Motivational Speaker Rendon Labador couldn’t hide his dismay after losing more than a million pesos after failing to sell tickets for the opening of his sports bar.
In his Facebook post, Labador expressed his disappointment to the netizens, saying that he spent 1.2-M pesos for the event opening of Episode Bar and Kitchen in Clark Pampanga.
He also blamed the fans of Coco Martin for his epic fail event.
“Grabe napaka sakit nito. Pinag lalaban ko lang naman ang karapatan ng mga negosyante. Parang ako pa ‘yung naging masama. Ano nangyari sa Pilipinas.” Rendon wrote.
“No ticket sales today, mamaya na ang event ng @episodebarandkitchen kahit isa wala pang bumibili. Coco, fans wala sanang personalan. Pinaglalaban ko lang naman ang vendors.
“1.2 million ang ginastos ko para sa event ngayon. Tapos umaasa ako sa ticket sales. Till now NO SALES. Pati kitchen sa fine dining na hinanda namin worth almost 800k, mapapanis lang.
“Drinks namin puro highend worth 400k, masasayang lang din. Grabe, wala naman personalan Coco fans.”
The post reached thousands of reactions from netizens.
It can be recalled that Rendon became controversial on social media after he criticized FPJ’s Batang Quiapo production team and its leading actor Coco.
Rendon repeatedly accused the show of giving inconvenience to the businesses along Quiapo.
However, some cast of Batang Quiapo revealed that they already addressed the issue and paying the vendors affected by their taping.
