Richard Gutierrez is reportedly planning to file a child custody case against Sarah Lahbati.
In her program, Cristy said that Richard would prioritize the custody of his children, Zion and Kai, before annulling his marriage with Sarah.
Cristy even said that Richard has the right to file a case if he sees Sarah not paying too much attention to their children.
“Kalat na po ang kuwentong ito at nakarating din po sa amin, na mukhang magkakatuluyan na po ang pagsasampa ng reklamo o kaso ni Richard Gutierrez para sa child custody,” said Cristy.
“Maaaring ‘yung annulment po siguro ay mapapahuli pa dahil may kumokontra sa panig ni Richard ‘di ba. Pero ‘yung sa child custody, maganda na rin naman ‘yun. Kung sa kanyang palagay at kanyang pagtimpla ay hindi masyadong nabibigyan ni Sarah Lahbati ng atensiyon ang kanilang mga anak, mas maganda kung nasa kanya, hindi ba?” she added.
It can be recalled that Annabelle Rama disclosed the possible separation between Sarah and Richard, saying that the couple were not living together anymore.
She even said Sarah was spending too much despite not having any work.
Meanwhile, Richard kept his silence on the issue.
