Whamos Cruz is considered one of the most influential content creators in the Philippines.
He became more popular by sharing his life with his family after having a child with his partner Antonette Gail.
However, because of his popularity, his past has also been dug out by some netizens, including his alleged first family.
In 2019, a netizen who claimed to be an aunt of Whamos’ rumored ex-partner criticized the influencer for allegedly leaving his first family for his career.
“Sa lahat ng walang alam at sa lahat ng proud na proud kay Whamos, lilinawin ko lang ah, iniwan niya at pinagpalit niya yung pamangkin ko at apo ko para sa career niya,” netizen Cyril Fernandez said.
Fernandez accused Whamos of not sending child support to his rumored first child.
“Yung latest post niya about sa nagsusumikap niya? that is wrong kase ni isang kusing wala siyang binibigay, iniwan at niloko niya yung mag ina para sa opportunity niya na sumikat lalo!! Kahit dalaw wala tas kung magpost ng magpost sa fb at tiktok especially sa ig na kasama new gf niya akala niya wala siyang pamilya!” she said.
“Icocorrect ko lang lahat ng taong nagsasabing binabash yung idol niyong mukang lamok, hindi po namin siya binabash ang gusto lang ng pamilya namin yung sustento para kay sam ok na ba?” she added.
Several photos circulating on social media showed Whamos together with another woman and child.
The said woman refused to give any statement and it’s not yet known if the two talked together after Fernandez’s revelation.
Whamos kept his silence on the issue as of writing.
