TikToker Miss Catering raises the eyebrows of netizens for saying that it’s better for his mother to pass away first

A TikToker was receiving different reactions on social media after he told his mother face-to-face that it was better for her to pass away first.

In a video that was already getting thousands of views on social media, content creator Amor Carias, popularly known as ‘Miss Catering’ was seen eating and talking with his mother.

In the said post, Carias was discussing the possible outcome if he passes away first instead of his mother.

According to him, no one would take care of his mother anymore if he was gone.

So he believed that it’s better if his mother pass away first.

“Alam niyo ‘yung pinakamahirap ay kung ako ‘yung mauna kay nanay, syempre kawawa si nanay [kasi] walang mag-aalaga kapag ako ‘yung naunang mawala.” he said.

“Kaya mas mabuti na ikaw na ‘yung maunang mawala,” he added.

“Mauna ka nalang tapos susunod ako,” he also said.

The mother of the content creator agreed, saying that it’s the responsibility of Carias to help his relatives to finish their studies.

Netizens couldn’t hide their disappointment in what Carias told his mother.

Carias became popular on social media because of his choice of words while talking to a foreign national.

The content creator told the foreign national that he was ‘catering’ his mom instead of saying ‘taking care’ which caused him to be called by the netizens as ‘miss catering’.

However, several netizens speculated that Paredes made the question to get something that he could use against the government.

Netizen Mark Lopez who’s browsing on Instagram was one of the first Pro-Duterte bloggers who noticed the short social media discussion between Ozawa and Paredes.

He labeled Paredes “Pabibo” for his curiosity on the identity of the luxury car owner.

Lopez also shared that Congressman Alcala is the brother of the controversial former Secretary of the Department of Agriculture and Liberal Party member Proceso Alcala.

Paredes is also a solid supporter of Liberal Party.

Later on, another Pro-Duterte blogger, Krizette Laureta Chu shared her thoughts about the question of Paredes.

“LOL. Jim Paredes is suddenly rendered speechless. Nagtatanong pa kasi, eh yung mahilig lang naman sa gaudy display of wealth ang mga Congressmen na kaalyado ninyo ano.” Chu said in her post.

Several netizens, mostly supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte couldn’t stop themselves from laughing at the discussion.

Paredes is a known critic of President Rodrigo Duterte and became infamous before when he confronted a group of Pro-government youth who expressed their support to the current administration.

Teacher reminds Former Sen. Franklin Drilon and Karen Davila for allegedly disrespecting the national anthem

A teacher couldn’t stop himself from criticizing the gesture of former Senator Franklin Drilon and veteran journalist Karen Davila who were present during the Dinagyang Festival in Iloilo City.

The video was taken on January 21 while the national anthem of the Philippines ‘Lupang Hinirang’ was being played.

It can be seen that while the other people were standing up and putting their right palms over their chests and singing the national anthem, Drilon and Davila were spotted talking casually.

Teacher Mel Vincent Trentado who’s also a resident of Iloilo City reminded the two influential people to be a good example to the public.

“PAGOD NA PO KAMI SA PAGTURO NG BASICS SA MGA BATA,” Trentado said.

“As a teacher, tulad po ninyo ma’am Karen Davila na public figure, mayroon po tayong responsibilidad na magturo ng mga basic na dapat nalaman ng kapwa natin Pilipino. Maging role model po sana tayo sa mga manonood natin at all times. Maraming Salamat po. I hope you understand po ma’am.” he also said.

According to the Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines, people should pay respect to the National Anthem and to the Philippine Flag by standing up and putting their right palms over their chests.

It can be remembered that in 2018, a moviegoer was caught by the authorities for failing to stand up while the Philippine Anthem was being played.

People who will not follow RA 8491 may face a P5,000-P20,000 fine.

As of writing, Davila and Drilon have yet to give a comment about the issue.

Patama kay Alex? Dina Bonnevie to the waiter presented her cake: “Hindi kita papahiran”

It seems that Dina Bonnevie is not yet done with taking a swipe against Alex Gonzaga.

During the celebration of her 61st birthday, the veteran actress was seen being presented with a cake.

The cake was being held by a waiter and after Dina blew out the candle the actress told the waiter that she was not going to smudge him.

“Hindi kita papahiran ng cake. Magpapasalamat ako sa’yo,” Dina told the waiter.

She then told her guests that “cakes are to be eaten, and not to be pasted on other people’s faces,”

Netizens believed that Dina was referring to Alex’s viral cake incident.

It can be recalled that there’s a rumored feud between the two celebrities.

The issue started when Dina criticized a certain actress who was always late during their tapings.

“Talagang sinabihan ko siya: ‘Who do you think you are? Are you famous? Who are you? What name you made? Have you carved your name in stone in showbiz?” Dina said in an interview in 2018.

“Your call [time] is at 9 o’clock and you come down from your van at 12 o’clock na naka-pajama? Really? If you want to continue taping this soap like this, do it yourself.’… Lahat kami kasi — mga senior stars kami noon, talagang pinaghihintay niya kami lagi,” she added.

Last December, Alex then narrated her experience with an actress whom she called ‘artistang matanda’ who shouted at her because she’s late.

“There was a time in my early 20s. Pinagsisigawan ako ng artistang matanda. Pinagsisigawan nya talaga ko from head to foot. Kasi akala niya galing ako sa bahay tapos late lang ako. Di nya alam na galing ako sa work. Kasi siguro hindi sinabi sa kanya.” Alex recounted.

Actor Paolo Contis admitted in an interview with Boy Abunda that he was not sending financial support to his daughter to his ex-partner Lian Paz.

It can be recalled that Lian Paz revealed in 2018 that Paolo didn’t send child support to their children when they got separated.

Kasi siyempre, noong naghiwalay kami, wala akong trabaho. As in, zero talaga.

Paolo confirmed the accusations of Lian, calling his actions a mistake.

However, he made it clear that he was already supporting all his children including his daughter to his other ex-partner LJ Reyes.

“It’s a mistake na nasimulan ko ever since before na hindi ako nakapagbigay. But ever since na nagtrabaho ako ng maayos, unti-unti akong naglalagay ng account para kay Xonia, kay Xylene, pati kay Summer.” he stated.

He also became emotional while dedicating a message to Lian and to the latter’s new partner John Cabahug.

According to him, he was lucky that John treated his children as his own.

“I would like to take this opportunity to tell Lian and John, thank you for doing a great job sa mga bata. Dun suwerte ako kasi mabait ‘yung John eh.” he said.

As of writing Lian has yet to give a response to Paolo’s interview.

It can be recalled that the two officially separated in 2012.

Kris Aquino takes swipe against Darryl Yap’s movie: ‘My father is a hero’

Kris Aquino took a swipe against the movie of Director Darryl Yap.

In a lengthy social media post, Kris remembered her father former Sen. Ninoy Aquino Jr. who’s a subject of Yap’s movie Maid in Malacanang and his next project MoM.

Kris highlighted the selfless love of her father for his countrymen.

“Dad, that’s what sets you apart- your charisma came from the fact everyone who was in your company felt special; innately Ninoy Aquino knew how to make it all about others & never about himself. Yes you were a great writer & speaker BUT more than that naka focus ka sa mga taong kaharap mo…unselfish talaga yung pagmamahal mo sa kapwa Pilipino,” Aquino said.

She then said that no historical revisionism would change what her father did to his country.

“Subukan mang baguhin ang kwento ng kahapon, it’s from you i learned to NEVER show anger, NEVER reveal your weakness. The child of Ninoy & Cory, the last still carrying their last names, learned from both: Faith in God, Patience, protecting your Integrity, standing firm w/ your words, Trustworthiness & caring for all Filipinos regardless of chosen ‘color,’ and sharing w/ those in need- those are values I hold on to & do my best to instill in my sons. God sees all & that’s what matters,” the host said.

Kris made the said message amid plans by Darryl to make a movie about the life of the former senator.

Meanwhile, the director invited Kris to watch the premier of the said movie.

The host didn’t respond to the invitation of director Darryl.

Netizens express dismay after an artist tattooed his client’s face with ‘junjun’ design

Netizens raised their eyebrows after a Baguio City-based tattoo artist showed the design he put on his client’s face.

On their page, ‘Baguio Fulltime hustle tatttooo’ showed the controversial design they put to their client that resembled a body part of a man.

The tattoo can be found on the cheek of their client so people expected that it would gain too much attention when the man decided to walk along the streets.
