Former President Rodrigo Duterte disclosed a big revelation against President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
In his speech at Rizal Park, Davao City, Duterte revealed his discovery about Marcos during his term as Mayor, saying that he found the chief executive on PDEA’s watchlist.
“[BBM] Noong ako ay Mayor at pumunta ang PDEA, pinakita ang watchlist at nandun ka…natatakot ako, baka sumunod ka sa tatay mo,” said Duterte.
“Mr. President, baka sumunod ka sa nangyari sa Tatay mo. Diyan ako takot. Ayokong mangyari sa iyo ito dahil, pabor lang, ako nagmamakaawa, it will divide the nation,” he added.
Duterte also criticized the move to change the constitution via the People Initiative, saying that it would only result in Marcos being ousted.
“Ang malas ng Pilipinas, almost all President pag upo sa Malacñang, iniisip na pano pahabain ang term. Bakit ganon? Demokrasya tayo. Election is a cleansing process. Pag pinilit mo ito, Mr. President, lalabas ka ng Malacañang gaya nung pinalayas kayo,” he stated.
The former President also urged the military and the police to stop the People’s Initiative and do their job to protect the constitution.
“Wag kayong maniwala sa mga yawa puro kasinungalingan ang mga ul*l,” he stated.
