Pastor Joel Apolinario who founded KAPA Community Ministry International insisted that he would not surrender to the authorities despite the search operation already launched against him by the Philippine National Police (PNP) and National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

In a radio interview, Apolinario said that he would not surrender to the authorities unless his members asked him to appear in public.

He also said that it’s already impossible for him to return the money that he already gave to his members.

Apolinario said.

It was reported that the KAPA founder already gathered P50-B pesos from his members.

But Apolinario insisted that the freeze order made by the government to his assets worth P100-M only are already enough for him to stop distributing “monthly blessings” to his members.
