Cristy Fermin gives her comment on Vice Ganda and Ion Perez’s acts: “Nag-aanyaya ng mainit na tagpo”

Cristy Fermin discussed the issue being faced by It’s Showtime hosts, Vice Ganda and Ion Perez, who went viral on social media after the alleged indecent actions they did in front of several children on the ‘Isip Bata’ segment of the show.

On her online program, Showbiz Now Na!, the veteran columnist, together with her co-hosts Rommel Chika and Wendell Alvarez, talked about the actions of the celebrity couple that resulted in them being summoned by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board.

According to Cristy, the action done by Vice and Ion was possibly suggestive, and the two didn’t consider that they were performing the said acts on a noontime show that was being watched by the general population, including children.

“Kung ito po sana ay panggabing programa ‘yung tulog na ‘yung mga bata, ito po’y mapalalampas ng ating mga kababayan,” said Fermin. “Pero noontime show po ito, andito po ‘yung mga bata sa tabi nila at nasa harap sila ng camera at ang daming nakakapanood,”

They believed that the production team of It’s Showtime already stopped Vice and Ion from doing such acts.

However, instead of stopping them, Wendell said that the director even focused the camera on Vice and Ion.

Cristy suggested that Vice should become more conscious about what he was doing in front of the camera.

“Napakarami pong paraan na pagpapakita ng pagmamahal,” she said.

“Dapat talaga maging sensitive si Vice at Ion,” Rommel stated.

The veteran columnist said that Vice and Ion should get a room where they could freely act without being called out by the netizens.
