Deo Baldbuena, a.k.a Diwata, proved that he had a golden heart as he became famous; he didn’t forget the people who became part of his life, even those who committed terrible things against him.

In an interview with Rendon Labador, Diwata narrated the incident in 2016 about his involvement in a commotion that made him featured on a report on GMA News.

According to him, the incident happened under the bridge of Diokno Boulevard in Pasay City, where he lived for many years as an informal settler.

Diwata said he had already forgiven the individuals and even hired them as workers in his Paresan business.

“Noong time na yun, ako yung nauna sa tulay so ‘nung time na yun, ako yung namamahala. Ayaw nilang umalis, nag-away away kami. ‘Yun yung time na nakita niyo ako sa news na nasugatan ako dito,” he stated.

“Pero ngayon okay na kami. Actually yung iba nga nandito na nagtatrabaho sa akin,” he added.
