A video showing Chie Filomeno while comforting Kylie Versoza went viral again on social media after the former admitted that she was dating the beauty queen’s ex-boyfriend, Jake Cuenca.
Last August 24, Chie admitted that she was dating Jake.
“Well kasi prior to us having a relationship, because sa interview, he said kasi we did date before a couple of times. Pero kasi understandable kasi ‘yun ‘yung phase niya na medyo marami pang nangyayari sa kanya. And ako, I was young back then. In-accept namin ‘yung fact na nawala ‘yon. And I think naging destiny na lang din talaga na nagkita kami sa (recent) Christmas Ball,” said Chie.
‘Yung nag-date kami before, nawala kasi ‘yon and then cut to nagkita kami then naging persistent siya, naging patient siya. Kasi medyo ilag pa ako sa kanya noon. Hindi ko siya sinasagot, like parang snob pa ako noon. Dini-deadma ko ang mga DMs niya before but nakita ko naman ‘yung change niya,” she added.
During the April 19, 2022 episode of It’s Showtime, Kylie suddenly cried when Vice Ganda asked her if she was having problems.
In the same month, Kylie reportedly broke up with Jake, so netizens quickly assumed that the former was having a hard time accepting her separation from the actor.
Chie quickly approached Kylie to comfort her by hugging the beauty queen.
