Zanjoe Marudo’s interview went viral on social media amid her ex-girlfriend, Bea Alonzo, deciding to end her engagement with Dominic Roque.
In the interview, Zanjoe narrated how his relationship with Bea ended due to their busy schedule.
“Kasi parang nangyari samin, after ng teleserye niya na halos naging everyday sila, bigla naman akong nagsimula na halos everyday din,” said Zanjoe. “Yun yung pinaka naging problema namin,”
“Diba sa relasyon diba minsan kahit wala naman kayong pag-aawayan o wala naman kayong problema dahil hindi niyo lang nakikita ang isa’t isa minsan parang ang bilis ng uminit ng ulo mo diba kasi nami-miss mo,” he added.
Zanjoe also insisted that he stayed loyal to Bea until the end of their relationship and never had an affair with another woman.
“Alam niya naman ‘yon kung gaano ako ka-loyal sa kanya,” he stated.
He even challenged the reporters to ask all his colleagues if he was the kind of person who would ask for phone numbers from other girls.
Zanjoe and Bea were together for over five years; they confirmed their relationship in 2011 and announced their split in 2016.
Bea then decided to have a relationship with Gerald Anderson in 2018 but met its controversial end in 2019.
The actor has been in a relationship with Ria Atayde since 2022.
