Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo paid tribute to her ‘Lolo Sir’ Ronaldo Valdez, who co-starred on ABS-CBN’s “2 Good 2 Be True” in 2022.

In her Instagram stories, Kathryn shared some photos of the veteran actor, who passed away on December 23, 2023, after allegedly taking his own life.

It can be recalled that Kathryn became so close to Ronaldo, whom she admired for a long time due to his experience in show business.

Her letter to Ronaldo also went viral on social media again.

In the said letter, Kathryn expressed her admiration for the veteran actor and called her the ‘lolo’ she ‘never had.’

“No goodbyes. The memories we shared for a year will always be in my heart. I love you so much, my Lolo Sir! Alipot and Kath are both lucky to have experienced this journey with you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Tito Ron,” she said.

As of writing, Ronaldo’s family has yet to release an official statement about the veteran actor’s passing.

There were reports that Ronaldo was being treated for a serious condition and underwent an operation last year.

Ayon sa lider ng QCPD Forensic Unit na si P/Cpt. Adhrin Domingo ay nakita nila ang posibleng ginamit ni Valdez para tapusin ang kanyang sariling buhay.

Makikita rin na sa mayroon itong tama sa ulo na posibleng naging dahilan ng kanyang agad na pagpanaw.

Nakita umano ng driver ni Valdez na si Angelito Oclarit ang kanyang amo na wala ng buhay habang ito ay nakaupo.

Inaantay na lamang ng mga otoridad ang magiging resulta ng mga pasusuri bago nila opisyal na ianunsyo ang dahilan ng kanyang pagpanaw.

Matatandaan na nakilala si Valdez dahil sa kanyang pagiging isang magaling na aktor at ang kanyang halos anim na dekadang pamamalagi sa showbiz ay tumatak na sa isipan ng publiko.

Siya rin ang ama ni Janno Gibbs at Melissa Gibbs na pawang mga naging parte rin ng showbiz.

Veteran columnist Cristy Fermin urged Richard Gutierrez to clear his name over circulating rumors about his treatment of his partner, Sarah Lahbati.

In her online program, Cristy mentioned a certain blind item about an actress who suffered at the hands of her celebrity partner.

“Ilang panahon na po naming nababasa ‘yung kuwento tungkol sa isang mag-asawa na nagkasakitan sa harap ng kanilang mga anak. Na diumano ‘yung babae ay tumakbo po sa bahay ng mag-asawang artista na kasama sa village,” she said.

Cristy also revealed the possible legal move being planned by the Gutierrez family to counter Sarah’s camp by planning to file charges against the actress.
