A talent of Vivamax was declared missing after she didn’t appear on the last production day of her movie.

According to the reports, VMX star Karen Lopez has been missing since May 5, 2025, after her partner allegedly fetched her from her residence.

In an interview, Maalikaya Director Roman Perez Jr. shared that they patiently waited for Karen’s arrival on the last day of production on May 7, but had already made revisions in case the actress would not appear.

Perez and other people close to Karen decided to have a welfare check for Karen and visited her condominium unit in Quezon City, but no one was there.

“Umakyat kami sa unit niya, mga thirty minutes kaming kumatok pero walang tao. Nakita sa CCTV na sinundo siya ng boyfriend niya. Sinabi rin ng security guard ng condo na may sumundo sa kanya,” he said.

“Sana makita na siya ng pamilya niya at, sana, magparamdam siya. Kawawa naman ang mga magulang niya,” he added.

Perez shared that he was aware of the disagreement between Karen and her partner about her decision to become a VMX talent.

“Ayaw ng boyfriend ni Karen na mag-VMX siya. Baka pinagbawalan siya. Sana maayos ang problema,” the director said.

They already reported the incident to the authorities.

A Davao-based female motovlogger announced that she lost her Facebook page with 6.8 million followers.

In a video she published, Norme Garcia showed a notification that her page was removed after she received “multiple reports” that she infringed on “third parties’ intellectual property rights.’

She could also see herself crying after losing all her hard work.

According to her, she has already been receiving copyright claims in the last two months.

She believed that there was a group behind the unpublishing of her page.

“Pinaghirapan talaga nilang gawin ‘yon para mawala ‘yung account ko,” she said.

“Kung hindi daw kami magbabayad sa kanila ng dollars, sisirain talaga nila ‘yung account ko, so eto na talaga ‘yung nangyari ngayon na nawala ‘yung account ko,” she added.

She was in the process of appealing Meta’s decision.

Aside from her main page, Norme also said that her other pages were also unpublished.

“Pinaghirapan talaga namin na ma-gain ‘yung ganoong karaming followers,” she stated.

Several content creators also reported that several groups from other Asian countries falsely reported their accounts.

Some were receiving “impersonation” reports, while others were being reported for copyright infringement.

As of writing, Meta has yet to respond to the issue.

The incident happened only several days after another female motovlogger faced criticism after encountering a motorist.

PBBM, sasampahan ng impeachment complaint

President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. received his first impeachment complaint from the Duterte Youth Party.

According to the complaint, Marcos tarnished the sovereignty of the Philippines after he allegedly allowed the surrender of former President Rodrigo Duterte before the International Criminal Court (ICC).

“Instead of honoring his years of service and recognizing his contributions to the nation, the Marcos administration allowed his arrest and swift surrender to foreigners in less than 14 hours, disregarding his fundamental rights and the legal safeguards enshrined in the Philippine Constitution and other domestic laws,” they said.

“This betrayal highlights the gross failure of the Philippine government. A former head of state was handed over with undue haste, without exhausting the legal protections available to every Filipino citizen,” they added.

The Palace has yet to comment on the move made by the party list.

It can be recalled that President Marcos was not included in the list of people named behind Duterte’s arrest based on the investigation of the chief executive’s sister, Sen. Imee Marcos.

Controversial vlogger Yanna Aguinaldo was reportedly facing anxiety and other mental health problems after she received criticism for her encounter with a motorist.

Yanna, also known as Yanna Motovlog, uploaded a photo of her argument with driver Jimmy Pascua during her trip to Zambales several days ago, prompting netizens to criticize her.

The driver and the Land Transportation Office (LTO) also filed several charges against Yanna.

According to an individual who claimed to be close to Yanna, there was a reason why the motovlogger didn’t appear before the first hearing of LTO, citing her mental health issues.

“Hello, ako yung bestfriend ni Yanna. Unfortunately, inaatake siya ng anxiety at depression. Iyak nang iyak. Baka pwedeng iparating niyo ’to kay Sir Jimmy, maawa naman siya kay Yanna. Baka pwedeng ’wag na siya kasuhan,” the woman said.

“Napakabait na tao ni Yanna. Please guys, need namin ng tulong niyo. Sobrang nanghihina na ’yung tao sa mga nangyayari. Stop bashing na din please. Hindi niya deserve ’yung hate niyo,” she added.

It can be recalled that Yanna had already written a public apology to the driver, but the latter said that he was determined to pursue the case against the motovlogger.

He also called Yanna’s apology as insincere, since she didn’t personally deliver it to him.

The lawyer of motovlogger Yanna Aguinaldo said that her client decided not to attend a hearing at the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Quezon City as she was afraid for her safety.

On May 6, 2025, Yanna, who had been involved in a traffic argument with motorist Jimmy Pascua in Zambales several days earlier, was a no-show during the hearing, and only her lawyer, Atty. Ace Jurado was present.

According to Jurado, Aguinaldo’s address was exposed on social media, and his client also received threats from the netizens after the incident.

However, Atty. Jurado personally read Aguinaldo’s public apology letter to Pascua, but the motorist didn’t find the message sincere.

LTO has already suspended the motovlogger’s license for 90 days and may revoke it if she is proven to have violated traffic laws.

The controversy started when Aguinaldo posted a video of her argument with Pascua without hiding the latter’s face.

Pascua said that they asked Aguinaldo to delete the video, but she refused to do so.

Posts circulating on social media alleged that Aguinaldo didn’t delete the video because she was earning a lot from it.

Pascua said that he was determined to pursue charges against the vlogger because he and his family was deeply affected by the incident.

Megastar Sharon Cuneta couldn’t hide her emotions as she spoke about the alleged propaganda against her husband, senatorial candidate Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan.

During a press conference on May 5, Sharon said she couldn’t understand why people were using disinformation campaigns to ruin her husband’s reputation.

“I never liked politics. Kasi nga, in the Philippines, pagkaganda-ganda man ng intensyon mo, pagkaayos-ayos man ng puso mo, natatalo ka ng fake news saka budget na bilyon-bilyon ng ibang kandidato — na wala naman kami,” she said.

“Lahat ng meron kami, pinaghirapan naming dalawa,” she added.

She also asked the public why they didn’t want to vote for Pangilinan despite their efforts to correct disinformation against him.

It can be recalled that Pangilinan was lagging in many senatorial election surveys.

“Bakit po ba ayaw n’yong iboto si Kiko? Ano po ‘yung mga doubts ninyo? Kasi lahat ng kasinungalingang nilalabas against him, may resibo kaming katapat. Mayroon kaming magpapasawalang-katotohanan du’n sa mga binibintang nila, sa mga paninira nila.” she said.

Several weeks ago, Pangilinan complained about the disinformation circulated against him during his collaboration with a popular vlogger, where he was seen eating on a pot cover.

In his statement, he insisted that a well-paid and organized disinformation campaign was launched against him.

Motorist Jimmy Pascua said that he would not withdraw the charges against moto vlogger Yanna Aguinaldo even after the latter’s lawyer had publicly apologized.

Atty. Ace Randolph Jurado, the lawyer of Aguinaldo, read the letter of apology to Pascua after the Land Transportation Office (LTO) hearing in Quezon City.

Aguinaldo didn’t attend the hearing and let her lawyer apologize.

“Paulit-ulit akong humihingi ng sorry sa kanya ay sa kaniyang buong pamilya sa naidulot kong abala at kahihiyan, nawa ay maghilom ang sugat na aking naidulot sa tamang panahon,” ani Atty. Jurado habang binabasa ang liham ni Aguinaldo.

Despite the public apology, Jurado said he was not planning to withdraw charges against Aguinaldo.

“Hindi naman sincere ang sorry kaya tuloy ang kaso,” Pascua said.

It can be recalled that Aguinaldo reportedly earned money from the video despite the alleged privacy breach she committed against Pascua.

In a Facebook post circulating on social media, Aguinaldo earned more than P50,000 from the video before deleting it.

“Okay lang naman na namakyu siya, ang problema lang doon ay hinintay ako sa tulay,” he said.

“Hindi na po (ako) makalabas gaano. Gabi-gabi na lang umuuwi para lang makaiwas sa mga tao. Nagtatrabaho lang po ako, hindi po ako mayaman,” he added.

Even LTO said that they would pursue the case against Aguinaldo despite the public apology.

“Kami po rito sa LTO, kahit po meron nang ganyan (apology letter), tuloy pa rin po iyong administratibong kaso na isasampa namin,” they said.

Pamilya ni Jimmy Pascua may mensahe sa babaeng motovlogger na nakaalitan nila

The family of the motorist who was involved in a traffic argument with a popular motovlogger showed the invitation they received from the Land Transportation Office (LTO).

In a Facebook post, Norlito Pascua, one of the relatives of the motorist, said that Jimmy had already received an invitation from the LTO main office in Quezon City as part of their investigation against motovlogger Yanna Aguinaldo a.k.a Yanna Motovlog.

“Yanna Moto Vlog, hindi ito tungkol sa gusto ka naming gantihan. Ito ay tungkol sa pagiging WALANG RESPETO at MAPANGANIB mong asal sa kalsada na maari pang makapaminsala ng iba,” Norlito said.

“Ang kalsada ay hindi lugar para sa mayayabang at mapang-abusong motoristang tulad mo. Wala kang karapatang magmaneho kung ganyan ang pag-uugali mo,” he added.

They also questioned by Yanna didn’t delete the said video, which possibly a violation of Jimmy’s right to privacy.

“Una sa lahat, bago ka magpublic apology, alamin mo muna ang tamang pangalan ng kuya namin. Definitely it’s not Jimmy PASCUAL. Hindi mo pa rin binubura ang viral video. Pinagkakakitaan mo pa rin. Nasaan ang SINCERITY? YOU TELL ME?!” he stated.

It can be recalled that Yanna was facing multiple charges for her actions.

Magsongsong, an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW), said that he was supposed to end his contract to be with his family.

“Ang sabi niya sa akin, ‘Daddy, ikaw na maghahatid sa school sa akin’, kasi ‘di ko pa nahahatid sa school ‘yan kasi lagi ako nasa ibang bansa, kaya gusto niya maranasan din ‘yun kasi mga classmate niya laging nandun ang daddy nila,” he stated.

He admitted that his wife was unaware of what happened to Malia.

Magsongsong appealed to the government to hold the SUV driver, Leo Gonzales, accountable for what he did.

Gonzales, who was facing multiple charges, insisted that it was not his intention to ram the vehicle.

In an interview, Leo Gonzales, the driver of the SUV said that he unintentionally put his foot in the accelerator instead of the brakes which was suppose to be his countermeasure to a vehicle that suddenly appeared in front of him.

After putting his foot in the wrong pedal, the SUV accelerated, ramming the outer railing and the people in the walkway near the terminal entrance.

The incident resulted to the passing of two individuals, including a 5-year-old child.

Heavy equipment was used to rescue one of the victims who was trapped under the vehicle.
