Actor Epy Quizon shared his untold story working with Francis Magalona during his appearance on the GanjaHoops podcast.

According to him, his first meeting with Francis was not good, and they almost fought each other.

Epy said that he only wanted to introduce himself to Francis, but the latter found him ‘annoying,’ which resulted in a clash between them.

“And I was gonna go and approach him, and say ‘hey I’m Dolphy’s son’ and of all that,” said Epy. “But he thought I was like being annoying, we almost got in a first fight,”

However, a day after the incident, Epy, who was prepared for another confrontation with Francis, was surprised that the master rapper approached him and apologized.

“I go to the next taping day. My father (Dolphy) is there, he sees me, he said ‘I’m sorry’ [sabi ko] ‘Bro, lalapit ako sayo eh, magpapakilala ako sayo eh, hinamon mo ako ng suntukan eh andito ako ngayon, ready na ako, nag stretching na ako,” he narrated.

Despite his experience with Francis, Epy mourned so much after the passing of the master rapper.

“I was listening to Kaleidoscope World like twenty times while crying. That how I love the guy,” he said.

Fans of Eat Bulaga couldn’t stop shipping Paolo Contis and Arra Agustin after they were spotted several times being sweet together on television.

Veteran actress Maricel Soriano finally revealed the celebrity who received her hardest slap through her 52-year career in show business.

Also known as ‘Taray Queen,’ due to her intense acting style, Maricel received an intriguing question from her fan on X (formerly known as Twitter).

She believed that comedian Vice Ganda was the one who received the hardest because of the aftermath of their scene.

Even if he received the hardest slap from Maricel, Vice remained friends with the Diamond Star.

Vice described that one of the highlights of his career was his meeting with Maricel.

KC then talked about her experiences growing up in a broken family.

Actor Kier Legaspi revealed that it was already a long time since his last conversation with his daughter, Dani Barretto.

In an interview, Kier disclosed that he was not trying to reach his daughter to his former partner, Marjorie Barretto, and was praying they would still get a chance to meet in the future.

Atty. Randolph Libayan of the social media channel ‘Batas Natin’ talked about the possible rights of Francesca Rait to the properties left by Francis Magalona if ever she proved her paternity.

During one of the episodes of his online show, Libayan answered some of the inquiries of his followers, who were curious if Francesca would ever have a chance to get a piece of her alleged father’s estate.

Libayan said that if Francesca proved her paternity, a part of Francis’ inheritance would be automatically hers.

“Kunwari kung sa’yo ay 15 percent, lahat ng ari-arian ni Francis M, mayroon kang 15 percent… Meron siyang karapatan,” said Libayan.

The lawyer also said that Francesca would still get some of the inheritance from Francis’ estate even if it were already distributed to his other children.

“Kasi nga magiging invalid ‘yung transfer because there’s no valid transfer if you have no rights to transfer the particular property, ano ang ibig ko sabihin dito, ibig sabihin niyan kunwari dalawa kayong anak, wala na kayong magulang namatay pareho, 50-50 kayo ‘yung isang lalake dahil siya ay gahaman ang isa niyang kapatid hindi mo alam na may property pa pala na naiwan ‘yung mga magulang niyo, ang ginawa niya in-approriate niya lang sa sarili niya, ang ginawa niya siya ay ni-transfer niya, gumawa siya ng declaration of sole heir sinabi niya na ‘ako lang ‘yung anak wala ng iba’. Tapos ni-transfer niya ‘yung mga properties sa kanya illegal ‘yon” he said.

It can be recalled that Abegail Rait said that they didn’t receive any properties after Francis’ passing, and she raised their daughter alone.

It’s not yet known if Abegail would try to prove the paternity of her daughter via a DNA test.
