Comedy Queen Ai-Ai delas Alas couldn’t hide her disappointment after ABS-CBN removed the article about her negotiation with Star Cinema on the possible reunion of her movie “Tanging Ina”
In her Facebook post, Ai-Ai said that she captured an information that an someone wanted the article to be erased for unknown reasons.
“Ano’ng masama kung magtanong ako? At saka ano namang masama kung mabalita ‘yun? Masama ba ‘yun? Or baka ayaw n’yong ma-associate sa akin? Bakit? Pinagkakitaan n’yo naman ako dati sa Star Cinema, ‘di ba? Masama ba ‘yun?” she said.
“At saka sobrang nakapagtataka. Minamaliit n’yo ako, gano’n? So, tama na. O, edi hindi na. ‘Wag na nating gawin [‘yung pelikula]. Iba na lang. Ibang pelikula na lang. O, edi sa inyo na ‘yan!” she added.
In her caption, Ai-Ai even opened the idea of making a movie with GMA Films.
“Masamang ma news na gusto kong gawin ang Tanging ina the Reunion?? O kung ayaw nyo wala namang pumipilit nag tatanong lang ??? Tanging Ina is one of the commercially success movie franchises in the country, which produced four sequels.
It was reported that the whole franchise earned more than 1 billion pesos.
