Netizens couldn’t hide their suspicions about the real intention of former flight attendant Abegail Rait to sell the jersey of her alleged former partner Francis Magalona and to reveal her controversial story to the public.

It can be recalled that Abegail sold Francis’ signed jersey for P500,000 on ‘Pinoy Pawnstars’ and shared the story of her alleged relationship with the former Eat Bulaga host, which resulted in one child.

However, Abegail started to be questioned by netizens after it was revealed that she was running for this year’s Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections.

On social media, several netizens criticized Abegail for allegedly using her story to gain the country’s attention and win votes.

The former publicist of Francis Magalona gave her opinion on the claims made by Abegail Rait about her alleged relationship with the ‘Master Rapper.’

In an interview with Abante, Pilar Mateo said that people were questioning the intention of Abegail’s revelation about her connection with Francis and her introduction to her child Gaile Francesca.

Pilar suggested that Francesca should also be protected if ever she was a member of the Magalona family and told Abegail that she must avoid trying to build a conflict with Francis’ original family.

“Wag ka na munang makipagbanggaan sa pamilya, so okay nailabas na kayo ‘yung pamilya, na may relasyon kayo ni Francis, nagkaroon kayo ng relasyon, nagkaroon kayo ng anak, edi ayan inilabas mo na, ano pa ba after that, ano bang gusto mong mangyari? Kasi maapektuhan rin ‘yung anak mo,” said Pilar.

She also believed that it would be ineffective if Abegail planned to use the publicity it received from the netizens as its ticket to showbiz.

Pilar also revealed that the Magalona family was disappointed by Abegail’s claims.

“Ang kailangan sigurong paigtingin nilang mag-ina ay ayusin nila ang buhay nila, wag niyong banggain ang pamilya [Magalona],” she stated.

“Kasi ‘yung pamilya ni Francis, nagsasalita na at makikita mo na masama ang loob nila, which is karapatan nila ‘yun na sumama ang loob nila dahil nagugulat sila. Hayaan na muna sila, hayaan na muna ‘yung mga bata,” she added.

Netizens couldn’t hide their confusion because of inconsistent claims made by former producer and showbiz personality Robby Tarroza.

Several days ago, Robby went viral on social media after he claimed that there was no reason for Pia Magalona, the partner of late rapper Francis M. to complain about the revelation made by Abegail Rait because they were not married in the first place.

“WALA KASI TAYONG DIVORCE SA PILIPINAS!!!! But even with kasal, ang tanong, WAS KIKO MARRIED TO PIA???! No, she was married to another guy with last name Lim and they had a son, Niccolo and daughter Unna, Who Many of us knew this! Pia huwag ka magpabiktima! grabe ka! No one broke up your marriage dear! You were never married in the Philippines!” said Robby in his Facebook post.

Robby deleted the said post and made another response to the photo published by the former publicist of Francis, Pilar Mateo, who showed the wedding between the master rapper and Pia.

“Uulitin ko po, di sila kasal sa Pilipinas dahil may asawa na si Pia. Fernando ang apelyido nun. In short, kabit si Kiko sa papel,” Robby said.

However, netizens noticed conflicting statements made by Robby.

At first, Robby said that the last name of Pia’s alleged first husband was Lim, and now he was saying that it was Fernando.

They also noticed that Robby was sharing conspiracy posts on his social media page, sparking the suspicion that the former producer had only invented his story for unknown reasons.

As of writing Pia has yet to give any statement on the issue.

Veteran actor PJ Abellana said he didn’t believe the rumors that his son-in-law, Tom Rodriguez, was hiding his true identity.

In an interview, PJ addressed the rumors about the possibility that Tom was ‘gay’ and his wife Carla Abellana only discovered it when they were married already.

According to the veteran actor, there was no way for Carla not to discover it before exchanging vows with Tom since the two had a relationship for more than seven years.

“Kung may posibilidad ang isyu na ‘yan, e, sa tingin ng lahat hindi mapapansin ‘yan ng anak ko more than 7 years na relasyon nila. Sa tingin ninyo hindi ba masisilip o malalaman o madidiskubre ng anak ko ‘yan?” said PJ.

“Hindi ako naniniwala umabot sila sa kasalan kung may gender isyu, hindi ‘yan aabot sa kasalan,”  he added.

Carla refused to disclose the real reason behind her separation from Tom.

However, she made several hints about the cause of their uncoupling, saying that she felt ‘betrayed’ and ‘disrespected.’

Meanwhile, Tom denied that he was having a relationship with another man.

“A lot of the best people… most of the best people I know happen to be of that persuasion. Happen to be gay. Best people I’ve known. So, kung ayun lang inaano, hindi insulto para sa akin yun,” said Tom.

Actor JM de Guzman was saddened by the comments he received from the netizens after gaining some weight.

In his social media post, JM showed an update about his current looks, but instead of receiving positive replies, he became a subject of mockery by netizens.

“Chubby naman this boy,” said a netizen.

“Tumaba na talaga sya baka tumigil na din,” another netizen commented.

“Bat parang may mali? Parang may stiff neck. JM tumaba,” the third netizen remarked.

JM was visibly unhappy with the comments he received and expressed dismay over the said comments.

“Masakit kayo magsalita,” he said.

He even asked the netizens to stop shaming his body.

Meanwhile, JM received some messages of comfort from his fans.

“Kahit ano mangyari andito lang kmi mga fans mo ma’s marmi kami nag mamahal sayo kesa mga tao nega wala magawa sa buhay.. Love you always idol JM,” netizen Nanette said.

“Ok lang na tumaba, hindi naman apektado yung galing niya sa pag arte. And kung nagawa niya mag bago with his will power, for sure kaya rin niya bumalik sa dating kisig niya anytime. Idol, your still one of the best actor for me,” netizen Cid commented.

Veteran columnist and talent manager Lolit Solis shared an update about her current health status.

Through her Instagram, Lolit described her weakness since being diagnosed with an undisclosed condition that forced her to undergo dialysis.

Lolit said she couldn’t go out anymore because of her current state as a 77-year-old.

However, she thanked her doctors because she still survived some health problems in the past weeks.

“Salve talagang siguro hindi na kaya ng katawan ko rumampa masyado. Talagang feel ko na iyon weakness sa body ng isang 77 years old woman. Feeling lola na talaga, hah hah. Tapos salamat sa mga prayers at medical genius grabe pa ang tumamang pneumonia sa akin. Bongga nga na nalagpasan ko lahat kahit hangga ngayon talagang hina parin katawan ko,” she said.

She also thanked Senator Bong Revilla for shouldering her medical expenses.

“Ayaw ko na nga halos tumayo sa kama at lagi na lang nakahiga. Kahit miss ko mga lunch natin nila PatP talagang hindi ko kaya. Bongga nga na meron akong tagabayad sa hospital anytime , ang aking Bongbong Bong,” she said.

The talent manager was praying that she would not be brought to the hospital anymore as it affected her mental health badly.

Gaile Francesca urged her mother, Abegail Rait, to ignore her critics after being labeled as a ‘homewrecker’ on social media by netizens.

In an interview with journalist Julius Babao, Francesca expressed her support for Abegail amid the criticisms she received for claiming that she had a relationship with Francis Magalona.

According to Francesca, people criticizing them did not know the whole story, so she convinced her mother to be patient with the people commenting negatively against them.

“I want to tell my mom to stay strong and to don’t the bashers kasi nga po hindi pa po nila alam ‘yung buong kwento, and so for that may mga tao na they keep bashing her,” she said.

Francesca also clarified that she already revealed the details they could share with the public, and she was not willing to disclose more stories about her mother’s relationship with Francis.

It can be recalled that Abegail and Francesca were featured on ‘Pinoy Pawnstars,’ where they revealed that they’re the second family of Francis.

Abegail said they only wanted the public to know that they existed and did not plan to ask anything from Francis’ first family.

They also planned Francesca to follow in the footsteps of her father by entering the showbiz.

Ricci Rivero challenged the friend of her ex-girlfriend Andrea Brillantes to reveal the information they knew about each other in public.

In a tweet, Bea Borres took a swipe against the newly drafted PBA player after he admitted his relationship with Los Banos councilor Leren Bautista.

“Lol hanggang hard launch nag mamalinis lmfao,” said Bea.

Ricci then shared Bea’s post, saying that he knew who had a relationship with taken individuals.

When criticized by netizens, Ricci said he only wanted to defend Leren from the accusations that she was a third party between the basketball player and Andrea.

“Diba dinadamay nila yung isa na walang kasalanan? Dahil ngayon nag sasalita na ako pumapatol na? Antayin natin yung time is the ultimate truth teller ng magka alaman sino talaga. Isama kita sa washing machine eh,” he also said.

As of writing, people were still waiting for Andrea’s response to Ricci’s posts.

On October 21, Ricci finally admitted his relationship with Leren, calling her his ‘true queen,’ and vowed to defend her from their critics.
