It’s none of our business kasi pera nila yun! Agot Isidro receives a response from Jinkee Pacquiao’s camp

Actress Agot Isidro received a response from the business manager of the Pacquiao family after the former slammed Jinkee Pacquiao for posting her expensive belongings on social media amid crisis in the Philippines.

Arnold Vegafria wrote an open letter to Isidro and told the actress that Mrs. Pacquiao could use the money they earned to buy anything they wanted.

Vegafria also pointed out that Jinkee was a businesswoman who worked hard to become successful and not only relying on the earnings of her husband who’s the only eight-division world champion boxer.

“What’s your issue, Agot? @agotisidro What Jinkee @jinkeepacquiao posts on her Instagram page is not for us to judge,”

“What she does with her family’s hard-earned money is none of our business, because such bountiful blessings are just the fruit of her husband’s esteemed legacy as an iconic Filipino boxing legend and businessman, and are not stained in any way by graft or corruption,”

“Jinkee has also worked her way up as a smart and prudent businesswoman with several investments under her good name,”

According to him, Isidro may be clueless about how many people were helped by the Pacquiaos in the past, because the said family was not always announcing their philanthropic activities in public.

“You probably have no idea as to the extent by which the good Senator, Manny Pacquiao and his family, have done so much to help our countrymen, not just during the past three months during the height of the pandemic, but even way before when he was still working hard to achieve his iconic stature,”

“You probably don’t see or hear much about it because they are not the types to brag about their noble and charitable deeds for other people to see. They would rather do their humble acts of generosity away from the eyes of the media or the glare of the spotlight,”

He also urged Isidro to be sensitive enough after she called Mrs. Pacquiao a “nouveau”.

Nouveau is a derogatory term used to describe people who only got their wealth within their own generation and not from inheritance.

“The Pacquiaos have worked hard over the past decades to achieve their current standing in society, and despite their status, they have remained humble, low-key, and generous to whoever asks for their help. Their fervent desire to serve their countrymen continues to inspire them to pursue higher education and excel in their public service endeavors,”

And please be more discerning about your use of the word “nouveau.” The Pacquiaos have worked hard over the past decades to achieve their current standing in society, and despite their status, they have remained humble, low-key and generous to whoever asks for their help. Yesterday, Agot received criticisms on social media after she asked Mrs. Pacquiao who posted her luxury bikes on social media for a little ‘sensitivity‘.

“Alam namin na marami kayong pera. At kung ano ang gusto ninyong gawin sa pera na yun, wala kaming pakialam,” Isidro said.

“Pero marami rin ang walang trabaho at nagkukumahog humanap ng pera para may pakain sa kanilang pamilya. Puede ba, konting sensitivity man lang?” she added.

Netizens couldn’t stop themselves from questioning Isidro for her reason why she’s interfering with Mrs. Pacquiao’s personal decisions.

“Maka reklamo ng post ng may post, nakatulong ka teh in the level of the Pacquiaos’ help? Maka call out, na call out mo na si Sharon sa “You don’t have Rolex because you’re bad?” Hindi, kasi kakampi nyo,” one blogger asked Isidro.
