Actress Rosanna Roces expressed her regret over losing her friendship with comedian Ai-Ai delas Alas.
In an interview with Aiko Melendez, Rosanna was asked about her thoughts on friendship.
According to her, it would be better for someone only to have a few friends who are truthful than having many but talking behind your back.
She then mentioned her former friendship with Ai-Ai, saying that her relationship with the comedian was joyful.
“Yung pinagsamahan namin noon, totoo eh… Sobrang saya, sobrang nakakatawa,” said Rosanna. “Nahaluan lang ng mga [sulsol] pero nahaluan din ng mga magkakaibang raket na nagkakabangga bangga,”
“Ang totoong pinag-awayan namin, may show kami sa Dagupan, kalakasan namin mag-show no’n, hindi ko alam before ng show namin, nag show siya with Ara Mina, so nag-flop ‘yun ng husto.
“So ang ginawa ng producer ko na hindi ko naman alam, tinanggal siya sa poster – So nung nakita niya ‘yun siguro, sumama ‘yung loob niya,”
During the show, Rosanna already noticed the cold treatment from Ai-Ai, which prompted her to end her partnership and friendship with the comedian.
Rosanna said that she was hoping to reunite with Ai-Ai again.
“Sana makapag-show kaming dalawa ulit,” she said.
