Lala Sotto, inulan ng batikos mula sa It’s Showtime fans, pinaalala ang ginawa ni Wally Bayola sa E.A.T

It’s Showtime fans couldn’t hide their disappointment towards the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) chairman Lala Sotto after the government agency suspended the Kapamilya show for 12 airing days.

Sotto was trending on Twitter and most netizens accused the agency head was favoring her father, Tito Sotto’s show E.A.T, which was a competitor of It’s Showtime.

On Twitter, they reminded the MTRCB head about the violation committed by E.A.T after one of its hosts, Wally Bayola made forbidden remarks during one of its segments.

According to some netizens, MTRCB should also do the same with E.A.T.

“Lala Sotto and MTRCB, remind ko lang kayo sa pagmumura ni Wally Bayola ng PUT*NG IN* on national TV. Since you decided to suspend It’s Showtime for 12 days, any penalties below that which will be assigned to E.A.T. will not be accepted by the masses!” said netizen Rob.

12 days din po ba suspended ang EAT, Lala Sotto? Okay lang sa akin na suspended ang it’s showtime. Basta ba fair and consistent kayo,” netizen John remarked.

“Because of eating cake in national tv? Talaga ba MTRCB? Pero si Wally na nag mura sa national TV okay? Enlighten me Lala Sotto. Ang @itsShowtimeNa na lang nga napapasaya sa Tanghali,” said netizen Kent.

As of writing, MTRCB has yet to give its decision on the case of E.A.T.

It can be recalled that Wally already apologized for his actions, but the agency still summoned the producers of their show.
