A writer who worked for GMA Network shared how Xian Lim worked with them and their attitude toward his colleagues.
In a Facebook comment, Brylle Tabora, who claimed to have worked on one of Xian’s projects, narrated how difficult working with the actor was.
He made the comment in a post related to his viral interview, in which he admitted his relationship with producer Iris Lee.
“What a friggin joke, and he’s also super difficult to work with!! Made our lives as TV writers miserable,” he said.
It can be recalled that rumors about Xian’s attitude were brought up several times.
One of the most notable incidents was his refusal to accept the “I love Albay T-shirt” after attending an event in the province.
Rep. Joey Salceda, who was the Governor of Albay when the incident happened, publicly criticized Xian for his attitude.
“Xian Lim says in my face (Atty Carol) while handling the coffee table book in front of many – “I’m not here to promote Albay”.” If his road manager checks his record, Albay paid for his many guestings since way back in 2011 when his talent fee was just P75,000 (Ginoo ni Magayon) and now P350,000 for Fiesta Tsinoy Albay. It’s either 1. His parents did not raise him well. 2. He had bad education. 3. He is not managed well. 4. His character is inversely proportonal to his looks. 5. He is something,” the Salceda wrote.
Xian apologized for the incident, but the official didn’t accept it.
“No forgiveness deserved,” he stated.
