Netizen defends Ice Seguerra from basher: “Hindi siya pangit, eksakto lang”

Ice Seguerra couldn’t stop laughing after reading a comment from a fan who defended him from a basher who called him ugly.

In an Instagram post, Ice shared the heated discussion between his two followers.

According to the discussion, Nora said that Ice was not ugly but only average-looking.

“Inggit ka lang siguro kay Ice. Kababayan ko sya. Hindi sya pangit no eksakto lang. Saka ano bang pakialam mo sa mukha ng ibang tao? Pinakialaman ka nya ba? Kung di mo siya gusto shut up your big mouth okay?” the fan said.

Ice praised Nora for her honesty.

“So may nang bash sa akin sa FB page ko. Pangit daw ako. Buti na lang, to the rescue si Ate Nora para sabihing hindi ako pangit… Sakto lang. Hahahahahahahhaha!!!! Love ko na si Ate Noraaaaaaa!!! She’s so honest! Hahahahaha!!!” Ice said.

Pokwang reveals that Lee O’Brian never defended her despite being called ‘unggoy’ by some netizens

Comedienne Pokwang made another accusation against her former husband, Lee O’Brian.

In her social media post, Pokwang said that Lee never defended her from people who made fun of her appearance.

“Madalas tinatawag akong unggoy, chonggo ano daw nagustuhan sakin, marami daw magagandang pinay bakit ako daw hahahaha.” said Pokwang.

“Ni minsan hindi ako pinaglaban ng lolo [Lee] nyo pero ok lang kasi pinaglalaban ko naman siya sa lahat ng ayaw sa kanya.

However, despite not receiving support from Lee, Pokwang said that she defended the American actor from the people questioning his real intention for her.

“Ni minsan kahit isang beses di ako pinagtanggol sa mga nanglalait haaayyyy ganon yata talaga pero atleast magaganda mga anak ko,” she stated.

It can be recalled that Pokwang was already posting non-stop against her former husband for more than one month.

The criticisms started when she discovered that Lee was already dating another woman.

Pokwang admitted wanting Lee to reconcile with her, but she realized that her dream to make her family whole again was nearly impossible.

Fans of ABS-CBN couldn’t hide their dismay over the latest joke of Joey de Leon during one of the episodes of Eat Bulaga.

During the Bawal Judgmental segment of the longest-running noontime show, one of its contestants talked when the veteran comedian made a joke.

“Buti pa kayo may prangkisa,” Joey said.

Some noticed that one of its hosts, Maja Salvador who’s a former ABS-CBN talent didn’t laugh at Joey’s joke.

Some quickly guessed that Joey was referring to the failed renewal of the franchise by ABS-CBN, which made them lose thousands of employees.

Kapamilya fans criticized Joey for his joke.

“Kapamilya by heart pa rin tlg si Maja kht Dabarkads n siya sa EB. Di siya nkkitawa sa mga gnyang issue,” netizen @thenameisserace stated.

“To think na andyan pa si Maja sa segment na yan. Napaka insensitive ng hukluban na yan.” netizen @smgaaab said.

An episode of Eat Bulaga’s popular segment Bawal Judgmental on March 7, received attention from the netizens because of one of its contestants.

The episode featured 25-year-old contestants with more than five children, and including ‘Princess.’

During the interview, Princess shared her message to her 7-year-old child Ace who wanted him to work hard so they would become wealthy someday.

“Ace, sana mag-aral ka ng mabuti dahil alam ko na ikaw ‘yung makaka-ahon satin sa kahirapan.” Princess said. “Maging pursigido ka para gumanda ang buhay namin,”

“Saka kahit bata ka pa, may pangarap ka na talaga.” she added.

Maine couldn’t stop responding to Princess’s message saying that Princess was still fit to work for her children.

“Saka bata pa kayo Princess, kayong mag-asawa kaya may pagkakataon pa para palakihin, at pagandahin ang inyong buhay,” Maine said.

“Tyaka bata pa si Ace, wag natin ipasa sa kaniya ang responsibilidad. Marami pa kayong magagawa ni Mister,”

Netizens quickly noticed that shade of Maine’s message to Princess.

Some netizens also expressed disappointment with the mindset of Princess, who allegedly wanted her child to become a retirement fund.

Ogie Diaz denies that Marvel sent any invitation to Liza Soberano to appear in Spider-man: “Bakit siya kailangan dumaan sa ganitong ka-cheapan”

Talent manager Ogie Diaz denied the claims of Careless CEO Jeffrey Oh that former Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano received an invitation from Marvel to audition for ‘Spider-man.’

On March 8, Jeffrey said that Marvel had offered Liza to audition for the role of MJ, the partner of Peter Parker in the said movie.

The role was now taken by international celebrity Zendaya.

“Liza was offered to audition for that role. They reached out [to] her to audition, and she was not allowed because she had to do the same thing she’s always been doing. I really shouldn’t have said that. But it’s the truth,” Jeffrey said.

However, in his online program, Ogie said there’s no truth to his claims by Jeffrey.

He also challenged the businessman to release proof that Liza really received an invitation from the media giant.

“As far as we know, walang imbitasyon mula sa Marvel.” said Ogie. “At ‘yan ay sinegundahan ni Liza. Kaya hindi ko alam saan nanggagaling si Mr. Jeffrey,” 

“Kaya nga hinihingan ko ng resibo, kasi pag may resibo e makapag-sorry kami kay Liza. Sino ba naman ang ayaw — lead ‘yun, ano? Hollywood movie ‘yun, na pangarap ni Liza. Pero wala nga pong imbitasyon… Bakit namin hindi ia-allow ang bata diba?” he added.

He said that Liza should communicate with her new management so they would avoid releasing contradicting statements in the future.

“Dahil sa statement na ‘yan, binash ng binash si Liza, ginawang ilusyunada si Liza.. Diyos ko naman hindi naman starlet si Liza, sikat naman siya bakit siya kailangan dumaan sa ganitong ka-cheapan.” he said.

As of writing, the new management of Liza has yet to release response to the comments of Ogie.

 

Ogie Diaz gives an advice to Rendon Labador: “Wag nating pairalin ang pagiging siga”

Talent manager Ogie Diaz advised motivational speaker Rendon Labador after the latter made criticisms against the production team of FPJ’s Batang Quiapo and its leading star Coco Martin.

It can be recalled that Labador started to criticize the show because of the complaint from some vendors from Quiapo, claiming that their businesses were affected by the taping being held in their place.

“Hindi pa ba tumitigil? Tigas ng muka mo COCO MARTIN, kailangan pa bang sabihan kita ng dalawang beses?” Labador said.

“Nakaka abala ka na sa mga NEGOSYANTENG VENDORS natin diyan sa Quiapo. Kung hindi mo babayaran lahat ng damages at losses sa pag gamit mo ng lugar, umalis alis ka na diyan. Para sa PUBLIKO at MAMAYANG PILIPINO YAN!!! Ginawa mong pansarili mo lang? Hindi ka batang Quiapo, isa kang “anak ng tokwa”.

In his online program Showbiz Update’, Diaz talked about the statements made by Labador, saying that it’s better for the latter to stay calm when making comments.

“‘Yung malasakit mo sa mga vendors, okay ‘yan, tama ‘yan. Pero ‘yung approach natin kung paano i-call out ‘yung ‘Batang Quiapo’, ‘yung production o si Coco, parang you went overboard,” Diaz said.

“Sana ‘yung mahinay lang. Malkay mo pakinggan ka pag mahinay ka… ‘Wag nating pairalin ang pagiging siga.”

According to Diaz, Rendon should call out the Manila LGU because they permitted the production of the show to held their tapings in Quiapo.

As of writing, Labador has yet to give a response to Diaz’s advice to him.

Maegan Aguilar responds to her former husband Bashier Sacaguing: ‘Kampon ka ni Satanas, inestafa mo ko unggoy!’

Maegan Aguilar made her response to the statement of her former husband, Bashier Sacaguing, whom she married in 2018.

On March 7, 2023, the well-known Islamic debater admitted that he was the former husband of Maegan, and they got separated when he discovered the former singer’s vices.

He also urged Maegan to return to Islam.

“Ako humihingi ako ng tawad sa lahat ng nangyari satin noon at sana ay magbalik loob ka sa Allah. Alam ko at alam mo naman na marami kang natutunan sa pananampalatayang Islam.” he said.

However, Bashier’s statement didn’t receive well by Maegan, accusing her former husband of being a fraudster who took her money.

According to Maegan, Bashier allegedly took her money worth P250,000.

“Ay ang kapal! Isa ka pang kampon ni Satanas inestafa mo ko unggoy! Nakalimutan mo bigla na sa yo nagsimulat itong toxic goiter ko nung itakbo mo ypera ko at pera ng mga Koreano amounting to 250k!!! Freddie Aguilar learns something with his issue with Maegan Aguilar: “Ang hindi nakikinig sa magulang, hindi suswertehin”

Legendary OPM artist Freddie Aguilar shared his thoughts about his feud with daughter Maegan Aguilar.

In an interview with Aster Amoyo, Freddie said that Maegan always didn’t listen to him that maybe the reason why his daughter’s life now was full of difficulties.

It can be recalled that Maegan was not homeless and just relied upon the help of other people.

Aside from being a ‘user,’ Maegan was also facing multiple health problems that made her unrecognizable from her old appearance.

Freddie said that the contents of the different holy texts about children honoring their parents were true.

The artist also admitted that he had not followed his parents’ advice before but decided to apologize to them by writing his most popular song, ‘Anak.’

Meanwhile, Maegan already disowned her family, saying it’s better for her to live in rehabilitation centers instead of living with her parents again.

Rendon Labador responded fiercely to the rappers and ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’ casts Smugglaz and Bassilyo.

In his comment, Rendon said that Batang Quiapo’s leading actor Coco Martin should not hide and use the two rappers to defend him.

The motivational speaker also called the two ‘laos’ or obsolete.

He also clarified that he was not trying to get the attention of the public and only defending the welfare of the vendors in Quaipo.

It can be recalled that several vendors in Quiapo reportedly complained, claiming that their business was affected by the taping of the Kapamilya show.

“Alam ninyo kahit mag sama sama pa kayong lahat wala akong paki alam sa inyo. Pinaglalaban ko ang mga kawawang vendors ng Quiapo. Coco Martin wag kang magtago sa likod ng mga laos na rappers,” said Rendon.

“Gusto ko lang maging patas ka sa mga maliit nating negosyante,” he added.

Previously, Smugglaz and Bassilyo responded to Rendon, urging the influencer to stop criticizing the production team of Batang Quiapo.

“Tol nagne-name drop ka na ah at nagsalita ng mga di maganda paalala lang din hindi kami mga Cartoons dito mga totoong tao kami sana kaya mo din sya sabihin ng harapan tutal malaki ka na po,” Smugglaz told Rendon.

“Pre tumigil ka na nakikiusap kami sayo para hindi na lumala pa itong ingay na ginagawa mo isang isa na lang.. Isang labas mo pa ng video na may panghehate sa batang quiapo.. kaya pls.. tumigil ka na kapag talagang hindi ka tumigil… ako ang titigil,” Bassilyo said.

 

Suspek sa pagpaslang kay Gov. Roel Degamo, itinuro si Rep. Arnie Teves na mastermind

Itinuro ng dalawang salarin sa pagpaslang kay Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo si Rep. Arnolfo “Arnie” Teves Jr. bilang mastermind.

Ayon kay Department of Justice (DOJ) Sec. Boying Remulla ay isa si Teves sa kanilang mga iniimbestigahan matapos siyang ikanta ng mga suspek.

Paliwanag ng mga suspek ay ang unang alok sa kanila ng diumano’y mastermind ay gagawin lamang silang VIP security at hindi alam na pupuntahan pala nila ang gobernador.

“Ang offer samin ay mag-VIP security lang kami, ‘yun pala iba na ‘yung naging [trabaho] namin doon.” sabi ng isa sa mga suspek.

“Si Congressman Teves po [ang nagutos samin]” dagdag pa nila.

Sa ngayon ay wala pang pahayag si Teves na ngayon ay nasa ibang bansa laban sa mga akusasyon sa kanya.
