After Ai-Ai delas Alas confirmed that she had already decided to end her relationship with Gerald Sibayan, netizens couldn’t help but talk about the comedy queen’s previous relationship with another younger man.

It can be recalled that in 2013, Ai-Ai married businessman Jed Salang after only a month after their wedding in Las Vegas.

In an interview, Ai-Ai said that the reason for her separation from Jed was because the latter was too physical to her.

Ai-Ai also mentioned that she gave Jed a sports vehicle as part of her wedding gift.

However, their relationship didn’t last long after Jed allegedly dragged Ai-Ai when she refused to spend their monthsary at a luxurious hotel.

After their separation, Ai-Ai asked Jed to return the vehicle she gave to him, but at first, the latter refused to heed her request.

Jed was only convinced to return the vehicle after she informed him that she was still paying for its monthly dues.

Ai-Ai declared that Jed never loved her after their separation and possibly used her for his own gains.

Currently, Ai-Ai was in the same situation again after her separation with Gerald, who also allegedly became physical with the comedian.

Comedian Marietta Subong, a.k.a Pokwang couldn’t hide her disappointment after she lost all her money in an e-wallet application.

A popular e-wallet app was currently facing criticism on social media after an alleged security breach where some users claimed to lost all their funds after being transferred to unknown recipients.

In her Instagram post, Pokwang said that she was also one of the victims of the alleged security breach, saying that she lost P85,000.

She even questioned why the registered sim policy seems ineffective in preventing such breaches.

“Naghahanap buhay po ako ng marangal nagbibigay po ako ng hanap buhay sa mga single mom, tapos isang umaga pagka gising mo simot ang laman ng GCASH accnt??? ibat ibang number na hindi naka rehistro halos nasa 30 numero na hindi naka rehistro!!! ano nangyare sa registered sim policy ngayon?” said Pokwang.

“Nakakaiyak binangon ko mag isa ang negosyong pinabayaan ng taong inasahan ko pinag katiwalaan ko pati ba naman dito naisahan parin ako? nakakaiyak talaga sana naman @gcashofficial tulungan nyo mga kagaya kong naghahanap buhay ng patas at nagbibigay ng hanap buhay din,” she added.

As of writing, G-Cash has yet to give an official statement on the issue.

Television host Boy Abunda confirmed that the Queen of Comedy, Ai-Ai delas Alas and her husband, Gerald Sibayan already called it quits.

In an interview with Boy to Ai-Ai, it could be noticed that the comedian didn’t mention her husband, which already indicated the torn relationship between them.

Ai-Ai shared that one of her greatest fears was to live alone, but now she had no choice, but to survive.

“If you were to ask forgiveness kay Eileen delas Alas [Ai-Ai’s real name], ano ang ihihingi mo ng tawad sa kanya?,” Boy asked Ai-Ai.

“Aaah, Eileen, sorry kasi pinayagan mong masaktan ka ng ibang tao, physically and emotionally. Hindi mo deserve yon kasi isa kang babaeng nagmahal lang at naging loyal sa kanila with a pure heart and no intention na lokohin sila,” Ai-Ai responded.

Ai-Ai’s statement gave hint on the reason why she decided to leave her husband.

The two were in a relationship for almost a decade and got married in 2017.

The comedian’s failed relationship mirrored her previous romance with Jed Salang who was also accused of being physical to Ai-Ai.

As of writing, Gerald, who’s currently living in America has yet to give a response to Ai-Ai’s revelations.

Angelica Yulo, the mother of two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo, shared what happened during her trip to Singapore.

In her Facebook post, Angelica shared that she stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Singapore for one week after receiving a sponsorship from a woman she didn’t name.

Aside from the free accommodation, Angelica also received pocket money from the said woman.

Joriel Yulo also accompanied her mother and even gave the latter a free air ticket.

“Bye SG see you manila in a bit. Thank you to the kindhearted woman who sponsored our stay in one of a luxurious hotel in SG for 1 week, with matching pocket money, thank you so much God bless you more ( she doesnt want to mention her name). Thank you also to my eldest daughter, my travel buddy and food buddy for sponsoring my air fare ticket, love you always,” she stated.

A stay at the said hotel would cost around P9,000 per night.

Angelica’s followers were happy to see their idol enjoying her life without the need to seek Carlos’s attention.

It can be recalled that Angelica had a feud with Carlos and accused her of pocketing the money of her son.

However, some netizens were skeptical about Angelica’s trip’s timing, saying that it happened after she received P1-M from businessman Chavit Singson.

The pedestrian, who went viral after she was captured after being rammed by an SUV at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig Wednesday, denied that she decided to agree to an amicable settlement with the driver.

In a statement, Nicole Mercado said that she was not aware that she was already signing a document that would free the driver from any charges.

Mercado said she would not agree to free the driver from any legal obligations after the latter disagreed to shoulder the financial burden he brought to her.

“Ibinalita na nagpa-areglo daw ako. Hindi ko naman gusto magpa-areglo talaga sadyang hindi ko na lang alam kung ano pinapasulat nila sa akin sa traffic bureau dahil wala na ako sa sarili. Hindi ko alam na kasunduang areglo na pala iyon. Sobrang unfair lang kasi ayaw mag compensate ng maayos nung driver. Ayaw bayaran ang mga araw na hindi ko maipapasok sa work,” she wrote.

According to her, there was also a chance for her not to return to BGC anymore to work because of the incident.

“Sobrang sakit pa rin sakin makita itong video. Nati-trigger ako at bumabalik sakin ‘yung traumatic na naranasan ko. Hindi ko alam kung makakaahon pa ako sa nangyaring ito,” she stated.

As of writing the Taguig City Traffic Bureau has yet to give a response to Mercado’s statement.

Senator Joel Villanueva on Thursday couldn’t help but wonder why the issue of a luxury SUV with protocol plate number 7 that forcefully used the bus lane became a national issue.

In an interview with the press, Villanueva said he didn’t want the issue to become big.

“I hope that this will not be a big thing. I just find it, sorry ah, I just find it weird na it’s a national news and the LTO should just do their part,” said Villanueva.

However, he clarified that he was not trying to tolerate such behavior.

“For the record, I never or ever will allow any of my family, relatives, wife, anak whatsoever [to use it]. Mahigpit kami riyan, so much responsibility,” he said.

“I don’t believe na pwede, that’s what I believe. Kahit pa sabihin mong pwede, kahit pa sabihin ng LTO na pwede,” he added.

Meanwhile, the man who introduced himself as the owner of the said vehicle appeared to the public and apologized on behalf of his company.

The said SUV was registered to Orient Pacific Group, a company connected to the Gatchalian family.

Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, the lawyer of independent contractors Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, insisted that the decision made by the Department of Justice (DOJ) against her clients lacked basis.

It can be recalled that the DOJ filed charges against Jojo and Richard for what they allegedly did to actor Sandro Muhlach last July after GMA Gala 2024.

In her statement, Atty. Garduque said there was no basis for her clients to face serious charges and cited the testimonies made by Sandro against the two independent contractors.

According to Garduque, Sandro insisted that Richard spread his legs and licked his hole during the incident.

“Therefore, as per the resolution, Sandro said that Richard merely licked his b-tth-le,” said Atty. Garduque.

“If what was being licked was his b-tth-le only then there is no insertion. There is insertion if the tongue goes inside the b-tth-le,” she added.

Garduque also insisted that it would be impossible for penetration to happen.

“Likewise, it is our assertion that it is physically impossible to insert a tongue inside the an-l orifice without any injury. You need to overstretch it to create an opening, which naturally will result in laceration or injury,” she stated.

Former Ilocos Sur Governor Chavit Singson fulfilled his promise to the Yulo family for the upcoming Christmas.

On November 3, 2024, Singson personally visited the Yulo family to award them with P1-M.

Mark Andrew, Angelica, Joriel, Eldrew, and Eliza Yulo were present during the private meeting.

According to Singson, he wanted to help the Yulo family because he respected them for giving honor to the country by representing them in gymnastics.

Former Star Magic artist John Wayne Sace defended himself why he ended the life of his own friend during a heated argument on October 28, 2024.

During an interview, John Wayne insisted that the victim was already plotting against him and his family.

“Inikutan na po ako. ‘Yun na rin po ang last na ikot niya, nagsalita rin naman siya sa akin, ‘Isang ikot na lang. Isa pa,’ sabi sa akin,” said John Wayne. “Nararamdaman ko po talaga na mayroon siyang gagawin na hindi maganda.”

“Si John Wayne po, hindi itinuring na iba ng mga Eugenio. Itinuring po siyang pamilya namin, lalo na sa lugar ng Barangay Sagad. Inaruga po siya ng daddy ni Kuya Lynell nung mga panahong walang-wala na siyang malapitan. Ipinagtanggol pa ni Kuya si John Wayne nang masangkot ito sa isang engkuwentro nitong October lang,” they added.

They also said that John Wayne was still under the influence in the past but vowed to correct his mistakes.
