Darryl Yap reveals ‘temporary restraining order’ against his movie: “Manood po tayo agad”

Director Darryl Yap urged his fans to watch his latest movie, ‘MoM,’ as soon as possible because of a rumored plan of some groups to file a temporary restraining order against his film.

A temporary restraining order (TRO) might become the reason for the said movie to be suspended from being shown in theaters.

That’s why the director wanted the people to watch it on March 1 if some groups who opposed the movie would successfully stop it.

According to Yap, some people who had already watched the movie during the premiere night gathered information that they might use to ask the court to prevent the film from being shown in theaters nationwide.

Some also recorded the movie secretly to share some of the film’s highlights with the public.

MoM was set to be shown to the public on March 1, 2023.

“Manood po tayo agad, simula March 1.” he added.

Some followers of Yap criticized the move of some groups to file TRO against the movie.

Bawal ang KJ,” netizen Jan-Jan said.

“Haha! Talunan talaga, lahat gagawin para ma-cancel tong movie! Naku basta manunuod kami buong barkada!” netizen Robbie remarked.

Hope Soberano, kumambyo sa kanyang mga pahayag: “I’m grateful for everything I have achieved”

“I just want to say that I’m grateful for everything that I have achieved, everything that I have experienced in life,” ani Hope.

“Every time that I have a chance, I always say how thankful I am to everybody that became part of my journey,” dagdag pa niya.

“I’ve been in six feature films, over 500 episodes of teleserye, and have only really dabbled into three main genres romance, comedy, and drama. Since I was 16, I had only really worked side by side with one main co-star, with the same production company, rotating around the same three directors. During all those years, I was never really asked for my input, my thoughts, my ideas,” aniya.

“I’ve sacrificed myself, I’ve sacrificed my freedom, I’ve sacrificed my happiness to present Liza Soberano to the world, and I think I’ve earned the right to finally be me,” dagdag pa niya.

Ogie Diaz responded to his critics who accused him of urging Hope Soberano to return to the Philippines because of the possible income he could earn for the actress.

In his statement, Ogie said that being a talent manager is not a cash grab; they’re also trying to make their talents successful.

According to him, being a talent manager also means becoming the second family of their talents, and they’re not receiving any commission for taking care of them.

“Akala n’yo, madaling mag-manage ng talents? Ay, hindi po. Apakahirap.

As of writing, Liza has yet to give response to the statement of Ogie.

“We’re both quiet when we’re off-cam, but when the cameras start grinding, we both get into the moment,” ani Fino.

The viewers of the newest movie by director Darryl Yap were surprised after the movie’s ending revealed the man who would become the adult Bongbong Marcos Jr.

Yap’s next movie, “Mabuhay, Aloha, Mabuhay” (MAM)’ was already set to be filmed this year, and Marcos Jr. was set to be portrayed by no other than Aga Mulach.

It can be recalled that some fans of BBM already noticed the resemblance between the current President and the actor.

Meanwhile, Yap said that he wanted the viewers to become emotional, which, according to some members of the press who attended the premiere night, was successfully done by the director.

As of writing, Aga has yet to give a comment on his decision to potray BBM.

Pokwang urges Lee O’Brian to apologize to her eldest daughter Mae: “Mag sorry ka sa anak ko dahil tinanggap ka nya!”

Pokwang is not yet done criticizing her former partner Lee O’Brian and told the latter to apologize to her eldest daughter Mae Subong.

In her tweet, Pokwang reposted a comment from a netizen who remembered the message by Mae to the American actor.

Sabi ni Mae, ‘Please take care of my mom. Because she’s all that I have.’. Kakatoch.

Pokwang responded to the netizen by calling out Lee for not even apologizing to Mae, who accepted him.

“Tapos sasabihin nitong inggratong kano na ito saan sya banda dapat mag sorry sakin?? dito! mag sorry ka sa anak ko dahil tinanggap ka nya at niyakap kahit sa loob ng halos 17 years sanay sya na walang kaagaw sakin maging masaya lang ako tinanggap ka nya!” she said.

Some even urged her to stop mentioning Lee because his exposure might help him more.

However, Pokwang said that no one should give projects to the American actor because he’s not giving child support.

The comedian also said that she’s not yet done with Lee.

It can be recalled that Pokwang admitted that she felt that her former partner didn’t love her back.

While Ogie Diaz expressed support for his former talent Hope Soberano, he reminded the actress about her former screen name ‘Liza’ which brought her to stardom and made the lives of her family comfortable.

It can be recalled that Hope said that she didn’t choose the screenname Liza, but the people surrounded her during her career in the Philippines.

“Please, call me Hope,” she said.

In his online program, Diaz said Hope must remember that the one who gave her the screen name was Malou Santos of Star Cinema.

“‘Yung sinabi mo na ‘I didn’t choose the name Liza, it was chosen for me.’ Diaz said.

Despite his decisions, Ogie still wished Hope good luck.

“I wish you good luck sa bagong bihis na Liza Soberano.

Toni Fowler’s former house ‘Toro de Palacio’ reportedly being sold for tens of millions of pesos

After living in a mansion for several months, Toni Fowler left ‘Toro de Palacio’ and decided to live in a smaller condo.

It can be recalled that Fowler’s former home has been featured in Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (KMJS), and she even claimed that the mansion resulted from her hard work.

The 600-square-meter house was Roman-inspired, with eight bedrooms, a backyard, and an indoor pool.

Some agents claimed it was being sold for 45-M pesos and marketed as the house of the controversial influencer.

It’s not yet known if the said mansion’s owner was owned by Fowler or just renting it.

Meanwhile, Fowler has yet to disclose why she decided to leave the mansion she dreamed of for her family.

It can be recalled that she currently faced controversy for the content of her music video.

Some even said that her move to leave the mansion was her ‘karma’ for being immoral.

Cristy Fermin calls out Hope Soberano: “Walang kang utang na loob. Hindi ka Pilipino.”

Veteran columnist Cristy Fermin criticized Hope Soberano for her statements following her decision to rebrand herself.

“I’ve sacrificed myself, I’ve sacrificed my freedom, I’ve sacrificed my happiness to present Liza Soberano to the world, and I think I’ve earned the right to finally be me,” she said in her 14-minute vlog.

Several people who worked with Soberano couldn’t hide their disappointment with the actress’s statement; some of them called even called her ungrateful because the people surrounding her was the one who raised her to stardom.

This was the same with Fermin, who called her out for her lack of gratitude for the people who made her career successful.

“Tingnan mo, nakakalungkot.

She also said that Soberano proved she was not a Filipino because of her attitude towards the people who helped her.

“Nakakaloka.

As of writing, Soberano has yet to give a response to the people who criticized her.

Jay Sonza expressed disappointment to the security personnel of NAIA: “Balik nanaman ang mga kawatan!”

Jay Sonza couldn’t hide his disappointment because of the issue faced by the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) management after some Thai tourists complained about being robbed by the members of the Office for Transportation Security (OTS).

On February 22, tourist Piyawat Gunlayaprasit shared a video of their encounter with female security personnel who got caught on camera while returning the money she allegedly took to one of their companions.

Another video showed the personnel begging the tourists to delete the video.

One of the popular figures who reacted to the said issue was Sonza, a veteran journalist.

According to him, the thieves returned to NAIA again after former President Rodrigo Duterte’s term.

“NAKAKAHIYA KAYO! Sonza said.

It could be recalled that Duterte became strict with NAIA because of the ‘tanim bala’ issue, saying that he would fire every employee there if he heard another report of thievery in the said airport.

“Sabi ko pag naulit ulit yang [tanim bala] tanggal lahat kayo [empleyado sa airport]. Pag may gumawa ulit nyan [tanim bala] ipapakain ko talaga ang bala,” the former President said.
