KTV na sumikat sa social media dahil sa isang rated SPG na video, naglabas ng pahayag

A KTV establishment in Palawan released a statement after their business went viral on social media because of a video recorded inside one of their private rooms.

In a Facebook post, J1 KTV, which is located in Puerto Princesa City said that they’re still trying to investigate if the said video was really taken inside one of their private rooms.

With regard to the video allegedly captured in one of our KTV rooms, the management in cooperation with City Legal and Licensing Office, conducts further investigation to confirm the identities of the perpetrators. Moreover, those sharing and uploading the said video may face legal repercussions,” J1 management wrote.

“As of the moment, we are taking legal steps to escalate the situation to the proper authorities. Rest assured that we will strengthen our security measures for the safety and security of our clients,” they added.

As of now, other videos taken in the same room have also been published on the internet.

The establishment owner believed that the people shown in the video planned the incident.

“Kung titignan niyo parang pinag-planuhan talaga,” said Ian Libao, the manager of J1. “Naitago ‘yung mukha nung tao,”

They also insisted that they were checking all their private rooms every 15 minutes to avoid such incident to happen.

Meanwhile, several netizens gave their thoughts on the issue, saying that the establishment should also be held liable for the incident.
