Entrepreneur and social media personality Xian Gaza was not yet done with Carlos Yulo’s girlfriend, Chloe San Jose.

In his Facebook post, Xian asked Chloe to read his post about encouraging people to find a partner who would not disrespect their parents.

According to Xian, a partner must become the peacekeeper instead of trying to worsen the situation when it comes to family problems.

“Ang piliin mong partner ay hindi yung aawayin ang nanay mo para lang mapatunayan sa lahat na tama kayo. Ang piliin mong partner ay yung ipapaunawa sa nanay mo kung bakit siya mali hanggang sa magkaayos kayo. Yung partner na mamamagitan, hindi yung makikipaglaban,” said Xian.

“At the end of the day, kahit balik-baliktarin mo pa ang mundo, nanay yan ng asawa mo kahit gaano pa kasama ang ugali niyan. By ignoring her and deleting her from your lives without disrespecting her, mabe-bless ng husto ang inyong pagsasama. Kayo na ang umiwas sa negative energy ng biyenan mo kasi malas yan sa buhay,” he added.

It can be recalled that Chloe’s response to Carlos’ mother gained mixed reactions from the netizens.

“Mother dear, I’m gonna hold your hand when I say this… pero wait ka lang, tapusin lang po namin yung vault finals-paki-off na your comment section po ah,” said Chloe.

Some of them found Chloe’s response disrespectful, but others believed that she was just trying to be protective of her partner.

The girlfriend of two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo made a response to social media personality Xian Gaza’s post about questioning her gender.

In his post, Christian shared with his followers that he stalked Chloe San Jose and confirmed that she was indeed a real woman.

“Inistalk ko ngayon ‘yung jowa ni Mr. Gold Medalist… babae pala,” he wrote.

While Christina didn’t mention Carlos in his post, Chloe voluntarily reacted to Christian’s post and even said that she would show a birth certificate to prove her gender.

It can be recalled that netizens were now discussing the misunderstanding between Chloe and Carlos’ mother, Angelica Yulo.

In an interview, Mrs. Yulo tagged Angelica as a red flag who allegedly manipulated her boyfriend to stay away from his family.

Mrs. Angelica Yulo specified why she was not on talking terms with her two-time Olympic gold medalist son, Carlos Yulo.

In an interview with GMA News, Mrs. Yulo answered Carlos’s accusations, including her alleged mismanagement of the cash incentives received by the athlete.

According to her, she had sufficient evidence to prove that she didn’t put her son’s money to her wallet.

“‘Yung tungkol doon sa pera na ninakaw ko, nilustay, winaldas sa luho ko…sinabi ko sa kanila na walang halong katotohanan lahat,” said Mrs. Yulo. “So kung sa perception ni Caloy meron, sabi ko sa kanya willing akong maglabas ng evidences, ng mga deposit slips na meron ako ngayon.”

To prove her point, Mrs. Yulo pointed out that their lifestyle didn’t change even after Carlos received millions of pesos from winning competitions.

She also revealed that Carlos called her a thief, which became the reason for their rift.

“Masama yung loob ko, nando’n ‘yung pain na sabihan ka ng anak mo ng magnanakaw,” she said.

“Gusto kong sabihin na asan ‘yung ninakaw? Gano’n pa rin naman kami, nung di pa siya nagkakapera, nung nagkapera siya walang nagbago sa lifestyle namin.” she added.

Despite their issues, Mrs. Yulo clarified that she was still happy with his son’s achievements.

It can be recalled that Mrs. Yulo also blamed Carlos’ girlfriend, Chloe San Jose, for causing the rift between them and even called the social media personality a ‘red flag.’

Independent contractors and head writers Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz would ask GMA Network not to dismiss them after Sparkle actor Sandro Mulach filed a complaint against them.

In a statement, Atty. Maggie Abraham Garduque said that Sandro’s accusations against her clients were unsupported by evidence.

According to the lawyer, Sandro’s allegation against Jojo and Richard contradicted the evidence presented by the actor’s camp.

“Mr. Nones and Cruz dispute all the allegations in the complaint and move for the dismissal thereof not only for lack of evidence, but worst due to the fact that the own evidence of the complainant is contrary to his allegations in the complaint,” Atty. Garduque said in a text message she sent to Abogado.com.ph.

Atty. Gardque pointed out that Sandro claimed that Nones and Cruz had invited him to visit their room after the GMA Gala 2024. Still, the text message records indicated that the actor had asked the independent contractors if he could visit them.

She said that her clients would prepare more evidence to prove their innocence.

It can be recalled that Sandro accused Nones and Cruz of taking advantage of him after the GMA Gala.

GMA released a statement following Sandro’s revelation, saying they’re taking the matter seriously.

The legal counsel of Carlos Yulo’s mother informed the netizens to stop sharing statements made by his client against the two-time Olympic gold medalist.

In a statement, Atty. Fortun said that the statements circulating on social media attributed to Mrs. Yulo were false and not true.

“The public is hereby informed that ALL statements made attributed to Mrs. Yulo and/or any of her children that are critical of, disparaging or tend to tarnish the accomplishments of her son, CARLOS EDRIEL YULO are untrue, fake, and mere products of imagination and fantasy by heretofore unknown individuals,” said Fortun.

Mrs. Yulo was also reportedly planning to ask for assistance from the authorities to find the people spreading false information against her.

Atty. Fortun also said that even the netizens who commented and shared the posts may also face consequences.

“The public is hereby reminded that the sharing of these fake posts, as well as harsh and libelous comments made in said posts, are also actionable under the Anti-Cybercrime Law. It is advisable that the public DELETE their comments to avoid prosecution,” the lawyer said.

Mrs. Yulo also clarified that she was proud of her son’s achievement.

“Finally, Mrs. Yulo and her family wish to assure the public that they share in the jubilation of the entire nation in the achievements of CARLOS EDRIEL and look forward to welcoming him home. I hereby quote her own words: “GOOD FOR HIM KASI ETO NA UNG PINAPANGARAP NYA AT ETO NA UNG PINAKAHIHINTAY NYA AT NAG PAID OFF LAHAT NG PAGHIHIRAP NYA.” 

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) discovered a popular entrepreneur who’s known for flexing their income on social media was not paying taxes at all.

BIR Commissioner Romeo Lumagui Jr. disclosed that the agency raided three warehouses owned by the entrepreneur after finding that their beauty product business was not registered.

Lumagui said they’re already preparing to file charges against the entrepreneur, who’s currently in hiding.

The commissioner also hinted that the entrepreneur was known for boasting that they were earning billions.

“Sana ‘yung mga nagnenegosyo ng ganyan, ‘yung mga nagpe-flex sa social media na bilyon bilyon ang kinikita e ang dami na nating ganyan, sinasabi palang bata palang eto na ang kinikita, bilyonaryo na pero hindi nagbabayad ng buwis,” said Lumagui.

For now, Lumagui has refused to name the entrepreneur.

Some netizens tried to guess the said individual’s identity, saying that there were only a few people known for flexing their income.

Carlos Yulo’s younger brother, Eldrew, urged his ‘kuya’ to make the first move by reconciling with their mother, Angelica Yulo.

In an interview with Bombo Radyo, Eldrew gave his thoughts on the issue surrounding their family, saying that his two-time Olympic gold medalist brother was welcome anytime to visit them.

Eldrew clarified that they’re not forcing Carlos to talk with them.

“Hindi ka naman namin pinipilit bumalik pero if ever na maisipan mo ay always free kami,” said Eldrew. “Hindi kami lumalapit sayo dahil nanalo ka, gusto lang naman namin kayong maka-bond ng hindi namin sinasabi or hindi namin kailangan sabihin,”

Eldrew also expressed disappointment that his family always asked for Carlos’ attention, which became their mother’s main concern.

“Babae kasi si mama kuya eh… Alam mo naman kapag babae matataas talaga ang pride. Kailangan talaga nating mag-adjust,” said Eldrew. “Ang gawain talaga ng lalake ay mag-adjust nalang and babaan nalang ‘yung pride natin para tapos na ang gulo,”

“Ang ayaw lang kasi ni mama is ‘yung kami lagi ‘yung lalapit para sa atensyon niya which is mali talaga, dapat may kusa ka rin. I mean I’m not mad about it, nagtatampo lang na kailangan pa namin i-seek ‘yung attention mo,” he added.

It can be recalled that Carlos’s mother reportedly blocked the Filipino gymnast on social media after a feud over money.

Mrs. Yulo also aired her grievance towards Carlos’ partner, Chloe San Jose, who allegedly manipulated the athlete.

Carlos Yulo’s father, Mark Andrew, appealed to his son to meet them and discuss their differences.

In an interview, Mr. Yulo asked Carlos to meet his family so they could discuss and fix the problems surrounding their family.

He also asked Carlos’ girlfriend, Chloe San Jose, to attend the meeting.

“Anak congrats sa’yo, congrats sa inyo ni Chloe, sana mag-usap tayo, mag-usap kayo ni mama mo kung ano man ‘yung [isyu] pag-usapan natin. Kasi hindi totoo ‘yung mga kumakalat sa balita,” said Andrew.

Mr. Yulo clarified that they were not after Carlos’ money and wanted to make their family whole again.

“Sana po mag-usap usap kaming family [at] si Chloe para matapos na ‘tong konting [alitan],” he said.

“Kahit sa kanila na ‘yung cash basta magkabalikan lang ‘yung love ng family,” he added.

It can be recalled that the problem between Carlos and his parents was uncovered after Mrs. Angelica Yulo published several posts against her son.

Mrs. Yulo disclosed that the problem started when Chloe entered Carlos’ life, saying that she was allegedly trying to control the athlete and manipulating him to stay away from his family.

As of writing, Carlos has yet to give a response to his father.

Former GMA artist Gerald Santos finally revealed his story after more than a decade of silence on why he decided to leave the network.

In his video, Gerald said that he only spoke about the issue after hearing the case of Sandro Muhlach, who filed a complaint against two head writers of GMA Network.

Gerald was thankful that social media now existed to help people who were treated badly by powerful people have a voice and air their complaints.

He also criticized the people who told him to move on, saying they were why new artists were afraid to share their experiences.

According to him, his career almost ended after he bravely made a rare move to complain about the acts done to him by a musical director. However, with the help of his manager, he found a new way to share his craft: becoming a theater actor.

GERALD GIVES CLUE ABOUT THE IDENTITY OF THE SAID MUSICAL DIRECTOR

Gerald narrated that when he got a huge break and became a theater actor, the said musical director sent a message to congratulate him on his new achievement.

“Nakarating sakin sa isang close friend na singer na kino-congratulate kami, kasi etong friend ko ay nakapasok din. Ang sabi nitong taong ito ‘congratulations parin daw sakin kahit napakasakit ng ginawa ko sa kanya,’ ang masasabi ko lang sayo, ang kapal ng mukha mo para sabihin ‘yan,” said Gerald.

“Alam mo sana kapag nagkaharap uli tayo, look me straight in my eyes at i-deny mo ‘yung mga pinaggagawa mo sakin, i-deny mo na hindi ito nangyari. The singer claimed that the musical director who attempted to take advantage of him had a friend with a high position on the GMA Network.

“Eto pong taong ito na mataas ang katungkulan dito sa network na kaibigan nitong taong gumawa hindi maganda sakin ay sobrang galit na galit parin up to now kaya ako po ay basically parang banned po dito sa network,” he said.

“Hindi po talaga magkaroon ng guestings, kahit anong show, hindi po ako makapasok sa network because of this person,” he added.

Gerald urged his colleagues in the industry to stop tolerating powerful people from taking advantage of them and quickly informed the public about it.

“Hindi na po ito ‘yung panahon na wala tayong boses, now we have social media, we have the power of the people, we have the power of public opinion,” he stated.

A lawyer made an unpopular opinion amid the spat between two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo and his mother, Angelica Yulo.

In his statement, Atty. Wilfredo Garrido gave his opinion on the issue, saying that he understood the point of Angelica’s dislike of Carlos’ girlfriend, Chloe San Jose.

According to Garrido, Chloe almost ended Carlos’ career as a gymnast after she allegedly caused the separation between the Filipino athlete and his former coach, Munehiro Kugiyame.

“It was another woman who drove the rift, girlfriend Chloe San Jose, an Australian Tiktoker, who was always hanging around, annoying the coach, who wanted no distractions in the training. When Kugiyama demanded that Caloy dump his girlfriend, Caloy surprisingly chose his girlfriend over his long-time coach and walked out on him,” he wrote.

“Naturally, this shocked his mother who was full of gratitude for Kugiyama who picked Caloy from the gymnastics backwaters of Manila and honed him to be a world champion in Japan. On hindsight that was an impulsive and reckless move for Caloy, who became a nomad, bouncing from one place to another without a coach, basically training himself while relying for emotional support on his girlfriend who knew nothing about gymnastics. Garrido also openly criticized Chloe in his comments and even called her a potential gold digger.
