In a Facebook post, Dela Cruz clarified that she was an investor of IFuel company and not Flex Fuel Company, which is currently facing lawsuits from its investors.

According to Dela Cruz, her company was not selling any shares to investors and was managed by a legitimate businesswoman.

She also cited some accusations posted by netizens that iFuel and Flex Fuel are the same company.

It can be recalled that Flex Fuel allegedly amassed millions of pesos from its investors by offering a high-interest rate to them.

Actor Luis Manzano almost faced charges because of being an endorser of the company.
