A property owner went viral on social media after she offered herself to the potential buyers of her house.

According to a report, Wina Lia, a 40-year-old widow, said that she’s also open to marrying the buyer of her house.

The price of a house in Java estimated cost 4.2-M pesos.

Lia went captured the attention of the netizens for being clever, saying that she would technically still own the house if the buyer ever decided to marry her.

Many men quickly expressed interest in the rare offer from Lia. However, only one almost captured her heart.

A man identified as Redi Eko Saputra, who claimed to be a widower, offered to buy the house and also said that he was ready to marry Lia.

The two almost decided to marry each other, but the publicity gained by the two uncovered the bitter truth about Saputra.

Saputra has been revealed to be still married to a woman and even held a press conference to criticize her partner for his attempt to marry Lia.

However, Lia said that she would still give a chance to Saputra, who vowed to fix his problem.

“He said he didn’t tell me because he was afraid I would leave him. He apologized and said he’d solve his problem. “I’m going to postpone it until all of this is finished,” she said.

Saputra still decided to buy the house from Lia and has already completed the payment.

Businessman Joel Cruz was not only known for being the “King Of Scents” for founding the local perfume company Afficionado but also because of his big family.

As of now, Cruz already has eight children from Russian national Lila, and he has achieved it with the help of science.

Joel’s sperm and Lilia’s eggs were combined by experts to create children.

The last babies of Joel has different mothers but still using the eggs of Lilia.

The multi-millionaire became a father of eight after spending around P52-M on surrogacy.

Surrogacy was one of the few ways to get a child, and Cruz decided to have children via the said procedure because he was openly gay and not planning to have a female partner.

According to Cruz, her children have multiple mothers and mostly come from Russia.

He also met the mothers of his children and even became his friends.

However, Cruz admitted that sometimes the mother of his children became emotional when knowing that it was already time for her to complete her contract and give the baby to the businessman.

“Naluluha siya. Nalulungkot siya. Kasi naman, hindi lang naman ako ang client niya. Bago ako, meron siyang French couple na naging client tapos second client niya ako. After nu’n, nag-client siya ng European din. Tapos nu’n, sakin na, pero hindi na nga kumakapit…” Joel said in an interview.

“Maganda ang relationship namin ni Lilia. I am really very thankful sa kanya kasi sa kanya lahat ng egg cells, kumbaga siya ‘yung mother. Tapos siya ‘yung nag-aalaga. So nakita ko kung papaano siya mag-alaga talaga,” he added.

The businessman also hired nannies for each of his children to ensure that they were all taken care of.

The first wife of actor John Regala urged the other relatives of the actor to come out and help the latter who’s currently suffering from liver cirrhosis.

In an interview with GMA 7’s 24 Oras, Regala’s first wife, Aurina Alvarez Manansala-Hunt was trying to give moral support to the actor who’s currently in hospital.

Manansala-Hunt was currently living in the United States but she’s still doing her best to help the actor despite being far away.

“Makikita mo pa rin na talagang gusto niya pa ring lumaban ngayon. Kasi before talagang malungkot na siya eh. So ever since noon, two to three days or almost one week iyak ako nang iyak. Noong napasok na siya sa ospital talagang sabi ko lakasan niya loob niya,” she said.

“So hopefully, ’yong mga ibang pamilya, kamag-anak tawagan siya para may a little bit of support … para pampalakas ng sigla niya,” she added.

Regala claimed in an interview that his recent partner left him because he’s broke already.

Last month, Regala has gone viral on social media after he was spotted in a frail condition.

Celebrities and fans expressed their support to Regala who said that couldn’t eat properly anymore for two weeks already because of his medical condition.

His previous condition was so bad that he almost gave up in life.

“Meron po akong liver cirrhosis at may tubig na po ang aking tiyan. Kailangan matanggal na po sabi ng doktor eh ayaw ko na pong ipatanggal dahil sa totoo lang po gusto ko na pong sumunod sa mama ko,” said Regala.

A Filipina domestic helper couldn’t believe that her former employer would leave her a big inheritance.

In an interview, Daisy Bucad-Eng, a former salt vendor in Mountain Province, became an instant billionaire after receiving an unexpected ‘thank you gift’ from her employer, whom she served for 11 years.

According to Daisy, who worked as a domestic helper in Hong Kong, she already noticed that her former boss Marie was a kind-hearted lady and treated her as part of their family.

Daisy shared that she was only receiving around P2,700 monthly salary from her boss, but she decided to stay because of the good treatment she was receiving.

Marie passed away peacefully in 2002, but she didn’t expect that her boss would leave her a gift that changed her life forever.

She discovered that Marie included her in her last will and testament and inherited properties that were estimated to cost P25-M.

Daisy also inherited some stocks that Marie brought.

The former OFW decided to go back to the Philippines and put the money she inherited to good use.

She used the money to buy properties, including a five-story building.

From being a salt vendor, Marie was now living in the penthouse of the said building.

Boy Abunda Talk Show team and watchers express concern after comedian ‘Boobay’ paused in the middle of interview

Televiewers of ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’ and even its production team expressed concern after their guest ‘Boobay’ suddenly paused in the middle of the interview.

It can be recalled that Boobay experienced a mild stroke in 2016, and the comedian admitted that until now, he’s still being affected by what happened to him 7 years ago.

In the middle of the interview, Abunda asked the comedian about his career.

“How was that feeling? Take me back to that moment nung ika’y sinabihan na mahusay ka and you’re one of the finalists. Anong sinabi mo noon? Naniwala ka ba?” the host asked.

However, many noticed that Boobay was not responding properly and only making repeatedly short sounds.

Abunda quickly checked the condition of Boobay and decided to hug the comedian.

“You’re okay, Boobay? Are you okay?” Abunda said.

The host then asked for a short break so the medical team could check the comedian’s condition.

“Kahapon po kasi Nay, Tay… tulungan lamang natin… ay medyo masama ang pakiramdam ni Boobay at… let’s take a break Direk. We’ll take care of Boobay…let’s take a short break… let’s take a short break.” he said.

Boobay admitted that he was already not okay during the day of the interview with Boy Abunda.

“Kahapon, nagte-taping kami tapos bigla akong nag-hang sa ‘Boobay and Tekla Show,’ siguro dahil ‘yun sa ilaw din. Actress Nadine Lustre admitted that she was afraid of getting pregnant.

In an interview with Bea Alonzo on April 16, 2023, Nadine explained why she was not really planning to have a baby.

Nadine said that she’s currently considering adopting a child to avoid being obligated to get pregnant.

She said: “First of all, takot akong manganak. Yun talaga yung pinaka-reason ko kung bakit ayaw ko magkaroon ng kids na sarili. Takot ako mabuntis, takot ako manganak.”

“Ang dami kasing kids na walang parents. So, right now, parang my mind is set on adopting.” she added.

It can be recalled that Nadine was always rumored to be pregnant every year, but she denied that the said reports were true.

“I don’t know why. I don’t know how. People just decide that I am pregnant every year. I don’t even look like it.” she said in an interview with Cosmo.

“If I am pregnant, though, I would happily announce it to the world. But sadly, guys, I am not pregnant.” she added.

Some women expressed their support for the decision of Nadine, saying that they understood why the actress was afraid of getting pregnant.

Dr. Willie Ong denies that he’s using Kris Aquino to promote products: “Her lawyers were misled by these fake ads”

Dr. Willie Ong released a statement following the planned legal action against him by television host Kris Aquino.

It can be recalled that Ong has been featured in several product ads on social media, including macadamia nuts.

The pages used a photo from Aquino and edited it to include the celebrity doctor in the pictures.

Several pages used the name of Dr. Ong and his wife Liza, to endorse the said products.

Aquino, who’s currently in America to treat her condition, has reportedly asked Divina Law to handle the charges against Ong.

Ong made his statement, saying that the ads were obviously edited and he was also a victim of the said people behind the product.

According to him, he already asked Meta to take an action against the people using his name for many years, but only with little success.

“Wala po ako ine endorse na kahit anong produkto except for one which is Birch Tree Advance, which is a charity advocacy for seniors. All the rest including Mixed Nuts are fake po. I am not the endorser or the owner of these fake FB pages using my name. The fake ads issue is a worldwide problem of influencers.” Ong said.

“My official page has a Blue Verified check mark named Doc Willie Ong with 17 million followers. All FB pages with only a few followers using my name are fake pages po. I have no control on what fake pictures they post. I have reported this to FB for the past 5 years with little success since the scammers just keep making new FB accounts. This is a problem of many influencers. I hope you can clarify this and not harm my reputation. Salamat po. – Doc Willie Ong,” he added.

He believed that the lawyers of Aquino was also misled by the said posts.

As of writing Aquino and his lawyers have yet to release a response to the statement from the doctor.

Stand-up Comedian Alex Calleja shared that he refused to be like other influencers who were promoting gambling on social media.

In his tweets, Alex shared that he was being offered to promote certain online gambling but quickly refused it because he was also a gambler before.

According to him, he spent most of his time in casinos in the past, losing a big chunk of his money.

Calleja said that he decided to stay away from his vices in 2019.

“Marami ang lumalapit sa akin para mag-endorse ng mga online gambling. Hindi ko tinatanggap kasi dati akong sugarol. Inaamin ko, dati akong sagurol. Laman ako ng casino dati. RW, Okada, Solaire, COD at dyan sa New World Manila. Malaki rin napatalo ko sa sugal.” Calleja said.

“Buti na lang, pagdating 2019, nagising ako at nagbago. Naputol ko lahat pati na rin paninigarilyo at pag-inom. Dumating pa ang pandemic na lalong nagpatibay sa pagbabago ko. Kaya naman against ako sa gambling lalo na sa mga online gambling na pwedeng gawin kahit saan.” he added.

He then urged the netizens to stay away from gambling, saying that it would only ruin their lives.

“Walang magandang dulot ang sugal. Walang nananalo sa sugal. Sisirain niyan ang buhay niyo na. Maniwala kayo, galing na ako dyan. Kung mahal niyo pamilya niyo at sarili niyo, utang na loob, itigil niyo na ang sugal!”

Netizens praised Calleja for changing himself for the better and criticized the influencers who kept promoting online gambling to earn money from commissions for every bet of their followers.

 

Kris Aquino, balak sampahan ng kaso si Dr. Willie Ong dahil sa mga kumakalat na ads sa social media

Dr. Willie Ong might face charges after it was reported that Kris Aquino’s legal team was preparing their charges against the former vice presidential candidate and internet celebrity.

According to the report of Bilyonaryo, the television host asked one of the top law firms in the Philippines, Divina Law, to handle the case that they would file against Dr. Ong and his wife Dr. Liza.

The issue started when several social media pages published an obviously edited photo of Aquino and Dr. Ong holding a macadamia nut product.

Television host Willie Revillame, and Aquino’s children, Josh and Bimby were also included in the said advertisement.

Aquino is one of the top endorsers in the country, and many brands were paying millions of pesos to the queen of all media to promote their products.

So it was understandable that the legal team of Aquino was protective of the transactions and endorsements of the television host.

If proven true, Dr. Ong might pay millions of pesos to the television host.

As of writing, Aquino who’s currently in the US to for medical treatment has yet to confirm her plans against Dr. Ong, who’s known for helping netizens by giving free health tips.

 

Vice Ganda demands apology from a fan for pulling his hair: “You don’t do that. You have to say sorry to me”

Comedian Vice Ganda’s day with fans in Edmonton, Canada, last April 16, 2023, was ruined after one of the crowd members pulled his hair.

In the said video, it can be seen that Vice was walking towards the stage when someone suddenly pulled his hair.

The comedian didn’t slip out and tried to search for the said fan.

Vice talked to the audience he suspected who pulled his hair and demanded an apology.

“Who did that? That’s very disrespectful! You don’t do that. You have to say sorry to me. Who did that? You don’t do that. That’s very rude. I’m trying to give you a wonderful time, but don’t hurt me, di ba? That’s not right. We have to be friends here. Don’t hurt me.” Vice said.

The fans helped Vice identify the people and pointed to a couple.

“This guy is very rude! Both of you are very rude.” he stated.

Vice was touring in Canada and the US as part of his VGFul Tour.

The video has already received millions of views as of writing.

Meanwhile, the couple apologized for their actions, saying that they didn’t mean to pull the hair of the comedian, claiming that they were solid fans of Vice.
