E.A.T host Tito Sotto called out GMA Network for still using the photo of Tito, Vic, and Joey on ‘Pinoy TV’ website.
Through his Twitter post, Tito posted evidence showing that GMA was still using TVJ’s photo on August 10 even if there was an ongoing copyright infringement complaint against the network filed by the legendary trio.
“Look! GMA website as of yesterday. Kami talaga!” said Sotto.
It can be recalled that TVJ asked GMA and TAPE to pay them 17.482 million pesos for alleged unauthorized Eat Bulaga replays they aired for three days.

They also asked the court to stop TAPE from using Eat Bulaga title and its popular segments.
It’s not yet known if using the photo of TVJ on marketing materials of GMA was included in the case.
As of writing, GMA has yet to respond to the newest complaint written by Sotto.
