Two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo was nowhere to be seen during the birthday party celebration of his father, Mark Andrew Yulo.

In her post, Carlos’ mother, Angelica Yulo, posted some of the moments taken during the party held at Newport World Resorts in Pasay on October 12, 2024.

“Celebrating Mark Andrew Yulo’s birthday with the fambam. Thank you so much to our sponsor miss jojie and her husband. God bless you always,” she wrote.

During the party, the Yulo family enjoyed dancing and singing to the music prepared by the establishment.

Despite the successful celebration, netizens noticed that someone was missing during the event.

It can be recalled that last August, Carlos already vowed to meet his father.

“Maraming salamat, Pa. Masaya ako nakita kita don nakasuporta!” said Carlos. “Pasensya na, Pa, hindi ako masyado nakakaway. Ang daming nagpa-autograph hehe. Kitakits soon, Pa,” 

However, until today, the world-class gymnast has yet to meet his father or send him a birthday message.

Mark already stated many times that he wanted to meet Carlos and even urged the latter to apologize to his mother.

Carlos left his family and didn’t talk to them since the time he accused his parents of pocketing the money he saved from joining international competitions.

Actress Heart Evangelista’s personal assistant revealed ‘receipts’ to prove that her boss was invited first to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

The issue started when netizen @whenapino talked about someone who ‘refused’ an invitation from a fashion company without even getting an invitation in the first place.

“Hindi to eme eme lang kaya wag niyo kami hanapan ng resibo dahil patola ako hindi okra,” said Reszty.

Meanwhile, some netizens called out Justin for allegedly trying to intensify the competition between Pia and Heart by commenting on netizens’ claims against his former boss.

In his comment, Justin Soriano denied that his new boss, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, used Heart’s contact information to gain access to several international fashion brands.

Content creator Chloe San Jose responded to the netizens who accused her of siphoning her boyfriend’s money, two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo.

In one of her posts, some netizens reminded her not to spend Carlos’ money, who reportedly received more than P100-M after winning two gold medals in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

“Paalala wag mo ubusin pera ni Carlos, maawa ka Chloe,” the netizen told Chloe.

However, Chloe said that she didn’t need to spend Carlos’ money because she was earning her own.

“Why would I feel the need to do that? I have my own,” she said.

A man was put under the custody of the authorities after he was spotted while attempting to use a sharp object against an employee at Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City.

According to the reports, the suspect was already having cheating suspicions with his girlfriend, so he decided to wait for her to leave the building where she was located.

The suspect, who was waiting in the lobby of the building, saw his girlfriend exiting the elevator with the victim and wrongly assumed that the latter was having an affair with the employee.

In an interview, Carlos said that he wanted to travel around the Philippines if he had free time to tour.

One of his top bucket lists is Palawan, where one of the most expensive private resorts in the world could be found.

“Sa Pilipinas po ba ang Amanpulo? Gusto ko rin pong marating ‘yon,” Carlos asked.

Fr. Dimaano vowed that heChurch not allow the incident to happen again.

The artist sang “Dancing Queen” by Abba, “The Climb” by Miley Cyrus, and “Edge of Glory” by Lady Gaga.
