mother was only inspired by the Marcos family.

He also said that his relationship with the first family is “privilege communication”

Despite backtracking his claims that he’s one of the members of the Ilocos’ Norte’s most powerful family, Francis Leo insisted that he’s using his real name on social media.

His critics including former scammer Xian Gaza claimed that Francis Leo’s real name was Norman Mangusin.

“Ang tunay niyang pangalan ay “Norman Antonio Mangusin”. Ang magulang niya ay si Gilbert Alejandro Mangusin at Remedios Antonio Mangusin. Nagpagawa siya ng pekeng birth certificate under the name of Norman Antonio Alejandro para makakuha ng passport dahil ang pangalan niya ay may records sa NBI kagaya ko. Siya ay naging isang OFW sa Saudi Arabia,” Gaza claimed.

“He later converted to “Francis Leo Antonio Marcos” by paying a judge in North Cotabato and two NSO officials in Mindanao. From there ay nagpanggap na siya bilang family member ng mga Marcoses to numerous businessmen para mang-scam ng milyones using charitable institutions as a front. Nagkrus ang landas naming dalawa noong taong 2015 and 2016 sa Davao City when I executed different scam operations particularly sa “The Haiyan Shirt Project” scam kung saan siya ay isa sa co-organizer ko,” he added.

Xian Gaza accuses Francis Leo Marcos of hiding his real identity: “Nagpagawa siya ng pekeng birth certificate!”

Controversial internet celebrity Xian Gaza accused businessman Francis Leo Marcos of hiding his true identity to the people, citing that the latter allegedly falsified his documents to escape the charges filed against him in the past and to also continue doing his illegal activities.

In a lengthy Facebook post, Gaza claimed that Francis Leo is not a member of the Marcos family and he came from a poor family in Baguio City.

According to Gaza, he got connected to Marcos from 2015-2016 and became a co-organizer of one of his scam operations.

“Ang tunay niyang pangalan ay “Norman Antonio Mangusin”. Ang magulang niya ay si Gilbert Alejandro Mangusin at Remedios Antonio Mangusin. Nagpagawa siya ng pekeng birth certificate under the name of Norman Antonio Alejandro para makakuha ng passport dahil ang pangalan niya ay may records sa NBI kagaya ko. Siya ay naging isang OFW sa Saudi Arabia,” Gaza claimed.

“He later converted to “Francis Leo Antonio Marcos” by paying a judge in North Cotabato and two NSO officials in Mindanao. From there ay nagpanggap na siya bilang family member ng mga Marcoses to numerous businessmen para mang-scam ng milyones using charitable institutions as a front. Nagkrus ang landas naming dalawa noong taong 2015 and 2016 sa Davao City when I executed different scam operations particularly sa “The Haiyan Shirt Project” scam kung saan siya ay isa sa co-organizer ko,” he added.

Gaza told the netizen that he would not get anything if he’s only trying to destroy the reputation of Marcos, who became viral on social media because of his charitable activities.

He then questioned why Francis Leo pretended to be a member of the Marcos family instead of using his alleged real name.

“Bakit kailangan pang magpanggap bilang miyembro ng powerful Marcos Family kahit ika’y si Norman Antonio Mangusin? Para saan? Bakit mo kailangang magtago sa ibang pagkatao? Ano ang hidden agenda sa likod ng iyong propaganda? Mamahalin ka naman ng taumbayan bilang si Norman na may malasakit sa kapwa at mabuting puso kung ikaw lang talaga’y magpapakatotoo at hindi na kailangang manloko,” he stated.

Aside from his testimony, Gaza also posted several photos and documents showing the alleged evidence that could prove the real identity of Marcos.

In the first photo, it showed the alleged family of Marcos.

He then posted the certificate of marriage of certain Norman Mangusin.

Gaza also shared a xerox copy of the alleged former passport of Marcos.

The camp of Mr. Francis Leo Marcos is not yet responding to the accusations of Gaza.

A few days ago, several members of the Romualdez family also disowned Francis Leo Marcos and cautioned the people about him.

While Francis Leo already admitted that he’s not related to the Marcos Family and only got inspired by their ‘goodness’, the businessman in 2019 posted a photo of him together with former first lady Imelda Marcos.

In the caption of the post, he said that his father is a certain ‘Pacifico Marcos’.

“My date told me that I look like Ferdie  I reply her with the snob  and say I look more like. (pacifico Marcos my father) than Ferdie and she laughs open air wahahahaha,” Marcos wrote.

Coincidentally, Pacifico is the name of the youngest brother of former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr.

Generous businessman insists that his real name is ‘Francis Leo Marcos’ not ‘Norman Mangusin’

Businessman Francis Leo Marcos insisted that he’s using his real name on social media contrary to what his critics and some members of the Romualdez clan are claiming.

It can be remembered that one member of the Romualdez clan claimed that the real name of the said internet sensation is Norman Mangusin.

In a Facebook live, Marcos said that he couldn’t blame his mother for naming him, Francis Leo.

“Katulad po ng sinabi ko ang aking pong ina ay sobrang inspired sa kabutihan at kagalingan nung unang pamilya ni dating Pangulong Ferdinand Edralin Marcos at syempre dating first lady,” Marcos said.

“Ang pangalan ko po, ako na po ito eh, eh kung may isa pang pangalan pa, eh basta eto lang ang masasabi ko, who i am today it is because of my mother, hindi ko po pwedeng kontrahin ang nanay ko, hindi naman po ako yung nagpunta sa lisensya at sabihin na ‘oh eto ang pangalan ko’,” he added.

Marcos said that he couldn’t understand why some people are criticizing him and accusing him despite his kind acts to the needy.

He also revealed that he tried to check the records of a certain ‘Norman Mangusin’ but he said that they didn’t found any records that would prove that the latter did something illegal.

“Pinahangap ko nga po kung may record po yung Norman Mangusin na kasamaan, eh wala naman pong ginawa, so ano yung kinokonekta niyo sakin?” he stated.

The businessman denied that he’s also not planning to enter politics.

He also told his critics on social media that they’re always welcome to continue their actions against him.

Marcos also admitted that he faced several legal battles in the past, but claimed that he won all of those cases.

According to his critics, Francis Leo’s real name is Norman Mangusin and accused him of selling fake gold bars.

Joel Romualdez posted a picture of an alleged letter from the office of former First Lady Imelda Marcos

“I have received continued disturbing reports about the above-mentioned persons using my name and my family’s name to collect unauthorized campaign donations, selling of fake gold certificates and using photographs and films/video coverage to associate themselves with me and my family for unauthorized and unscrupulous business practices,” Imelda wrote on the document.

“Mr. Francis Leo Marcos has claimed that he is the son of Dr. Pacifico Marcos, the brother of my late husband and that he has been chosen by the Marcos family as the custodian of alleged wealth which we are not in possession of; he uses my photographs on social media after a photo opportunities and has produced a film positioning him as a signatory to the world’s wealth; he targets wealthy Chinese businessmen who want to do business in the Philippines and attracts them thru charitable causes,” she added.

The Marcos family didn’t confirm nor deny the existence of the letter.

In another Facebook live video, Marcos revealed his relationship with the former first family.

“If you ask me ‘how you are related to the first family?’ I’ll just simply said, it is a ‘PRIVILEGE COMMUNICATION’, but I have not the liberty to divulge any information pertaining to the first family,” Marcos said.

“Me and my family are inspired for those good deeds and good things na ginawa po ni former President at former First Lady,” he added.

The businessman then explained that his only intention is to help the people and never meant to upset anyone’s feelings.

“My intention is clear, I’m challenging the rich people out there to accept my challenge because I could not help our country alone, I’m just a private individual, its so happened that I am a Marcos, yun po yun, and yung nanay ko po ay inspired by doings of President Marcos and the first lady,” Marcos said.

“Pinalaki po ako na yun akin pong adbokasiya ay inspired by the very good deeds of the first family,” he added.

Francis Leo then revealed his relationship with the former first family.

“If you ask me ‘how you are related to the first family?’ I’ll just simply said, it is a ‘PRIVILEGE COMMUNICATION’, but I have not the liberty to divulge any information pertaining to the first family,” Marcos said.

“Pero po yung aking aspiration ay nagmula sa kanila,” he added.

“To all the people asking me about Mr. Francis Leo Marcos he is not related to me nor to my family po he’s real name is “Norman Mangusin” thank you,” Romualdez said.

“My date [Imelda] told me that I look like Ferdie. I reply her with the snob and say I look more like. PAKING (Pacifico Marcos my father) than Ferdie and she laughs open air,” he said.

Pacifico Marcos is the youngest brother of former President Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr.

A certain Candy Marcos also called Francis Leo Marcos as her ‘cousin’ and posted a photo of the businessman together with Senator Imee Marcos.

“Manang Imee Marcos. And insan Francis Leo Marcos sooo proud na maging @Marcos,” Candy said on her Facebook post in 2019.

Despite some doubts about the real identity of Marcos, people are still cheering for the businessman.

“His family affiliation is irrelevant now but his charitable deeds are,” netizen Rebecca Guiterrez-Misland commented in one of our articles.

Francis Leo Marcos says that his wife already allows him to help other people: “Pero hindi pa daw niya ako papatawarin!”

Francis Leo Marcos revealed that his wife already called him to give her approval to continue the philanthropic activities of the known businessman amid the crisis being faced by the country right now.

However, he said that his wife still doesn’t forgive him because of some reason.

Yesterday, Marcos revealed that his wife left him because of his philanthropic activities.

“Sa totoong buhay po ay hiniwalayan po ako ng aking asawa dahil sa ginagawa ko, pero tinanggap ko po yun dahil hindi ko po kayang [magbago] mas pinili ko po yung pagtulong sa taumbayan kaysa sa sarili kong kapakanan, mas pinili ko po ang pagtulong ko sa tao kaysa sa sarili ko,” Marcos stated.

However, Marcos hoped that his wife would understand him in the future.

“Umaasa parin ako na lalambot ang puso ng aking asawa at maiintindihan niya itong ginagawa ko, at mamahalin niya kung sino man ako at kung ano yung ginagawa ko para sa taumbayan,” he said.

“Pinapili niya ho ako eh, magbabago daw po ba ako o hindi, ang sabi ko eh ‘kung masama ako ay hindi na dahil eto na ako eh, pero kung masama ang maging mabuti ay hindi na rin ako magbabago’,” he added.

Barangay councilor slams government’s incomplete announcement of cash aid to people: “Hirap na hirap na kami!”

A barangay councilor in Taytay, Rizal, slammed the national government’s decision to announce the Social Amelioration Program (SAC) without giving further details to the people, saying that the local government officials like him were suffering already.

In a Facebook post, Tobi Cruz of Barangay Sta. Ana in the said municipality complained that the cluelessness of the people about the SAC already resulted in chaos in his place.

He was frustrated about what’s happening in their barangay right now because their hands were full already in implementing the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) then here’s another problem again being brought by the national government.

“Duterte announcing the Social Amelioration Program without its details and guidelines is creating chaos at the LGU level! People are storming our barangay hall at sobrang daming nagagalit na kahit sa social media,” Cruz said.

“Hirap na hirap na kami sa barangay taking care of implementing the ECQ and trying to provide relief, tapos ganto pa gagawin ng national government sa amin. Umayos kayo!”

According to him, it’s really hard to blame the people for being clueless about the SAC as the government didn’t give further details to them.

Cruz hoped that the government should provide proper information to the people as they already got billions of funds because of the special powers given to the President.

“May nagmessage sa akin: ‘Sana yung mga sumusugod sa inyo inaalam muna kung may guidelines na o wala. Kasi at the end of the day sila lang din ang mahihirapan’,” he said.

“It’s hard to put the blame on people. They are hungry and desperate. With Duterte’s emergency powers and billions of funds, don’t you think we at least deserve proper details and information?” he added.

Netizens couldn’t stop themselves from giving their comments about the post of Cruz.

Netizen Morina Favorito told the councilor that they should perform better especially that the crisis being faced by the country only happens very rarely.

“With due respect, Sir, kayo po ang kamay ng national government para makaabot sa mga community. Minsan lang naman po yung sagad na sagad ang trabano nyo. Pag wala namang ganito ok naman din. Walang reklamo dapat kasi yan yung public service na sinumpaan nyong gagampanan nung nangangampanya kayo,” Favorito said.

Netizen Anza Pereira agreed with Cruz’s thoughts, saying that the LGUs were suffering so much due to the actions being implemented by the national government.

“May point ka sir, kawawa talaga mga LGU sila na nga ang binagsakan ng responsibilidad ng National Govt kayo pa lumalabas na masama while they already scape their obligation. May mata ang diyos sila na po bahala sa kanila. Gawin niyo nalang po sa abot ng inyong makakaya. Keep safe,” Anza Pereira commented.

Patrick Francisco also expressed disappointment to the government, saying that people already thought that the LGUs are ready to distribute the SACs because of the announcement from the government.

“Totoo namang walang details/guidelines na sinabi kagabi ang ating mahal na pangulo tungkol sa SAP. Kaya kawawa din talaga ang mga barangay at LGUs dahil sila ang unang sasalo sa dagsa ng mga taongbayan. Madaming pumunta agad sa mga barangay. Daming nagrereklamo bat wala pa daw. Which sinabi naman ni kagawad Tobit na hindi talaga pwedeng sisihin ang mga tao,” Patrick Francisco remarked.

As of writing the post already reached 1,000 shares on social media.

Francis Leo Marcos to the netizen: “Kaysa sisihin natin ang gobyerno, tayo po ay tumulong!”

Businessman and Philanthropist Francis Leo Marcos, through a Facebook live video, urged his fellow Filipinos again to help the people who were most affected by the crisis instead of blaming the government for what’s happening.

While distributing sacks of rice around Quezon City, Marcos talked to the cops deployed in Camp Crame and also vowed to send them help.

Marcos said that his mother who was inspired by former President Ferdinand Marcos taught him how to be generous to the needy.

“Marami po ang nagtatanong bakit ko po ito ginagawa, alam niyo po ay nag iisa lamang akong anak, my mom is an Igorot and an Ilocano, and my mother inspired by the great doing of the former President Marcos, so she taught me how to be kind, na hindi lang ako yung nabubuhay para sa sarili ko lang,”  Marcos who claimed that he’s the only child in the family stated.

According to him, he would not stop helping people even if he already loses all the stored rice he bought.

He then encouraged his rich followers to help the others and “help the government” amid the crisis.

“The government could not fight it alone, hindi kaya ng government natin yan,” he said.

“There is no income, our government is immobilized, so higit po sa lahat kaysa sa sisihin natin ang gobyerno, eh tayo po ay tumulong para po malampasan natin ang ating pinagdadaanang crisis,” he added.

Marcos has gone viral on social media after he encouraged rich people living in a super-executive village in Quezon City to go outside of their mansions to help the needy.

He claimed that he doesn’t care even if his wealth got depleted as long as he’s helping other people.

Romualdez told the netizens to be “extra careful” and avoid believing anything they see on the internet.

“Please let’s be extra careful, lalo na sa panahon ngaun marami fraud. Ginagamit Last Name ng Romualdez or Marcos Hindi naman un ung real name or last name nya, sa mga kilala ko jan sa Leyte Manila and to other places please wag po agad maniwala if may magsabi or nagsabi na related to me or to my family even if there’s a photo or video you can verify message or contact me first po. keep safe everyone! thank you,” he said.
