Maegan Aguilar went viral on social media this week after she finally reunited with her father, legendary OPM artist Freddie Aguilar, and her children.

After several years, Maegan finally met her father again and expressed gratitude for being accepted again.

It can be recalled that Freddie explained last February why he didn’t allow Maegan to enter his house or even see her children.

According to him, he wanted to see Maegan make an effort to change herself and leave her vices.

“Si Maegan, hindi siya puwede dun until malaman ko na talagang nagbago na siya. Kasi si Maegan, sinasabi niya sa akin na, ‘Tay, nagbago na po ako.’ Sabi ko, ‘Anak, hindi mo kailangan sabihin na nagbago ka sa akin, e. Ako, malalaman ko yun anak kapag nagbago ka. Ako mismo magsasabi sa yo anak, anak, halika, nagbago ka na, e,” said Freddie.

“Pero kako, hindi mo puwedeng sabihin lang, may kasamang action yan kako. With what you’re doing now, hindi ka pa rin nagbabago,” he added.

Since Maegan was finally reconciled with her father, it seems that Freddie already saw an improvement to his daughter.

Actress Rhian Ramos couldn’t hide her dismay after watching an online video showing Miss Universe owner Anne Jakrajutatip talking to Filipina beauty queen Michelle Dee.

In the video, Anne could be heard speaking in her native language, and only the word ‘move on’ could be recognized by Filipino pageant fans, including Rhian.

Rhian interpreted the video as a disrespect to Michelle.

“I don’t like how this looks. My stomach is turning. Buti marespeto ‘yung kaibigan ko, eh sila?” said Rhian. “Ewan. Kayo na lang ang humusga,”

Meanwhile, a Filipina who’s teaching in Thailand translated Anne’s words, saying that the businesswoman was addressing Thai pageant fans.

“Sabi nya, Stop saying can’t move on and that she’ll make a song titled ‘Can’t Move On’ dahil madaming di maka move on na Thai fans. Sabi nya rin huwag na daw magalit sa kanya mga Thai kasi good for Thailand naman daw ang result, be happy nalang daw.” netizen @dame.verte said.

Other netizens also accused Anne of trying to escort out Michelle during the competition.

As of writing, Anne has yet to give any response to the criticism she received from Filipino pageant fans who were sceptical of her decision to buy the Miss Universe Organization.

Phoenix Super LPG Fuel Masters player Ricci Rivero was reportedly aware of the alleged secret meetings between his ex-girlfriend, Andrea Brillantes, and Kapamilya actor Daniel Padilla.

Cristy Fermin on her online show, Showbiz Now Na, discussed the Twitter exchange between Ricci and Andrea’s best friend, Bea Borres.

She theorized that Ricci was not referring to Bea when he talked about someone who was willing to be a third party.

According to Cristy, Ricci should already tell the truth to the public if he want to gain sympathy.

Paolo Contis was nowhere to be seen during the birthday of his girlfriend Yen Santos.

On November 21, 2023, Yen greeted herself with a happy birthday, but she didn’t receive any response from her boyfriend.

However, Maymay said that the fans should stop speculating about her relationship with Edward.

It can be recalled that Maymay and Edward denied several times that they were romantically linked together.

“Pareho po namin na-realize that being the best of friends will even be more beneficial for us,” said Maymay.

Angelica Panganiban shared that she was suffering from a rare bone disease, which caused her not to be able to walk properly.

In her vlog, Angelica disclosed that she had avascular necrosis, which caused bones to collapse.

She narrated that the symptoms of her condition started to appear during her pregnancy.

“Nagtanong-tanong ako sa mga doktor, and friends ko na naging mommy na rin and lahat naman sila sinasabi na it’s part of pregnancy. So nung nanganak ako, wala nakong time na pansinin yung mga masakit sa akin,” she said.

However, even after her pregnancy, Angelica experienced the same symptoms, which prompted her to seek medical help.

According to her, she rejected the initial suggestion of doctors to have a joint replacement procedure, but she decided to take another approach to address her condition.

“Namatay na yung mga bones ko sa balakang. Kaya pala hirap na ako maglakad. Nung una ang sabi sa akin ay surgery, parang joint replacement na parang nakakatakot pakingan. So naghanap ako ng doctor na magkakaron ng conservative approach,” she said.

“So bumalik kami sa pagsaksak ng PRP sa hips ko. This time, nag drill sila ng hole. Ininject nila yung PRP directly doon sa dead bone. Masakit ba yung procedure? Di ko inakala masakit sya. Tulo ng tulo yung luha ko. Nakaramdam ako ng awa sa sarili ko na bakit ako, bakit sa akin nangyari ito,” she added.
