Andrea Brillantes’ interview while admitting that she had a crush on Daniel Padilla recirculated on social media.
In an interview with Pep.ph in 2013, Andrea admitted that she was attracted to Daniel, one of the most popular Kapamilya stars.
“Si Daniel Padilla po kasi ang gwapo niya, e,” she said.
However, she said that Daniel’s long-time partner, Kathryn Bernardo, must not worry because it was only a crush.
“Hindi naman po, kasi mabait po si Ate Kathryn [Bernardo]. Kasi may isa pong sitwasyon na magpapa picture ako kay Kuya Daniel noong nakita ko siya, tinatawag ko si Kuya Daniel, pero hindi niya ako narinig. That time po magka holding hands sila ni Ate Kathryn…kinalabit ko si Kuya Daniel at sinabi ko na ‘Kuya Daniel, pwede po bang mag pa picture.’ Hindi niya ako nadinig pero si Ate Kathryn narinig ako, sabi ni Ate Kathryn kay Kuya Daniel, ‘DJ, papa picture daw si Andrea sa ‘yo.’ Ayun po, nakapag pa picture ako kay Kuya Daniel dahil kay Ate Kathryn.”
In another interview, Andrea said that she was really looking for someone who would become the ‘Daniel Padilla’ of her life.
The said interview recirculated on social media after talent manager Ogie Diaz revealed that Andrea and Daniel were meeting secretly.
However, fans didn’t like what Ogie disclosed and called him fake news peddler.
