Marami ang kinilig sa pagbati ng American actor na si Lee O’Brian sa kanyang dating partner na si Pokwang nitong Mother’s Day.

Sa kanyang post nitong Mayo 14, 2023, ibinahagi ni Lee ang kanyang pagbati kay Pokwang, at sa iba pang babae na naging parte ng kanyang buhay kasama narin ang lahat ng kababaihan.

Pinuri naman ng mga netizens si Lee dahil sa kahit na ilang beses itong binatikos ni Pokwang sa publiko ay hindi parin nito nakalimutan na batiin ang kanyang dating partner.

Nagbigay naman ng negatibong tugon si Pokwang sa mensahe ni Lee para sa kanya at tinawag itong ‘plastic’.

Naniniwala ang komedyante na ginagamit lamang siya ni Lee dahil sa mayroon itong pelikula.

“Bigla may pa post ka ng happy mother’s day to the mother of my child? hahahahaa PLASTIC! mga nakaraan wala naman tse! porke my movie? mangga mangga hinog ka na ba? USE IN A SENTENCE? TAMA KANA ACCLA!” ani Pokwang.

Matatandaan na nag-umpisa ang isyu sa pagitan ni Pokwang at Lee ng malaman ng komedyante na mayroon na diumanong ibang babae ang American actor.

Dito na ibinunyag ni Pokwang ang mga naging problema nila ni Lee kasama na dito ang diumano’y hindi paggawa ng paraan ng kanyang dating partner para kumita ng pera at suportahan ang kanilang pamilya.

Sinabi rin ni Pokwang na pakiramdam niya ay hindi siya minahal talaga ni Lee.

Internet celebrity Xander Ford’s partner Gena Mago expressed her disappointment after receiving criticisms and bad wishes from the netizens during Mother’s Day.

On May 15, 2023, Gena shared a message she received from her critic wishing that someone bad would happen to her son Xeres.

According to her, she couldn’t believe that some netizens were capable of sending such type of messages to them, especially against a child.

“SOBRANG SAKIT SA PUSO. GANDANG PA MOTHER’S DAY NAMAN. PAGGISING KO ETO KAAGAD BUMUNGAD, IBANG USAPAN NA KASI KAPAG ANAK KO NA YUNG PAGSALITAAN NG GANIYAN PERO IPAGPAPASA DIYOS NALANG KITA ATE.” Gena said.

“SANA LANG KUNG MAY ANAK KA OR KAPAG NAGKAANAK KA DIMO MARANASAN YANG GINAGAWA MO. OKAY LANG NAMAN SANA KUNG KAMI EH PERO ANAK KO NA YUNG INAANO MO KAYA SOBRANG SAKIT SAKIN BILANG MOMMY NIYA. DIYOS NA BAHALA SAYO,” she added.

 

It can be recalled that Gena and Xander were receiving criticisms after they asked Christian Merck Grey to give them the P349,000 he pledged for the baptism of their son.

Gena said that Merck should stop telling promises if he couldn’t fulfill them, saying that they also need money despite spending lavishly for the baptismal of their child.

“Kung hindi mo naman pala kayang tuparin ‘yung pinangako mo sana hindi ka nalang din nangako kasi nangangailangan din kami, katulad ngayon na kapapanganak ko palang,” Gena said.

Internet celebrity Yasmin Asistido, also known as ‘Kween Yasmin’ revealed that a popular university has yet to pay her the talent fee she deserved after performing for them on March 25.

In her Facebook post, Yasmin, who became popular on social media because of her ‘unique’ style of singing, called out the said university for not paying her despite the efforts she made to perform.

“Hindi pa nagbabayad until now ng Talent fee ko until now. Last perform there march 25 2023. Mag 3 months na Wala pa rin. Clue eskwelahan sya. Pag Wala pa rin talaga. Naku.” she said.

“Nagbigay ka Ng effort, Naglaan ka Ng Oras panahon para lang sa performance tas until now Wala pa rin mag 3 months na ko waiting until now Wala pa rin. Pag Wala pa rin naku Hindi pde yun.” she added.

Netizens quickly guessed that Yasmin was referring to Dela Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI) in Cavite.

They showed a past post from Yasmin, thanking the university for letting her perform on stage.

Yasmin then confirmed that she was indeed calling out DLSU for her unpaid talent fee.

As of writing, DLSMHSI has yet to release a statement on the accusations made by Yasmin.

Thousands of her fans expressed their support to her and also tried to urge the school to pay the singer.

Bahagi ng ‘PBB house’ o Bahay ni Kuya, uumpisahan ng gibain: “It’s an end of an era”

Director Lauren Dyogi announced that half of the iconic Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) house was already set for demolition.

In his IG post, he personally visited the PBB house, also known as ‘Bahay ni Kuya’ after being informed that it would be demolished soon because their lease was already expired.

According to him, it’s already impractical to renew the lease agreement so they just decided to give up the property.

“I was able to visit the Pinoy Big Brother House because @raymdizon informed me that we will start the demolition of one half of the PBB House which we built at the start of Pinoy Dream Academy about 17 years ago, in 2006.” Director Lauren said.

“After 2 seasons of PDA, it became our House B which had our offices, brainstorm space, pantry, hosts’ dressing rooms, mini studio with control room and living quarters especially during the last two “lock-in seasons”. This part of the house has lots of good memories and even scary experiences.

“We needed to give up this part of the PBB house as our lease has expired this year and it is impractical to renew it. We still have the main PBB house and control room which hopefully we still get to use for the next PBB edition. This original house was built in 2004 and is 18 years old. It has become iconic and a landmark in the area.” he added.

However, the director clarified that it’s possible for them to find a new property of PBB.

It’s not yet known if the decision not to renew the lease for the portion of the PBB house property was connected to the failure of ABS-CBN to get a franchise.

It can be recalled that some properties owned by Kapamilya Network were also being converted to other purposes.

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) already recommended filing a syndicated estafa charges against actress Sunshine Dizon and nine other people after allegedly luring people to invest money in a ‘super club’ that turned out to be closed already.

In the report made by Bilyonaryo, Sunshine, together with Jonathan Rubic Dy, John Marcelle Marcelino, Nino Lisandro Baltazar, Camilla Ana Bote, Cyrus Montesa, Jonathan Lin, Katushka Rumanova, Kenny Ho and Coco Yu were facing serious complaints from investors who lost millions of pesos after investing to the said club.

According to the complainants, they were convinced by Sunshine and her business partners to invest P6-M in Ikon Worldwide Entertainment Inc which owned the said super club.

However, after investigating, they discovered that the club was closed already and facing debts.

NBI said that Sunshine ignored the letters they sent to her.

“We issued several subpoenas to Dizon, et. al. to get their explanation, but all the summons were ignored,’’ the agency said.

Syndicated Estafa is a non-bailable offense that could put the actress in big trouble.

Meanwhile, Sunshine was also facing another complaint in Camarines Sur after allegedly convincing investors to invest millions of pesos in another business.

As of writing, Sunshine has yet to give any statement on the complaint.

Influencer Xander Ford made another attempt to plead to Christian Merck Grey, the Godfather of his child to fulfill his pledge.

In his video, Xander together with his partner Gena Mago asked Christian who’s also popularly known as ‘Makagwapo’ to give them the P349,000 he promised to them.

It can be remembered that Xander made a claim that Makagwapo volunteered to shoulder all the expenses for the baptismal celebration of the former’s child.

While Xander understood the criticisms he received from the netizens, the influencer pointed out that they took Makagwapo’s pledge seriously that it made them throw a lavish celebration.

“Ang gusto lang namin dito ay makuha ‘yung para sa’min,” Xander said. “Alam naman namin at alam naman niya na talagang sinasabi sa amin ‘yon, na pinangako niya sa’min yon.”

“Yung lang ang gusto naming mangyari dito na sana ibigay mo nalang samin ‘yung P349,000 na ipinangako mo samin,” he added.

Xander said that they need the money because they need to spend it on the medical expenses of their relatives.

Gena also asked Makagwapo to man up and fulfill his promises.

“Kung hindi mo naman pala kayang tuparin ‘yung pinangako mo sana hindi ka nalang din nangako kasi nangangailangan din kami, katulad ngayon na kapapanganak ko palang,” Gena said.

He then pleads to Makagwapo to respond to his videos and confirm if he’s willing to give the P349,000 or not.

As of writing, Makagwapo has yet to give any response to Xander’s appeal.

Inamin ni Slater na kasali siya sa mga chat group kung saan ay napag-uusapan ang ibang babae na kanilang pinag papantasyahan.

“‘Yung mga groups na nagsesend ng mga photos of girls and like fantasizing over it, it’s normal. We have a lot of chat groups with friends, not necessarily dedicated to that. From time to time, usually comes from dalawa or tatlong tao na mahilig mag-send nang ganyan. May mga comment-comment pa. Siyempre ikaw, as part of that group and as a guy, sakyan mo lang,” ani Slater.

Sinabi naman ni Kryz na hindi niya tinitignan ang mga group chats ng kanyang asawa upang sa gayon ay hindi siya makakita ng hindi maganda na maari nilang pagtalunan.

“To protect my peace, I’ve never looked at your group chats. Ever. I never intentionally went to your phone and was like, ‘I’m gonna look for this group. I know that they send stuff.’ But I’m like, bakit pa? Wala naman siyang ginagawa in person,” aniya.

Inulan naman ng batikos sa social media si Slater dahil sa naging pahayag nito.

“I guess Slater Young is NOT the standard after all. Women aren’t toys you can use for entertainment,” sabi ni netizen Cha.

Motivational Speaker Rendon Labador wanted a bigger mission and planning to end the era of the showbiz industry.

In his story, he asked for the support of other influencers and content creators to help him end the showbiz industry that he always criticized.

Vape shop owner receive praises from netizens for not allowing minors to enter his store: ‘Bawal kayo dito’

Vape shops are one of the growing businesses in the country because of how easily accessible the said gadgets are even to people with age 18 and below.

The government already implemented that vape should not be used by people 18 and below, however, some vape shops were allowing teenagers to buy their products.

However, a vape shop owner gained praise from the netizens for strictly following the age restriction set by the government in his establishment.

In a video, Gee Bautista shared how many minors he rejected while attempting to buy products from his shop.

It can be seen that some of his customers were even wearing school uniforms.

“Word of the day LABAS DUN BAWAL KAYO DITO. Wag nyona subukan kulit ko. Kahit mag pa tigasan tayo ng ulo wag na kayong tumesting..” he said.

Netizens praised Bautista for not allowing minors in his shop.
