Rendon said.

Pastor who supports UniTeam receives criticisms from one of his former followers for buying a car using their donation

A former follower of the Jesus Christ The River of Life Church revealed how their religious leader Pastor Romeo Nuñez II allegedly used their donations to buy a car for his son.

In her Facebook post, netizen Zamora Cha narrated how the group of Nuñez allegedly gain money using his follower’s money to accumulate wealth.

She shared a photo from the son of Nunez who bought a pickup truck in 2020, while narrating how they were convinced by the pastor to donate to prove their ‘faith’.

“This is “voluntary” daw and out of love. Any amount kuno na icocommit mo will be accepted.

“But here’s the thing: They will base the size of your faith and your love towards God kung gano kalaki ang amount na ibibigay mo.

“Kapag maliit ang amount, napakaliit ng love and faith mo.

“At kapag wala kang mabigay, they will label you as no faith and love at all.

“Cause as what they taught us: Hindi kayang bayaran ng pera ang ginawa ng Diyos sa buhay namin through the life of pastor. (Which is true naman.)

“But where’s the consideration and genuine mercy para sa mga walang pera. In fact, most of us are students at that time.

According to her, some of the members of their Church even prioritized their donations instead of buying food for themselves.

They’re also not receiving any assistance from Nuñez and they’re the one obligated to give money to him.

She then discovered that the money they’re donating allegedly used by Nuñez and his family for his personal gain.

“As 8 years in the church. Naging kaibigan ko halos lahat ng mga tao sa church even to the point sumasama ako matulog sa mga boarding house ng iba sa kanila. Kaya I know their struggle financially. Halos wala silang makain and some of them walang pambayad ng boarding house.

“Araw-araw kami sa ministry, and wala kaming nakukuhang any support or allowance from the church. We also have this event called, “ENCOUNTER WEEKEND” na ginaganap every after 2 months and we are more than 100 leaders in the church at that time. We’re all obligated to pay every encounter ₱2000 each leaders, May delegates ka man o wala.

“We sacrificed for the church dahil we love God and we thought na genuine ang heart ng pastor na pinapakinggan namin sa mga tinuturo nia.

It can be recalled that Nuñez, who also run for the mayoral race of Puerto Princesa has been caught by the authorities because of some complaints from his followers.

As of writing, the post by Cha received 46,000 shares.

Netizens criticize employer who is looking for a kasambahay with college diploma

Netizens couldn’t hide their disappointment in an employer who was looking for a maid because of its demanding requirements.

The issue started when a netizen posted a job hiring which shows the requirement of the employer for their potential new maid.

According to the listing, the applicant should possess a college diploma and teaching experience.

They’re also offering only two days off every month that according to some netizens, was unreasonable.

The salary would be 15,000 a month with free food and stay.

“Medyo off lang talaga on my end kasi a person should have a degree pa and mas marami atang workload na gagawin,” the author of the post said.

Some netizens couldn’t stop themselves from giving their comments about the said job listing.

“For 15K kasi Kasama Ang food and board I think may Diploma kasi kasama Ang turo sa bata… BPO nga basic pay is 16k Yun nga lang twice a month lang off,” netizen mysterious-shift said.

“Honestly, if I was the employer, that “educational achievement” would be placed there to weed out the rif-raf at pasaway. As with most employment in the PH, palakasan ng loob din ang nagdadadala. Many will not qualify, But those na matatag to pass on a resume or an application kahit kulang yung requirements are already a step above those that simply read the job listing and pass because nakita nila agad “college diploma required”. netizen holo commented.

“It’s an employer’s market. Kung may makukuha silang nag apply that meets their criteria, aba that’s a win for them. If no one bites or wala silang matipuan sa mga nagapply, then they can relist their job listing and lower their requirements.

Netizens couldn’t hide their amazement after a father and son coincidentally won the jackpot prize for the MegaLotto 6/45 with the winning odds of 1 in 8,145,060.

In a Facebook post, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office shared that the winner during the February 27 draw was a father and his son who split the P11.6-M prize.

In an interview with News5, the father said that his son bet to the same combination he was taking care of.

His son also explained that he the winning combination of 25-4-11-35-15-09 consisted of their ages and birthdays.

They’re thankful to PCSO for giving them a chance to become a millionaire.

According to the father, he couldn’t believe that he won the lotto until he received the cheque from PCSO.

Salamat sa ating Panginoon.” he said.

The son also addressed the speculations that they didn’t win the jackpot.
