Investigation reveals that Julian Martir really receives scholarship from some universities in USA and UK

After receiving criticisms on social media after some netizens questioned the legitimacy of his story about the 30 scholarships he received from the USA and UK, Julian Martir already addressed the accusations against him.

In an investigation by News5, Julian said that the emails he showed on social media were legitimate.

News5 analyzed the documents shown by Julian to prove if it’s real or doctored.

“Totoo po talaga ‘yung 30 universities na in-apply-an ko po. Kahit i-email niyo pa sila nang paulit-ulit, they will give the same response,” Julian said.

The news network also sent an email to the said universities to confirm if they really accepted Julian as one of their scholars.

Ohio Wesleyan University, Alfred University, and Regis University already confirmed that they accepted Julian, providing him with $23,000 to $40,000 worth of scholarships.

University of Massachusetts in Boston also responded to the interview.

Julian also addressed the netizens to stop posting inaccurate information against him.

“I hope na ma-stop na po yung mga nag-post po ng… hindi totoo about sa akin. Kasi ‘yung mga scholarships po na nagbigay sa akin, totoo po talaga po ‘yan. Ni-review po talaga nila ‘yan na need ko po yung scholarship ko as an international student.”  he plead.
