Janna Dominguez made her friends and followers shed tears after she posted a photo of her newborn baby beside her daughter, Yzabel Ablan, who just recently passed away.

On her Instagram post, Janna showed Michael Zab Leon Ablan III, born on October 7, 2023, and Yzabel, who also passed away on the same day.

Netizens couldn’t imagine how stressful it was for Janna to cope with what happened to her family.

It can be recalled that Janna, who just recently gave birth, was forced to travel to Manila to see Yzabel.

Unfortunately, the doctors failed to save Yzabel.

Netizens expressed their sympathies to Janna.

“Condolence po nakakalungkot prang palit buhay nman yan,” netizen Maldita said.

“Ang hirap nyan. Stay strong po. Condolence. Praying for your healing,” netizen Roseann commented.

It can be recalled that Yzabel was already facing several health problems at a young age and couldn’t live normally like other teenagers.

However, she tried to become positive despite her condition to inspire other people like her.

 

Bureau of Immigration confirms Yexel Sebastian and Mikee Agustin travel to Japan amid scam allegations

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) confirmed that influencer couple Yexel Sebastian and Mikee Agustin traveled to Japan amid the allegations that they were involved in a P200-M scheme that victimized Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)

During a Senate hearing, the BI Commissioner Norman Tansigco said that Sebastian and Agustin left the country by catching a flight to Nagoya, Japan, on October 9, 2023.

According to them, there was no reason for them to stop the two from taking a flight because there was no hold departure order against them.

Sen. Raffy Tulfo, who recently catered to the complainants against Sebastian and Agustin, expressed disappointment as the two could still travel freely despite the accusations against them.

“Hindi ko alam kung ito’y tumatakas na o baka pumunta sa Nagoya para mag-recruit na naman ng investors. Is there any way na mapigilan? Ewan ko lang sa Immigration. Meron naman palang balita na kalat na kalat na na ito ay marami na nai-scam,” said Tulfo.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) said that they could only issue a lookout bulletin against the two, as they are still trying to consider the freedom to travel by the influencers.

As of writing, there’s still no information if someone already filed charges against the two.

Pepito Manaloto cast Janna Dominguez revealed the reason for the passing of her daughter Yzabel Ablan.

In her Facebook post, Janna narrated the last moments of her daughter, who disclosed her health problems several years ago.

According to Janna, they thought that everything would be okay because she was being treated well by her doctors.

“Nagpa-checkup siya the day before and doctor gave her meds na kaya iniisip namin OK na.” said Janna.

However, she was informed by one of their staff that Yzabel suddenly had difficulties on breathing.

“She was at her condo in Manila when she suddenly had difficulty breathing. Kasama niya Yaya Ate Lyn niya that time. “Ate Lyn called us kaya dumiretcho na kami agad ng Manila. Pero wala, after multiple attempts to revive her, wala na talaga. God called her back home na,” she wrote.

Janna said she died from “sudden heart failure” and “lung infection.”

It can be recalled that Yzabel revealed that she had Lupus, Vitiligo, and Moyamoya, which she described as uncurable.

“I cannot get exposed to sunlight, I cannot get emotional, I cannot be tired. There are countless of “cannot” living with SLE. Growing up I felt dismayed all the time. I get this feeling that I am very useless and cannot do anything I like. And also I was not confident before. I felt so betrayed because unlike other kids before, they do not have life the way I do,” Yzabel wrote.

“But then growing up I slowly encountered God. I grew my faith. and learned that despite all these circumstances, I continue to try to live a normal life. That everything has a purpose in life,” she added.

 

Alden RIchards admits falling in love with Maine Mendoza: ‘Hindi ko inamin sa kanya’

lDub fans couldn’t hide their ‘kilig’ after Alden Richards admitted that he indeed fell in love with his former love team Maine Mendoza during the peak of the AlDub fever.

In an interview with Boy Abunda, Alden said that he would call himself a ‘hypocrite’ if he would deny not having feelings for Maine.

However, Alden clarified that he never attempted to court Maine because he didn’t confess it.

“Hypocrite po ako kung hindi. Ayoko pong sabihing alam niya but I did confess,” said Alden.

Alden’s statement received mixed reactions from the netizens; some criticized the actor for the timing of his revelation, saying that Maine was already married to Arjo Atayde.

Some of them even said that Alden was only using Maine to promote his movie.

“Alden Richards using Maine Mendoza since he has a new movie. Old tricks para panuorin ang flop nyang movie…leave maine alone alden,” said netizen Rafael.

They said that Alden’s statement is not helping Maine to address the ‘delulu’ AlDub fans.

“What’s more annoying kasi si maine ilang beses na syang nag-speak up para lang matuldukan yung delusions ng fans. sya pa nga ginagawang masama dahil marunong mag-callout. pero si alden, nakikita pang pumupunta sa event ng kulto & continuously feeding their delusions,” said netizen Jochendria.

Vice Ganda sings Kamikazee song in Sorsogon after the OPM band got ousted from the province

Comedian Vice Ganda couldn’t stop making a joke about what happened to OPM band Kamikazee who reportedly got ousted from the event they were supposed to attend.

It can be recalled that Kamikazee announced that they were set to perform at the Kasanggayahan Festival in Sorsogon, but the governor of Sorsogon, Governor Boboy Hamor announced that the the band would not appear on the stage anymore.

According to a talent coordinator who worked with Kamikazee, the band refused to pose for a photo at one of the most popular tourist spots in Sorsogon, dismaying the governor.

Hamor vowed that he would not let Kamikazee visit Sorsogon again after the incident.

The governor clarified that he still paid the talent fee of the band, but he would not allow them to perform anymore after they alleged refusal of his request.

Meanwhile, Vice who also attended the show couldn’t stop referring to what happened to the band and even sang one of the most popular songs of Kamikazee.

During the performance, Vice was singing a song by Taylor Swift when he suddenly transitioned by blending the foreign song with Kamikazee’s Narda.

The performance received a loud cheers from the audience.

As of writing, Kamikazee has yet to give any statement on what happened to them.

Joel Mondina, popularly known as Pambansang Kolokoy, mentioned the things he gave to his children to prove that he was also a responsible father.

In a vlog, Joel tried to disprove the argument of her former partner Grace Mondina, saying that he was not missing giving financial support to their children.

In his post, Joel mentioned that his children received a gaming console from him.

“Magkano ba ngayon ang playstation? Tapos magkano ang X-box? Tapos magkano yung mga bala? Siguro mga bente or isandaang bala ng X-box o Playstation?” the controversial influencer said.

Joel also claimed that he was sending 400 USD (22,747 PHP) from the things his son wanted to buy, aside from that, he was also sending 700 USD (39, 807 PHP) every month to his children.

According to him, sending money to his children forced him to save a lot because his earnings as a content creator were not enough to cover all his expenses.

It can be recalled that Grace posted a video to mention the acts done by her former partner, including the time when the content creator cheated on her.

However, Joel said that it was better for Grace to move on instead of throwing criticisms against him, saying that he was already happy with his new partner Down Esguerra.

Actress Iwa Moto couldn’t hide her sadness after being informed about the passing of her stepdaughter Yzabel Ablan, the daughter of her former husband Mickey Ablan.

Through her social media post, Iwa dedicated a message to Yzabel who reportedly passed away due to her illness.

Mickey’s current partner, Pepito Manatolo Star Janna Dominguez announced the sad news to her fans on October 7.

According to Iwa, she considers Yzabel as her firstborn despite not being her biological mother.

“My little butterfly. Thank you. Still can’t find words to say other than I love you so much and I will miss you. See you in my dreams, my little warrior.. watch over us anak. Mommy loves you so much,” said Iwa. 

“To all the people asking. Yzabel is my 1st born daughter. And yes hindi ako ang biological mom nya. I was her stepmom for a couple of years. Pero i know in my heart na mahal na mahal ko sya kahit di ako ang nag luwal sakanya sa mundong to. Sya ang 1st ko sa madaming bagay. Tinuruan nya akong maging mommy,” she added.

She also posted several photos of Yzabel together with her.

In her past post, Yzabel revealed that she had several illnesses, including Lupus, which is very hard to treat.

It can be recalled that in 2012, Iwa and Mickey admitted that they were married in 2009.

The two separated in March 2011.

Former NBA superstar Yao Ming couldn’t hide his disappointment over the defeat of team China against Gilas Pilipinas during the 2023 Asian Games on October 4.

Gilas Pilipinas defeated China in a 77-76 match, making the Philippines advance to the gold medal against Jordan.

Gilas also defeated Jordan, giving the first basketball gold medal of the Philippines for the Asian Games after 60 years.

In an interview with Xinhua news agency, Yao said that the current rooster of the Chinese basketball team was showing signs of laziness after the Philippines outscored them during the last two minutes of their game.

“There are two types of slacking — one is the indisciplined kind, and the other is wanting to eat your opponent in just one bite,”  said Yao.

According to Yao, Chinese basketball must undergo a ‘major operation’ to be qualified for the 2028 Summer Olympics.

“We have to conduct a major operation — this is not something small tweaks will achieve. From the make-up of the national team to league reform, this is a major operation covering the entire basketball community,” he said.

It can be recalled that Gilas also defeated China during the FIBA World Cup last September.

Meanwhile, a video of Yao, who’s visibly disappointed, went viral on social media and even gained the attention of some professional Filipino basketball players, including Calvin Abueva.

Grace Mondina, also known as ‘Miss Grace’ and Marites’, claimed that her former partner, Joel Mondina, a.k.a Pambansang Kolokoy, openly admitted that he was cheating on the former, longer than previously thought.

It can be recalled that Joel posted a message saying that Grace should start moving on.

“Dapat pag tahimik na ‘yung tao at mukhang masaya na tantanan na at huwag kung ano ano pang paninira ang sinasabi. Mag tatatlong taon na, alam mo ba yung salitang “MOVE ON”?” Joel said.

However, Miss Grace said she only got separated from Joel in January 2022, more than a year ago.

She assumed that Joel openly admitted that he had been cheating on her for a longer time.

“So you just admitted you’ve been cheating on me for three years now. We just broke up in January 2022. So stupid. I have moved on. Who wants to be with a cheater, liar, and user? But you and Dawn have not moved on because you guys keep stalking my social media accounts. Moving on means deleting me from your channels,” she wrote.

As of writing, Joel has yet to delete any old videos of him together with Miss Grace, it means that there’s a possibility that the former was still earning from his videos with his former partner.

 

Content creator makes a fierce reply to Joey de Leon’s poem: “Tumanda na sa industriya kaso hindi nag TANDA”

A content creator made a response to E.A.T. host Joey de Leon’s poem, which he believed was the reply of the latter against his critics who wrote negative comments on his joke during one of the episodes of his noontime show.

It can be recalled that Joey reposted a poem from his former co-host, Michael V, about the struggles faced by comedians in modern times when people are getting sensitive with jokes.

Here’s the poem he posted:
“Mahirap na ngayong magpawa.”
Marami na ngayong namumuna,
Tingin nila mas magaling sila,
Sila ang dapat narito pala!
Eh ano ang tawag sa kanila?

Meanwhile, content creator Nico David also created a rebuttal to Joey’s poem.

Nico made a poem to criticize the unapologetic behavior of De Leon and his refusal to change his style of rumor.
