Social media celebrity Miss Grace visited the CIDG office in Quezon City after her return to the country.

In her Facebook post, Grace shared her visit to the said agency together with her son Aaron.

“Life is really simple, but some people make it complicated,” she said.

The purpose of her visit to CIDG is not yet known.

However, some netizens speculated that Grace visited CIDG due to the accusations made by her former partner, Joel Mondina, a.k.a Pambansang Kolokoy, against her and their children.

It can be recalled that Joel blamed Grace for his downfall.

“Kung ano-ano ang mga pinagsasabi mo sa social media para bumagsak ako, then dare you goes, congratulations, bumagsak ang social media ko. Halos wala na akong kitain,” he said.

“Kaya mas pinili ko nalang na mag-stay dito sa Pilipinas, atleast dito may raket ako. Para ma-sustentuhan ko ‘yong mga anak ko sa’yo,” he added.

He also asked Grace to stop saying that he was the one who cheated on her.

“Bago pa kita iniwan, nag file ka na ng divorce. Kaso nung nalaman mong nakikipag-date na ako, may kinakausap na ako, kinansel mo yang divorce na yan. Yan ang katotohanan,” he stated.

As of writing, Joel has yet to give a comment to Grace’s visit to CIDG.

To prove his love to his girlfriend, Shaira Diaz, EA Guzman said that he had not performed any “self-love” for a year already.

In an interview with Ogie Diaz, EA said that his conscience already stopped him from doing the usual acts of men after Shaira caught him while watching bold videos.

“Ako siguro, a year. Isang taon na,” said EA.

Shaira said that she was proud of EA’s achievement.

“Parang hindi totoo, ‘no? Pero kinakaya niya,” she stated.

It can be recalled that Shaira narrated how she was disappointed after she discovered EA’s browsing history.

According to her, watching bold movies was a form of cheating.

“Sinasabi nila, normal lang sa lalake manood ng ganito. Pero para sa akin, bakit parang kailangan i-normalize? Sabi ko, “Palit tayo, ako manonood. May pinagpapantasyahan akong ibang lalake, matutuwa ka,” said Shaira.

She added: “Parang cheating din siya sa akin kasi nakikita mo ang katawan ng ibang tao which is supposed to be parang sacred,” 

EA and Shaira have been practicing celibacy for 11 years already.

Shaira’s comment received mixed reactions from the netizens, saying that EA must also fulfill his needs.

Others believed that it was EA’s choice to practice celibacy and must respect the wish of Shaira.

Internet celebrity and entrepreneur Rosmar Tan received criticisms recently and was accused of copying the Paresan business of social media phenomenon Deo Balbuena, a.k.a Diwata.

According to some netizens, Rosmar’s “Pares Overload” had the same concept as Diwata’s “Pares Overload,” and even their business names were similar.

In her social media post, Rosmar commented on a netizen who told her why she was allegedly riding the popularity of Diwata despite not paying attention to him when he was still starting as a businessman.

To prove that she was communicating with Diwata, Rosmar shared a snap of their online conversation.

In the conversation, Diwata could be seen praising Rosmar and telling her she was his idol.

Diwata could also be seen sharing his business tips with Rosmar.

“Kunti lang kita ko madam hehe basta makatulong sa kapwa masaya na po ako. Sige po pag gusto niyo mag open madam,” said Diwata.

Rosmar also admitted that her Paresan business was inspired by Diwata.

“Hindi ko naman tinatanggi na Diwata-inspired ‘yung presyo natin at idea, syempre ganoon talaga kapag umaangat ka ma-i-inspire ka,” she stated.

“Imbis na mainggit, hilahin siya pababa, siraan or what, mai-inspired ako kaya sabi ko ‘wow ang galing ni Diwata’ kaya eto, gumawa din ako [ng paresan]” she added.

However, some netizens were still not convinced, saying that Diwata was already popular when Rosmar made a response to him.

“Ngayon na sikat na ang Pares ni Diwata dun lang niya pinansin chat ni Diwata,” a netizen said.

Miss International 2016 and actress Kylie Versoza addressed the netizens who called her unhealthy due to her body shape.

In her Instagram post, Kylie shared her outfit for the Revolve Festival when suddenly, a flock of netizens criticized her body shape, saying that she was not looking healthy anymore.

“Mukha ka ng may sakit, mas maganda ‘yong may laman. Puro ka na balat. I say that with love,” a netizen said.

“Anong nangyari sa body nya? Parang hindi naman normal tignan now kesa before?” another netizen asked.

Some of Kylie’s fans quickly defended the actress, saying they should stop giving mean comments.

Kylie also responded to the netizens, saying she was healthy and following a healthy diet.

“I’m perfectly healthy and happy, I eat healthy and I take very good care of my health. It’s sad to see many Filipinos judging their own. I’m super proud to come from here, but you guys make it hard to appreciate home. We’re far behind, and yet here we are still commenting on other people’s bodies,” she said.

“It’s never okay. I hope you guys are okay and just focus on yourselves and your own personal growth and wellbeing. Being kind to one another will always be in,” she added.

Rosmar Tan joined the ‘Paresan trend’ amid the popularity of social media influencer Deo Balbuena, a.k.a Diwata’s Overload Pares.

In her Facebook post, Rosmar informed her followers that she was offering her own version of Pares Overload for only P100.

Unlike her competitors, Rosmar also offered free swimming at her resort in Calauan Laguna to encourage the netizens to try her Pares.

“SUGOD NA SA R Mansion Resort & Restobar Calauan Laguna 100 lang ROSMAR PARES OVERLOAD may soft drinks na UNLI RICE na, UNLI SABAW na at UNLI SWIMMING pa,” she said.

Currently, Rosmar’s Paresan business is deemed successful and has been featured by several content creators.

Rosmar shared that she consumed 400 kilograms of meat daily to fulfill her new business’s demand.

She was also planning to build a branch of her Paresan in Tagaytay City.

Some netizens also praised Rosmar’s food business.

However, some fans asked Rosmar to stop competing with Diwata.

“Miss rosmar kulang pa ba un yaman nyo at nakikipagkompetensya kyo kay Diwata hayaan nyo nman pong kumita un ibang tao sobra na po ang yamsn nyo,” netizen Jennifer commented.

Janella Salvador couldn’t hide her disappointment with Richard Juan’s friend, who admitted that s/he had no time to watch local films.

In an Instagram post, Richard shared a conversation with his friend while promoting the movie he produced featuring Janella and Thai actor Metawin Opas-iamkajorn, Under Parallel Skies.

“I really did not expect anyone to say this to me. “No time for that.” Grabe. Seryoso ba? As a new producer, these words really broke my heart. Ang sakit,” said Richard.

“But this really highlights the challenge that all we Filipino filmmakers face, because let’s be real — lahat tayo may mga kaibigan na ganun din. I get it, not every film will resonate with everyone, and that’s 100% fine. Criticism is part of it naman talaga. But dismissing all local films outright? Wag naman? Richard also mentioned the importance of their movie, saying that it was the first local film distributed by Warner Bros.

Meanwhile, Janella shared Richard’s post to criticize the said individual.

“People who think they’re too good for local films,” said Janella.

“It doesn’t make you sound more sophisticated, just straight up arrogant and condescending,” she added.

Richard’s friends also criticized the said individual.

Veteran comedian and Eat Bulaga host Vic Sotto said he would work with Vice Ganda on a project to prove that they don’t consider It’s Showtime hosts their enemies.

In an interview, Vic said he’s not choosy when collaborating with others.

“It’s not impossibe — siguro in the future, why not? Wala akong pinipili,” he said.

Many fans believed that a Vic and Vice collaboration would become one of the top-grossing movies of all time in the country as both of them had already proven their box office success.

However, the possibility of collaboration may not happen this year as Vic has already hinted at his Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry.

Vic’s last MMFF entry was in 2019, “Mission Unstapabol: The Don Identity.”

After Vic’s decision to leave their former management, Television and Production Exponents Incorporated (TAPE), people believed that TVJ Productions, which he co-owned with veteran comedian Joey de Leon and Tito Sotto, would now produce its own movies.

Vice has yet to comment on whether he is also willing to collaborate with Vic.

Some Vice fans doubted that the Kapamilya comedian would work with Vic, especially after last year’s suspension of It’s Showtime by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB), led by Vic’s niece, Lala Sotto.

Edgar Allan Guzman admitted that he was full of regrets when her long-time girlfriend, Shaira Diaz, caught him watching bold movies.

In an interview with Ogie Diaz, EA and Shaira shared the said incident with Ogie.

According to Shaira, what EA was done was cheating.

The interview received a mixed reaction from the netizens and sparked a debate about whether watching bold movies despite being in a relationship is cheating.

Some told Shaira that EA is also a human and has needs, especially since they’ve been practicing celibacy for 11 years already.

However, netizens who sided with Shaira said that it was EA’s choice to practice celibacy with Shaira.

Deo Baldbuena, a.k.a Diwata, proved that he had a golden heart as he became famous; he didn’t forget the people who became part of his life, even those who committed terrible things against him.

In an interview with Rendon Labador, Diwata narrated the incident in 2016 about his involvement in a commotion that made him featured on a report on GMA News.

According to him, the incident happened under the bridge of Diokno Boulevard in Pasay City, where he lived for many years as an informal settler.

Diwata said he had already forgiven the individuals and even hired them as workers in his Paresan business.

“Noong time na yun, ako yung nauna sa tulay so ‘nung time na yun, ako yung namamahala. Kung may titira naman doon, kailangang magpaalam sa akin. Tapos dumating sa point na mahilig yung mga tokhang tokhang. E nabalitaan ko na nagamit sila dati. So, sabi ko kung hindi niyo mapipigilan yan, wag na kayo rito. Ayaw nilang umalis, nag-away away kami. ‘Yun yung time na nakita niyo ako sa news na nasugatan ako dito,” he stated.

“Pero ngayon okay na kami. Actually yung iba nga nandito na nagtatrabaho sa akin,” he added.

Netizens couldn’t say anything but praise Diwata for being kind.
