Dr. Willie Ong might face charges after it was reported that Kris Aquino’s legal team was preparing their charges against the former vice presidential candidate and internet celebrity.
According to the report of Bilyonaryo, the television host asked one of the top law firms in the Philippines, Divina Law, to handle the case that they would file against Dr. Ong and his wife Dr. Liza.
The issue started when several social media pages published an obviously edited photo of Aquino and Dr. Ong holding a macadamia nut product.
Television host Willie Revillame, and Aquino’s children, Josh and Bimby were also included in the said advertisement.
Aquino is one of the top endorsers in the country, and many brands were paying millions of pesos to the queen of all media to promote their products.
So it was understandable that the legal team of Aquino was protective of the transactions and endorsements of the television host.
If proven true, Dr. Ong might pay millions of pesos to the television host.
As of writing, Aquino who’s currently in the US to for medical treatment has yet to confirm her plans against Dr. Ong, who’s known for helping netizens by giving free health tips.
