Former child actor John Wayne Sace was hoping to get another chance to return to show business again.
In an interview with Julius Babao, John admitted to losing his showbiz career due to his vices and that quitting his habit was not easy.
According to him, his habit started to affect his showbiz career around 2015, as no one wanted to hire him anyone due to his vices.
He even said that he tried to help himself by going to a rehabilitation center, but his cravings only increased.
In 2016, during the height of Oplan Tokhang, John didn’t stop using it and even reached the point that he was already included on the Pasig PNP watchlist.
John was also hospitalized, allegedly due to his vices, which prompted him to stop continuing his habit.
He now assured that he was free from any bad habit that may disrupt his planned return to acting.
Due to his efforts, John became part of ABS-CBN’s show, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, for a year, and now he was hoping that its director and leading actor, Coco Martin, would hire him again.
Fans of Francine Diaz were disappointed after Vice Ganda allegedly made their idol one of the subjects of the It’s Showtime host’s joke during an event in Pampanga.
During the event, Vice called out his co-host, Anne Curtis, in jest and asked her not to skip the lines of the performing artists.
“Si Anne Curtis dapat mamaya pa siya, pero ewan ko sumingit siya sa pila ng mag peperform. Kaya Anne Curtis respect naman please. Respect naman sa artist,” he said.

Awra Briguela admitted that he was at fault for the commotion in Makati City on June 29, 2023, which almost ended his career as an actor.
In an interview with Vice Ganda, Awra said he was lost during those times and went to clubs daily to cope with his problems.
“Noong nangyari ‘yun, hindi ko inexpect kasi YOLO [you only live once] ako n’un. I party almost every day. Sumobra talaga. Super gimikera, I just want to have fun and [kalimutan] ang mga problema. In short, tinatakbuhan ko ang problems ko. Hindi ko siya hinaharap. Noong nangyari siya sa’kin, hindi ako makapaniwala,” he stated.
According to him, compared to before, he’s now better.

When I became a US citizen, we decided to file Stephen’s petition and by God’s Grace it was approved. Now we are just waiting for the scheduled interview at US embassy in Manila. I need to bring Stephen to Manila, but my brother refused to let go of Stephen.
“So, I filed a petition to the court of appeals, but still needed to go to the family court in Cotabato. Their lawyer asked for a settlement through my lawyer. They are asking for a refund for the cost of taking care of my son for 10yrs. At first , they asked for twenty thousand pesos (P20,000.00) a month or P2,400,000.00 which I can’t afford. So, now they asked for P10,000.00 or P1,200,000.00 for the ten (10) years they took care of my son. Finally, I agreed in a condition that I will pay every month the amount of P10,000.00 for 10 years, which is the best I can do for I am only a part time worker, working 20hrs a week in the night shift, because I need to take care of my two children in the morning. My husband’s salary is spent in our everyday expenses and to pay the bills and rent. My supposed to be brother is asking for P1.200,000.00 in cash to let my son go,”

Claudine Barretto admitted that Rico Yan tried to contact her several hours before the latter passed away.
In an interview with talent manager Ogie Diaz, Claudine said that Rico called her seven times when the actor vacationed at the Dos Palmas Resort in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, in 2002.
