As Jiro Manio’s possible return to showbiz was nearly possible now because of his positive rehabilitation progress, several netizens suggested what role the award-winning actor should take if he decided to go back to his craft.

In an interview with Julius Babao, Dr. Joel de Leon said that it was Jiro’s own decision not to return to showbiz and stay for now as a co-facilitator at the rehabilitation center where he was currently treated.

“Ang maganda kay Jiro, alam niya sa sarili niya na hindi niya pa kaya, kumbaga nagre-rehab siya pero may nakikita pa siyang kahinaan sa sarili niya, kaya hindi niya iniiwan ang rehab,” said Dr. De Leon.

Meanwhile, netizens believed that Jiro was the right actor to portray the Socorro Bayanihan Services, Inc. (SBSI) leader Jey Rence Quilario alias Señor Aguila if the group was planning to create a biopic about their favored leader.

It can be recalled that it was common for some groups to create a biopic for its leader, and they believed that a movie about Señor Agila was possible to happen since his fame skyrocketed because of the alleged illegal activities done by SBSI.

Jiro’s doctor, Joel de Leon, had been asked by Sace about Jiro’s possible return to showbiz, but the former said that even the former child actor was not convinced that he was ready to act again.

Fortunately, Jiro’s current program helped him to leave his previous vices, and he vowed never to return to his dark past.

Former Eat Bulaga host Jimmy Santos finally returned to his Dabarkads after several years of hiatus on television.

On October 14, 2023, Jimmy surprisingly appeared on the Saturday episode of E.A.T. as the driver of ‘Papa Ethan’ of one of their fictional host, portrayed by Wally Bayola.

Several hosts of E.A.T became emotional after Jimmy’s return.
