Former PBA player and current San Juan City councilor Paul Artardi couldn’t hide his dismay after an armored truck damaged his van.
In his video, Artardi expressed disappointment towards the driver and even asked why the people inside the vehicle had difficulty getting out of their armored truck.
“Pag inaabot ka nga naman ng malas,” said Artardi. “Tignan niyo yang truck na ‘yan, binangga ‘yung nanahimik kong sasakyan. Ayaw pa bumaba,”
“Buti nga ito lang ang damage oh, pero damage parin. Ewan ko ba diyan ayaw parin bumaba,” the former basketball player said while showing his van.
After several moments, people inside the armored van exited the vehicle and passed a piece of paper to the councilor, asking Artardi to contact the indicated number.
The company that owned the armored truck was willing to pay for what they did to Artardi’s vehicle.
Meanwhile, some netizens explained to the former basketball player why the people inside the armored truck couldn’t meet him immediately.
“Hnd po sila boss pwede bumaba, unless kung dumating na yung my Authority sa kanila na pwede sila lumabas, remember boss pera dala nila,” netizen Ryan said.
