Salon sa Pampanga, binabayaran ang mga customer para magpagupit ng kanilang buhok sa halagang aabot sa libo libong piso

A hair salon in Pampanga went viral because of how they were paying their customers, instead of them being paid for a haircut.

In a report by Kim Atienza, the NMV hair salon in Angeles, Pampanga was offering thousands of pesos to their customers who were willing to sell their hair.

According to the salon owner Nelly Vetters, they’re using the hair to make hair extensions that they could sell later on to customers who wanted to lengthen their hair.

“Bumibili ako ng buhok depended sa haba, kapal at sa quality,” she said.

“‘Yung 15 inches na maganda ang quality, 800,” she added.

She shared that the most expensive hair she bought cost P6,500.

Hair extension services cost thousands of pesos so the idea of the said salon may be a good way to profit and also to help their customer to have a makeover.

Aside from being used for extensions, hair can also be used to absorb oil spills.

Because of the oil spill that happened recently in Oriental Mindoro, several salons were actively collecting hair to be donated to the authorities cleaning the waters of the said province.
