Sarah Geronimo revealed that she was again on speaking terms with her mommy Divine Geronimo, after years of reportedly not talking with each other.

The ‘Pop Star Royalty’ confirmed the reports during an interview with ABS-CBN News.

“Yes! Thank you, Lord. I love you, Ma!” she said.

It can be recalled that Sarah and her mother’s relationship faced its biggest challenge in 2020 after the latter attempted to stop the secret wedding of her daughter to Matteo Guidicelli.

There were reports that Divine was against her daughter’s relationship with Matteo and their plans to tie the knot were postponed many times.

However, netizens believed that Mommy Divine had already accepted her daughter’s decision and finally reunited with her.

In another interview, Sarah said she helped her mother advertise her farm business.

“Si Mama ko rin nagbebenta ng fresh produce niya. Fruits, binibigyan ako ni mama, red rice, ganyan, favorite ko,” she said.

Meanwhile, Sarah’s fans were happy that her family was whole again after several years.

But they also reminded Mommy Divine not to control her daughter again.

“Huwag gawin kasing business ang anak. Nanay ka dapat ikaw ang umunawa at tumulong sa mga anak mo.kapag mabait at umasenso anak mo at tumulong sau wag mo obligahin.Napakabait ng anak mo pero sinamantala mo dahil sa pera. Lahat naman tayo di natin kagustuhang ipanganak sa mundo na ito kaya sana wag nating ipamukha sa mga anak natin na ng dahil saatin kaya nandito sila sa mundong ito. Dapat magtulungan both side. Turuan natin at mahalin natin mga anak natin ng walang kapalit na pera,” netizen Alma said.

Pokwang reacted to the netizens claiming she regretted transferring to GMA Network.

In her tweet, Pokwang reacted to netizen @skycraper_06 who called her ‘laos’.

She then clarified that she didn’t regret anything and was grateful to GMA Network for believing in her talent.

Pokwang also wrote a fierce message to her critics.

It can be recalled that Pokwang signed with GMA Network in 2021 after years of stay in ABS-CBN.

The transfer happened after the closure of ABS-CBN due to its expired franchise.

“Actually ako ‘yung nagpapasalamat kasi sila ‘yung nag-yes sa akin. Ako talaga ‘yung lumapit since 2019 pa, 2019 pa kami naguusap-usap and, in all fairness naman, binuksan nila ang kanilang mga braso sa akin. Thank you,” she said.

“Kasi, siyempre bilang artista, marami pa akong gustong i-share. Marami pa akong gustong gawin. Marami pa akong iano sa aking mga followers,” she added.

Marc Pingris’ oldest child, Mic Pingris, commented on the rumors surrounding his father.

It can be recalled that Marc was facing cheating rumors after he was spotted in the same place that Kim Rodriguez also visited on several occasions.

Marc had already addressed the netizens in a Facebook post. However, some internet users were still unconvinced, as the basketball player had only clarified one instance where he and Kim had been spotted together.

Meanwhile, Mic already called the rumors ‘fake.’

“No way there’s fake news going around again with all the “cheating” bs, ts crazy,” he said.

“Lakas ng trip ng mga tao gumawa ng chismis,” he added.

As of writing, Danica Sotto-Pingris and Kim had yet to give any comment on the issue.

Basketball player Marc Pingris broke his silence amid the rumors about his relationship with actress Kim Rodriguez.

It can be recalled that some netizens posted some of the photos posted by Marc and Kim that were taken in the same place.

Kim was also spotted in a basketball event where Marc was playing.

Aside from the said basketball event, netizens also posted a photo of Marc and Kim taken at an expressway stopover and in Sydney, Australia.

In a Facebook post on Thursday, March 28, Marc addressed the speculations caused by Kim’s presence at his basketball game.

He also urged the netizens to stop spreading the said rumors because it may affect his family with Danica Sotto-Pingris.

“Walang katotohanan ang mga lumalabas na balita tungkol sa amin ni Ms. Kim Rodriguez. Walang namamagitan sa aming dalawa gaya ng sinasabi ng ibang tao. Nakasama ko po si Ms. Kim sa isang basketball event at sa isa pang event noong naging muse siya ng team namin,” said Marc.

Paolo Contis’ manager, Lolit Solis, revealed how her talent’s plans were affected by the sudden end of his noontime show ‘Tahanang Pinakamasaya.’

According to the article written by Vinia Vivar of Abante, Paolo was already planning to buy a house when suddenly, Television and Production Exponents Incorporated (TAPE Inc.) decided to end their noontime show.

 “According to him, bibili na sana ng bahay,” said Lolit. “Bibili na lang siya ng drawing ng bahay,” 

Lolit also revealed that she stopped Paolo from complaining about the decision of GMA Network and reminded him of possible new opportunities.

“Nalungkot siya pero sabi ko nga sa kanya, huminto na ng. . . ’yun bang, complain kung ba’t inalis ng GMA, ‘di ba? Bigyan niya ng right ang GMA kung ano’ng gustong gawin tapos maghintay na lang siya,” she stated.

In another post, Lolit said that Paolo was emotionally stable despite what happened to his work.

“Natutuwa ako na mukha naman very stable emotionally si Paolo Contis. Isa si Paolo Contis sa mababait na tao sa showbiz. Very transparent at very honest to a fault si Paolo. Mahirap siyang magtago sa anuman issue dahil sure na sasabihin niya ang tutoo,” she wrote.

Meanwhile, Paolo said that he was willing to appear on It’s Showtime, which replaced ‘Tahanang Pinakamasaya.’

Danica Sotto-Pingris made a short message amid the cheating issue being faced by her husband, Marc Pingris.

It can be recalled that Marc’s issue started to circulate on social media platforms Reddit and X, where the basketball player was spotted in the same place as actress Kim Rodriguez, not once but several times.

However, Danica’s friend, Pebbles Duque decided to defend Marc from the allegations, claiming that the athlete was happy and contended with his wife.

Award-winning actress Elizabeth Oropesa shared some of her moments with the actors she had worked with in the past.

In an interview with Boy Abunda, Elizabeth discussed some of her former leading men and was even asked on whom she received the best kiss.

Elizabeth didn’t hesitate to answer the question and mentioned the King of Filipino Films, Fernando Poe Jr. as the best kisser among her leading men.

Danica Sotto’s best friend, Pebbles Duque addressed the netizens following the cheating issue being faced by the former’s husband, Marc Pingris.

According to some netizens, there must be no coincidence that Marc and Kim were in the same place.

Veteran columnist Cristy Fermin discussed the possible reasons why Xian Lim decided to end his 11-year relationship with Kim Chiu.

In their latest episode, Cristy, Rommel Chika, and Wendell Alvarez explored Xian’s relationship with Kim’s family.

According to Cristy, there were rumors that Kim’s family disliked Xian.

“Kapag isinasama pala ito ni Kim sa Cebu, hindi pala ito dumidiretso sa bahay nila Kim,” said Rommel Chika. “Nagho-hotel pala itong si Xian Lim, si Kim Chiu lang ang umuuwi,”

Cristy believed it was Xian’s fault that Kim’s family disliked him until the end.

“At tsaka kung tunay mong mahal, dapat kahit ano pa, kahit harangan man sibat mananatiling tapat,” Rommel followed.

As of writing, Xian and Kim have yet to reveal the reason for their breakup.

Meanwhile, the actor was rumored to be in a relationship with producer Iris Lee.

It’s Showtime fans couldn’t hide their excitement after several footage revealed the guesting of the said noontime show hosts on the game show Family Feud.

According to some photos uploaded on social media, It’s Showtime hosts, Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Amy Perez, Ogie Alcasid, Jugs Jugueta, and Teddy Corpuz would appear on the said episode.

However, several netizens asked why Karylle didn’t join her co-hosts on Family Feud.

“Sana present si Ate Karylle,” netizen Kath said.

“Si Karylle feeling bitter pa kay Dong. Pati nung nagvisit si DongYan para magpromote ng Rewind sa Showtime absend rin sya,” netizen Dia said.

“Mabuti naman na wala c Karylle selosa pa naman si Marian,” netizen Reicah said.

Karylle was the ex-girlfriend of the Family Feud host.

It can be recalled that in 2008, Karylle revealed that she already ended her relationship with Dingdong, amid the rumors that the actor was already dating his now-wife, Marian Rivera.
