Veteran columnist Cristy Fermin was not impressed with television host Willie Revillame’s intention to run as a senator in the upcoming 2025 elections.
In her online program, Cristy said that she was not convinced by Willie’s platforms to spread happiness and provide help to the poor.
According to her, Willie attempted to serve the public unprepared due to a lack of vision.
“Itong si Willie Revillame, papasok sa mundo ng politika ng walang armas, hindi mo alam kung anomang kanyang plataporma kundi ang magpasaya lamang at magbigay ng tulong sa mahihirap na ating kababayan!” she said.
It can be recalled that Willie was already providing happiness and assistance to the poor in his television programs.
Aside from Cristy, many netizens also opposed his decision to run as he had already admitted before that he was not really qualified to run due to his lack of knowledge when it came to making laws.
However, Willie insisted that the situation was before was different and now he was ready to serve the public as a lawmaker.
