“I ended up lending her more. I ended up borrowing from friends also. I pawned off my car,” ani Ian Tan, isa sa mag biktima.

“Auma is the combination of two people’s names who meant a lot to me. I guess you can say that Auma came from love and it’s my passion and love for style and fashion that will always sustain it.” aniya.

My Ex and Whys” nila Enrique Gil at Liza Soberano.

OFW disappointed by ungrateful friends and relatives: “Walang obligasyon ang isang balikbayan na bigyan kayo”

An Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) publicly decried his ungrateful relatives and friends who were unsatisfied with the ‘pasalubong’ he was bringing back to the country.

In his Facebook post, Raymond Lopez an OFW based in Riyadh shared his thoughts on people complaining to him every time he returned to his homeland.

It can be recalled that it’s already part of the culture in the country that when an OFW comes home, people would already be expected that they’re going to receive a souvenir or ‘pasalubong’ from the said ‘balikbayan’.

However, according to Lopez he always receives complaints about his ‘pasalubong’ every time he comes home so he had no choice but to call out those people.

According to him, OFWs had no obligation to give gifts to their relatives and friends when they decided to go home.

He believed the ‘pasalubong’ culture discouraged some OFWs to go home who only wanted to be with their family after years of working away from them.

Lopez said.

He also challenged the people he was referring to try working abroad.

Matuto po sana kayong magpasalamat o makuntento, dahil kahit papaano’y naabutan at naalala kayo nung tao.” he stated.

It can be recalled that the said group already attempted to boycott several brands including Delimondo, Eng Bee Tin, Ka Tunying’s and Shopee.

Willie Revillame expresses dismay over people celebrating the end of some AllTV shows: “

Television host Willie Revillame couldn’t hide his disappointment over the reaction of some netizens celebrating the fate of some shows on Villar-owned television network AllTV.

In an episode of Wowowin, Revillame addressed his viewers and the critics of AllTV, asking them why they’re celebrating when many workers might get affected by the end of some of their shows.

Sana hindi ganon diba,” said Revillame. “Wag naman po sanang ganon, syempre you have to understand na nagsisimula palang po ang AllTV.”

Revillame also explained that it’s normal for their television network not to gain advertisement as they’re still not fully launched.

Instead of criticizing and boycotting, Revillame said that it’s better for the netizens to pray for the success of AllTV so they could help more people.

He also urged the netizens to set aside ‘politics’.

ABS-CBN and AllTV became trending on social media after Revillame’s statement.

“Kung alam niyo lang ang totoo. Ayoko nalang pong magsalita na pangunguhan ko sila,” Revillame referring to the issue of frequency took by AllTV to ABS-CBN.

It can be recalled that the Villar-owned network took the frequencies owned by ABS-CBN after the last-mentioned lost its franchise.

However, it seems that some netizens were didn’t swayed by Revillame’s plead.

“Because of politics, ABS-CBN lost its franchise. And a lot of people lost their jobs. You can’t tell people to set aside politics. If you want to help people, there are other ways to do it.” netizen @ricci_richy said.

Tapos ngayon ngawa-ngawa kayo?” netizen @GMAnicurist commented.

It can be recalled that several AllTV programs were already set to temporarily end.

It includes Wowowin, Toni Gonzaga’s talkshow, and another show hosted by Karla Estrada, Mariel Rodriguez Padilla, and Ciara Sotto.

Cristy Fermin reveals another issue about Jinkee Pacquiao: “Daang-daang milyon daw po ang utang”

Cristy Fermin revealed some of the current issues faced by former Sen. Manny Pacquiao’s wife, Jinkee.

In her online show ‘Showbiz Now Na!’ Cristy said that most of the issues being thrown against Jinkee were about her alleged financial status.

It can be recalled that former Sen. Manny had already retired from boxing, their primary source of income, and also lost the costly presidential election in 2022.

One of the issues mentioned by Cristy was the alleged debts of Jinkee to a specific jewelry shop.

Cristy said.

One of the co-hosts Cristy said that it’s possible that the shops trusted Jinkee so much because of her wealth, and some of them allowed the boxing icon’s wife to get as many items as she wanted.

Aside from the alleged debts, there’s also a billionaire allegedly having problems with the Pacquiao family.

Meanwhile, the veteran columnist was not convinced there was a truth about the rumored separation between Jinkee and Manny.

According to Cristy, Jinkee was already there when Manny was still a poor man, and she believed that money would never become a reason for them to get separated.

As of writing, Jinkee has yet to give a response to the claims of Cristy.

Anak ng taxi driver na ginulpi daw noon ni John Regala nagsalita na: “He never get a single cent”

“It was the most painful feeling to see your father being treated bad which he doesn’t deserve and I can’t do anything that time because I’m working overseas,” ani Orendain.

“My dad won the case and nhe never gets any single cents from Mr. Regala,” dagdag pa niya.

The lawyer of a man who claimed that he was a trustee of the ‘gold bars’ left by former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr. urged President Bongbong Marcos Jr. to open the deposits where the alleged wealth of their family has stored.

In an interview with The Daily Tribune, Atty. Efren Bugaring said that Marcos Jr. should allow them to withdraw the said gold bars which according to them, were stored in different banks in Southeast Asia.

The value of the alleged gold bars was so enormous that the trustee was ready to pay the heir of the Sultanate of Sulu to settle the $14.9-B Sabah award.

It can be recalled that a French Court ordered Malaysia to pay $14.9-B to the family members of the Sultanate of Sulu for allegedly not following the agreement between the Malaysian Government and Sultan Jamal Al Alam in 1876 to lease Sabah in exchange of annual payments.

However, Atty. Bugarin said that this problem may get a quick solution if Marcos Jr. would open the said gold deposit accounts.

“If President Marcos Jr. is intelligent enough he would initiate this effort to open the gold deposits of the trustee,” the lawyer said.

Aside from paying the heir of the Sultanate, the trustee was also willing to use the remaining gold bars to bring prosperity to the country.

“The trustee wants to monetize the gold to help spur economic growth in the country,”

The gold bars allegedly left by Marcos Sr. was considered as one of the most popular urban myths in the country.

According to the story, the Tallano family paid 192,000 tons of gold to Marcos.

One of the known claimants of Marcos gold was KING TIBURCIO VILLAMOR MARCOS TALLANO TAGEAN IV who claimed that he’s the brother of the current president.

However, according to the World Gold Council, there were only 201,296 tons of gold that was mined in history.

Until today, the alleged gold of Marcos was being used to lure people to pay for ‘certificates’ promising that they will receive a part of the former President’s wealth ‘someday’.
