Marlou Arizala a.k.a Xander Ford denies having a private video with another man: “Nasa sa inyo yun kung maniniwala kayo”

Marlou Arizala, popularly known as Xander Ford denied that the man in a private video circulating on social media was him.

In his live stream, Arizala said that his skin complexion compared to the man in the video was very different.

He also pointed out that the body type of the man was different.

According to him, the Philippines is already facing problems and the people should prioritize solving it instead of talking about his alleged ‘private video’.

However, Arizala accepted that he couldn’t please anyone so it’s still up to the people if they’re going to believe in the rumors.

To prove his point, he asked his followers why there’s no alleged private video of him that has been circulated on social media during the time when he was still in a relationship with girls.

It can be remembered that Arizala claimed that he’s already part of the LGBTQIA community and currently having a relationship with a man.

He then argued with his followers and denied that he’s the one who created the private video issue.

Arizala has yet to comment if he’s ready to file charges against the people spreading his alleged private video.

President Duterte vows to punish corrupt PhilHealth officials: “Yayariin ko kayo!”

President Rodrigo Duterte vowed to punish the officials of Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) if they were found pocketing the money of its contributors.

Duterte made the said remarks during the recent meeting of IATF in Davao City.

But he clarified that the innocent people in PhilHealth should not worry and urged them to continue their job.

“Huwag kayong magkakamali, itong PhilHealth. Sabi ko, yayariin ko kayo. Maniwala kayo.

The President recently ordered the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate the alleged corruption happening in PhilHealth by forming a task force.

PhilHealth issue started when former anti-fraud legal officer Thorrsson Montes Keith claimed that some officials of the state-owned health insurance agency pocketed 15-B pesos.

Meanwhile, PhilHealth President Ricardo Morales asked for a medical leave amid the plan of the senate to launch an investigation.

“If you look at the history of this corporation, ang bilis magpalit ng CEO, causing delays. I did not want to resign, because we will be implementing Universal Health Care law, and then we were hit by COVID. It is not wise to change the course in the middle of the road,” Morales said in an interview with CNN.

“But nature has intervened. I will take the doctor’s advice. I already relayed to my boss my intentions. It is up for them to decide. It is medical leave,” he added.

Despite his medical leave, Morales insisted his innocence and even ready to show his properties to prove that he’s not pocketing the funds of PhilHealth.

Pinoy Big Brother 2006 winner Keanna Reeves slammed Jennylyn Mercado for asking how the government was spending the money they got from loans.

In a Facebook post, Reeves, who’s a known supporter of President Rodrigo Duterte, believed that the actress might not understand how government debt was being used even if she had the information about it.

Reeves even insinuate that Mercado was only acting smart.

According to her, there’s a Commission on Audit (COA) to ensure that the money of the government was being spent correctly.

Reeves said.

“Malalaking company nga may sariling accountant, ikaw panigurado may accountant karin! Mahirap yan ate,” she added.

She advised Mercado to stick to her expertise instead of trying to question the government about debts.

Reeves also said that people like Mercado were the reason why some people were underestimating the intelligence of actors and actresses.

“Kaya tinatawag ang mga artista na mga BOPALS dahil din kasi sa mga post nyo e,” she said.

Despite the criticisms she received, Mercado insisted that there’s nothing wrong with her tweets about politics.

Jobert Sucaldito addresses Nikki Valdez after she compares ABS-CBN issue to PhilHealth: ” Iba na ang isyu, pilit mo pa ring idinikit!”

Former DZMM radio host and entertainment writer Jobert Sucaldito questioned Kapamilya actress Nikki Valdez after the latter compared the issue of her home network ABS-CBN and Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth)

In a tweet on August 8, Valdez pointed out that executives of ABS-CBN didn’t miss any congressional hearings while the officials of PhilHealth are already expressing their intention not to attend the senate hearing that would investigate the alleged corruption of the government-owned corporation.

Valdez said.

As a response, Sucaldito said that he was wondering why many people were criticizing the Duterte administration due to the alleged corruption activities discovered in PhilHealth.

According to him, people should wait for the result of the investigation first.

He also told Valdez that the issue of PhilHealth is different from what happened to the ABS-CBN franchise renewal attempt.

“Hoy, mali kayo – malayong magkaiba iyon.

They will rule on this – maghintay ka lang. Morales, kina Congressman Marcoleta, Remulla and Defensor? Huwag mo munang pangunahan dear.” he added.

“If you want, sundan mo na lang si Gabby Lopez sa Switzerland or kung saan man siya tumakbo dahil mukhang di ka pa naka-move on sa pagkasara ng ABS-CBN. Kaloka!” he also said.

Sucaldito became a critic of ABS-CBN after he was suspended because of raising an issue about a Kapamilya actress’s love life.

He worked for the ABS-CBN-owned station for 17 years.

“Malaking sampal!” TV5 denies offering Vice Ganda and Coco Martin to join their network

Columnist Lolit Solis claimed that TV5 never made an offer to Kapamilya top stars, Vice Ganda and Coco Martin.

In an Instagram post, Solis said that Perci Intalan, the head of Entertainment of TV5 denied the news that they’re trying to invite Vice Ganda and Coco Martin to work for their network.

It can be remembered that TV5 announced that they’re going to revive its entertainment content.

The camp of Vice Ganda has been long rumored to be negotiating with TV5 while there’s also some information circulating the Coco Martin’s Ang Probinsiyano would be aired via cable company Cignal.

Solis described the denial of Instalan as a ‘big slap’.

So klaro, walang alok , at walang balak alukin. Pero ang tutoo, wide open sila para sa gusto pumasok sa bakuran nila,” she said.

Meanwhile, TV5 and Cignal TV CEO Manuel V. Pangilinan said that they’re ready to hire talents from Kapamilya Network after the said broadcasting giant failed to get a 25-year franchise extension from the Congress.

“We are revving up our entertainment content creation and will need creatives, talents, directors, scriptwriters, cameramen, etc.,” Pangilinan said.

Zsa Zsa Padilla urges President Duterte to investigate corrupt officials: “Ano na PhilHealth? Ibalik nyo ang pera!”

Actress Zsa Zsa Padilla urged President Rodrigo Duterte to investigate the alleged corruption happening in Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth).

In a tweet, Padilla said that the people were working to contribute to the government-owned corporation so they would not worry about the medical expenses.

She then urged the officials of PhilHealth to return the money to the people.

Ibalik nyo ang pera!!!” said Padilla.

Padilla was hoping that President Duterte would investigate the issue and punish the people responsible.

President Duterte, parang awa nyo na,” she said.

She then gave a comment on Director Dan Villegas tweet, who asked why the ‘internet trolls’ are silent on the issue of PhilHealth while they’re actively talking before about the ABS-CBN franchise.

“Affected kasi lahat. At pag tayo nagkasakit, waley,” she said.

Several high officials of PhilHealth faced charges because of alleged corruption according to PACC.

“There’s no one big mafia in PhilHealth but rather many groups in regions. It’s like territorial. If you remember the PDAF scam… it’s similar to this. In every region, someone has a territory because the system allows fraudulent claims to exist,” Presidential Anti-Corruption Commissioner Greco Belgica said.

“The bulk of the transactions of PhilHealth happens at the regional level. If you remember, the entire board was fired by the President last August and yet corruption still persisted in PhilHealth…That’s really where the fraud is happening.” he added.

Belgica also cited that P154 billion has been already lost by PhilHealth because of overpayment in 2013.

PhilHealth former anti-fraud officer Thorsson Montes Keith also claimed that P15-B pesos were pocketed by the insurance corporation’s executive committee.

According to him, the officials wanted to recover the money they corrupted by increasing the contributions of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
